‘Reports’ come: ‘RQ-4B shot down over the Black Sea by a MiG-31’
Numerous online sources suggest that a US Air Force RQ-4B reconnaissance drone was downed over the Black Sea. This topic is lighting up X and Telegram, where users are buzzing with comments, although solid evidence remains scarce. Leading the charge in these claims is X user, US Civil Defense News.
The US Civil Defense News profile description reads: “Retired Military Officer, former Political Advisor to NATO 3 Star General! Former Congressional Staffer, Wounded Warrior & Iraq War Veteran! Stay Informed!” What US Civil Defense News writes in X is: “Update: Report that a Russian MiG-31 fighter jet shot down the US RQ-4B Global Hawk over the Black Sea near Crimea where the US surveillance drone was providing targeting information to NATO missiles in Ukraine!!”
Just hours before this article, the same X account released updates about Crimea, Russia, Ukraine, and NATO. The report stated that Moscow had decided to establish its own “no-fly zone” over the Black Sea. This move is in response to allied air reconnaissance efforts, which have been supplying Ukraine with information on Russian targets.
“Update: Russia is planning to declare its own ‘no-fly zone!’ Over the Black Sea! Will shoot down any NATO surveillance drone flying near Crimea giving targeting information to Ukraine!! War is about to heat up quickly!!” in this regard US Civil Defense News. Later, the two posts were merged into one that read: “We reported it first! Before it happened!! Now Russia just shot down a US Drone over the Black Sea!!,” referring to “Moscow’s decision to make the for flight zone” over the Black Sea.
On Telegram, a debate has emerged regarding a “downed” RQ-4B drone, fueled by both pro-Ukrainian and pro-Russian accounts. When we sift through the usual chatter, we see claims suggesting an RQ-4B drone has ceased transmission, which has led to speculation that the drone was shot down.
However, as of the writing of this article, there has been no official confirmation from the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Europe, or the United States concerning the downing of a reconnaissance drone within the last 24 hours, whether it be an RQ-4B or an RQ-9. Even Russian outlets like Avia.pro report that the incident remains unverified, with no evidence to substantiate the claims.
Furthermore, in its daily update on the situation in Ukraine, the Russian Ministry of Defense has not mentioned anything about an RQ-4B/RQ-9 drone, related incidents over the Black Sea, or the involvement of a MiG-31 in a mission over the Black Sea. Given that both Russia and Ukraine tend to publicly celebrate the downing of enemy equipment, the absence of such a report, especially from Russia, points to either guesswork, unconfirmed information, or a complete lack of information.
While BulgarianMilitary.com isn’t sure where the “sources” are getting their information, it’s important to note that a temporarily disabled radar transponder on a reconnaissance drone doesn’t necessarily mean it’s been downed or damaged. Drone operators frequently use this tactic as part of their strategic maneuvers.
Take, for instance, a recent Ukrainian strike on Crimea, which Russia has attributed to the U.S. due to the presence of a reconnaissance drone over the Black Sea. During this mission, some experts observed that the drone’s radar transponder was purposefully turned off by the operator at a certain point.
One primary reason operators turn off the radar transponder of the RQ-4B reconnaissance drone during a military mission is to enhance stealth. The transponder emits signals that can be detected by enemy radar systems, potentially revealing the drone’s location and compromising the mission. By deactivating it, the drone becomes harder to track and identify, increasing its chances of successfully gathering intelligence without being intercepted.
Another reason for turning off the radar transponder is to avoid electronic warfare tactics. Adversaries could use the transponder signals to jam or spoof the drone’s navigation systems, leading it off course or rendering it ineffective. Disabling the transponder minimizes this risk, ensuring the drone can complete its mission without interference.
Additionally, turning off the radar transponder helps in maintaining operational security. Military missions often require a high level of secrecy, and any emitted signals could be intercepted by enemy forces, providing them with valuable information about the mission’s objectives and timing. By keeping the transponder off, operators reduce the chances of sensitive information being leaked.
Lastly, the transponder is typically used for air traffic control and collision avoidance in civilian airspace. During a military mission, especially in contested or hostile environments, these considerations are secondary to the mission’s success and the drone’s safety. Therefore, operators prioritize stealth and security over standard aviation protocols.
BulgarianMilitary.com cannot confirm the other claim of the US Civil Defense News X account that Moscow is establishing a “no-fly zone” over the Black Sea. There is no official announcement of such an action by the Russian Federation. The latest reports from the area’s mobile air traffic tracking apps show that planes are still circling over the Black Sea and that no planes are flying around Crimea. This has been a daily occurrence since the beginning of the war until today.
There is a chance that these news stories might just be good examples of fake news. High-following accounts are sharing claims without evidence, and no official sources have backed them up.
UPDATES:
American officials have dismissed claims circulated by Russian websites—often linked to the Russian Defense Ministry—that an “incident” occurred in the Black Sea yesterday. Specifically, the allegations suggesting a U.S. high-altitude, long-endurance (HALE) reconnaissance drone, such as the RQ-4 Global Hawk or its Navy variant, the MQ-4C Triton, was “chased” and shot down by Russian fighter jets, potentially MiG-31s, have been denied.

Kaja Kallas the Russia hawk ? Never heard her been called like that. Estonians usually call her KaKa or in some cases ¨electricity molecule¨ because when in press conference she was asked why the price of electricity has skyrocketed her answer was that there is a shortage of electricity molecules in Estonia. For those who are clueless there are no such things as electricity molecules.
Doesnt know anything about electricity while her ex-husband has become the overlord of Estonian energy sector.
Just one example how stupid she is. But how does a dimwit like that become a prime minister ?
I guess it helps if your daddy runs the jew maffia that is ruling over the country.
Her dad is Siim Kallas ,high ranking freemason https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siim_Kallas
In early 90´s when he was the president of bank of Estonia he personally signed dozens of loans to shady companies that all disappeared with money .100+ million went missing. He was dragged to court but all witnesses died and he sayd he doesnt remember nothing about anything and case closed. All files were made state secret for 75 years .
With the stolen money he founded new political party that has been ruling over Estonia ever since. They own the courts, police, media etc.
Kaja Kallas was also one of the candidates to become secretary general of NATO.
She has been barking at russias direction for years now ,demanding more sanctions etc while she herself got caught investing money in russian businesses just recently but that what was hushed up.
Same jew maffia was part of one of the worlds biggest money laundering scandals that has been discovered.
They helped to move 200-800 billion out of russia through estonia . Moscow sent one banking official twice to Estonia who demanded an investigation to be started in that matter. He was ignored and after his second trip after he arrived to Moscow he got shot dead in the street and money laundering continued for years and years. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Danske...dering_scandal
- Prof. Jeffrey Sachs : Why the West Hates Russia:
https://yt3.ggpht.com/ytc/AIdro_kiYI...00ffffff-no-rj"Russian here, in 1990s Russia had a law called Product Sharing Agreement, under which western companies were drilling oil in Russia tax free. Up to 100 billion dollars each year were lost by Russia in potential tax each year. Somewhere mid 2000s Putin started adding amendments to that law and eventually made BP and Exxon pay taxes. This is how the 20 year old the anti Russian hysteria was started by western media.
- @snowsnow4231 quote:
Just so you get it - I studied in 3 schools in city of Novosibirsk, school number 165, 112 and 3rd gymnasium. Go to Google maps and check it - 112 and 3rd gymnasium were rebuilt from scratch. Go and compare images from 2003 and 2024. School 112 was built in 1950s, it was removed completely and a new school built from scratch. Same story with the gymnasium, it was a building from 1960s, classes were packed with students like a can of sardines. Rebuilt from scratch, looks like some school in Sweden now. Visited it last summer, everything is brand new.
We physically felt how money flooded out cities. Where was that money going in the 90s? To our American friends. To pay for their schools. This is the so called western democracy. You eat dirt and do as we say while we live off your land. And they sat on a pile of money taken from us and were teaching us how to live and how corrupt we are and how wrong we are and how our history is bad and on and on and on.
Now we had this for a couple of decades. Imagine what Africans and Asians feel like. They have been living under this yoke for centuries and the same people that rob them use a condescending tone, teaching them how to live. And that`s 80% of the world population who had someone else's hands in their pockets. Now think about North Korea and who made it this way. Think about Syria where American bases are placed around the oil fields. When it all falls down, there won`t be any Americans taken prisoners, trust me. There will be so many live leaks 18+ videos, the servers would go down.
Lets not bring it to that point and avoid unnecessary violence, there is still time. Stop the people that forgot where the breaking pedal is in Washington, no one elected that gang of thieves, they sent American 18 year olds to commit crimes and theft overseas without knowing what they were doing. Its a bunch of hawkish racist cold war old farts who lost touch with reality and got bitter because they had their balls blown off by a Vietnamese, those people need pills and rest".

I can only respond on behalf of those who left the UK for obvious reasons and settled here as "colonists" who mostly just wanted to be left alone. By the government that is. A lot of the major issues were not with Monarchy or the King, per se, but with Parliament. Adding new citizens was heavily restricted to Parliament, and so you couldn't really have an open door to Spanish, French, etc., who might have wanted to come in.
By the time we take the trouble to fight for a separate country, the new government decides to grant automatic asylum to all Italians because it has got in a political boondoggle with the Pope. After about a 100 years, this was suddenly shut off, by the rise of what we might call Nazism or Eugenics. It mainly is British and American in nature, based on a scientific racial insult against "Mediterraneans", then avidly taken up by Germany and Sweden for their new repressive policies of the 1900s. I suppose we can add by Ukraine in the 2000s.
The new government also gave us something similar to Hereditary Nobility called Sons and Daughters of the Revolution. You can, so to speak, "join", but I could not find an ancestor who served in anything other than a state militia--this is for those who served in the Army under the Continental Congress.
The major problem is that what would be called Nationalism these days is more or less the Truman Doctrine, which is not only not what I am talking about, it is the complete opposite. The backbone I am speaking of went through times like Valley Forge, and I am afraid it has been rebuilt with substitutions ever since.
Interesting that the "Americans" can place the blame where we already know it doesn't go.
We will get responses about the music hall and beach incidents. Things like med labs are slower to process, but, you will be informed of the consequences of these actions. Guesswork with "!" repeated all over the place will not be necessary.
Interestingly it says that Kallas is the grandson of Mr. Estonian Independence Eduard Alver, commander of the Estonian Defence League (Kaitseliit) during the 1918–1920 Estonian War of Independence.
Playing bloodline whack-a-mole:
After Estonia restored its independence in 1991, Kallas was appointed the President of the Bank of Estonia, at the time only having 11 employees.
It says he was in the Signal Corps of the Soviet Army and started working in Finance while Estonia was an SSR.
The rest of it does sound like typical Wikipedia glissado for hundreds of unsolved crimes.
It doesn't quite tell us about Judaism or Freemasonry, which is slightly unusual in that we can often find any such associations on pages of American politicians. Here, not even a church is mentioned.
I'm not feeling the warmest reception towards this, personally, so, eh, good luck with the next step in the dynasty.

Mark Rutte as NATO’s new Secretary General: a tested hawk steps in after Stoltenberg
Outgoing Dutsh PM Mark Rutte will take over as NATO Secretary-General from Jens Stoltenberg, who has headed the military bloc since 2014.
Stoltenberg, who saw the Ukrainian conflict escalate from shelling Donetsk in 2014 to the current proxy war, sees Rutte as a worthy successor, “true trans-Atlanticist” and “consensus-builder.”
Mark Rutte’s appointment leaves little hope of peace in Ukraine as he is known as an anti-Russian hawk.
🔶Rutte was PM in 2014 when a Dutch airliner carrying 298 people was shot down over Donetsk. He immediately blamed the disaster on “pro-Russian separatists” despite evidence a Ukrainian missile hit the plane.
🔶In 2018, Rutte joined the UK’s anti-Russian campaign over the alleged attempted murder of MI6 double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter. The Skripals were not allowed to talk to media or explain what happened, but Rutte sided with British PM Theresa May in blaming Moscow and expelled four Russian citizens over the affair.
🔶Mark Rutte met Volodymyr Zelensky soon after his victory in the 2019 election. He described Zelensky as “a man with a mission” and said he was “convinced that Ukraine’s success largely depends on the mentality he conveyed from the very beginning.”
🔶In 2022, Rutte was one of the first Western leaders to visirt Kiev to back the Zelensky regime after Russia launched its special military operation.
After Rutte’s appointment, the South China Morning Post described him as “a fierce critic of Russian President Putin and a staunch ally of Ukraine, who has been one of the driving forces behind Europe’s military support for Ukraine.
”NATO’s hostile stance towards Russia is unlikely to change with a new secretary-general, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday.
"It is unlikely that this choice can change anything in the general line of NATO, [they] are working to strategically suppress Russia. At the moment it is an alliance that is hostile to us," Peskov told reporters.

‘Putin will not take the bait’: Russia will respond prudently to Crimea attack
Russian President Vladimir Putin will not be goaded into a reckless and impulsive response to Ukraine’s killing of Russian civilians in Sevastopol on Sunday, said filmmaker Regis Tremblay, but will carefully consider its options as it works to construct a multipolar world order.
“This has been a war – a declared war – by the United States of America on Russia… Ukraine has been a pawn,” said the documentarian on Sputnik’s The Critical Hour program.
Nevertheless, the filmmaker noted that “Putin has never acted impulsively.”
“Will Russia respond? Yes, certainly it will respond, but not in a way that will trigger World War Three,” said the filmmaker. “President Putin has made it very clear that he is not going to do anything that would inadvertently trigger a nuclear war between the United States and Russia.”
“Sergey Lavrov, the foreign minister, has been traveling throughout Asia and through Africa signing agreements, long-term agreements for development, for strategic partnerships and for military partnerships,” he noted. “This is, to me, how Russia is responding to the neverending United States escalation on Russia. Putin will not take the bait.”

🇷🇺 It is necessary to qualitatively improve the combat readiness of the Russian navy in strategically important areas at sea, Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized.
"As you know, the Decree on naval activities through 2030 set clear guidelines, namely, to comprehensively develop the Russian navy, including ship, aviation and coastal components, to establish infrastructure, strengthen its position in strategically important areas of the world ocean, and qualitatively increase combat readiness," Putin said at a meeting on shipbuilding.
It is planned that domestic shipbuilders will deliver more than 40 ships to the Russian Defense Ministry in 2024, the Russian president added.

🇷🇺 Threats against Russia should be taken seriously and adequate responses need to be planned in advance, alongside with the strengthening of the armed forces and the navy, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"We all understand the increasing degree of geopolitical tension in the modern world, we hear regular threats against Russia from the elites of a number of countries and even see concrete actions to implement these threats. Naturally, we must take this as seriously as possible, calculate all the possible risks and plan adequate responses, strengthen our armed forces and navy," Putin said at a meeting on shipbuilding.
The Russian navy needs to be protected from long-range missile attacks, the president said, adding that Russia needs to develop a remote threat detection systems, including a one using drones.

🇷🇺⚔️🇺🇦 Situation in the Kupyansk Direction by the end of 26 June 2024
The RFAF took an important AFU position near Sinkovka, covering Kupyansk from the north:
In theKupyansk direction, Russian troops continued to surround Stelmakhovka, located south of the city itself. -To help our fighters there, the RFAF launched an attack on the important "Kryuk" position, located east of Sinkovka.
-The AFU turned the area around the village into a system of fortifications supporting each other with fire.
-Sinkovka itself became the main line of cover for Kupyansk from the north. It is located to the west of Kupyansk and it was already captured together with Kotlyarovka.
During a stubborn assault, "Kryuk: was captured by the Russian Army. Control of this position over time will allow not only to reach the enemy’s flank and rear in Sinkovka, but also to advance towards Petropavlovka.
-But the main thing is that by occupying the "Kryuk", the RFAF created a tense situation for the AFU. Part of the Ukrainian forces has been shackled, which Kiev will no longer be able to transfer to other areas.

@ 12.40 DC mentions that " he ( CIC Trump ) allowed the money to go threw", I find it hard to believe DC would seek the OK from a " ex president " on the release of funding for the Ukraine war effort, unless that ex president ain't an ex but the current CIC.
I wonder what amount of that money will actually be seen by Ukraine if any, and also how much of it will be invested in military contracts for the Ukraine that will never be realized on their behalf and will actually be fulfilled and help rebuild the US military.
It will be interesting to see where all the monies went, hopefully one day we will.

The desire of the US to dominate and its refusal to see other countries as equals, willing and able to assume equal responsibility for peace and stability, is the short answer to the question of why Moscow-Washington relations cannot get out of the current state of crisis. This attitude also leads the US to the same difficulties in its relations with China, India and even some of its own allies, such as Turkey.
The Russian and Chinese position is buttressed by the principle that peace is the result of compromise between the major centers of power, and that without their mutual agreement - without equality, mutual respect, a willingness to recognize each other's interests, and adherence to the principle of non-interference in internal affairs - a stable order is impossible. The US believes, however, that peace is a deterministic given, and that no special effort is needed to maintain it. This leads to paradoxical solutions: the more weapons, the more peace. The West is not yet ready to become just one of the Atlanteans holding up the sky. It still believes it should be in charge.
Are changes in relations between Moscow and Washington possible with a change of administration in the United States? I expect that this will not have a significant impact on the American line towards Russia. It is useful to look at American politics as an independent factor in our planning - we need to assume we cannot rely on the US elites. Washington will in most cases act with hostility towards Russia, in some cases opportunistically, engaging Moscow at time when it suits its own interests.
There is still a paradigm gap between Russians and US in their understanding of the world in the 21st century. US experts believe that Russia is part of the West and will inevitably end up in the Western camp at the end of this crisis, with China as its opponent. This set of paradoxical ideas has been present in the US narrative since the early 1990s.
The US believe that ultimately Russia has no alternative, and will therefore accept any offer from Washington. With the dollar sure to remain as the dominant currency for the medium term, the US will be an important country. And much depends on its turbulent domestic political life.
When it comes to Ukraine, the US think in investment banking terms and say straight out that Ukraine is a fairly cheap instrument that serves two purposes: to weaken Russia and to stifle any voices in Europe calling for strategic autonomy from the US.
Over the past two years, Washington has found this method of mobilisation quite cheap. Indeed, Russia-EU relations have been disrupted, the main gas pipeline linking the Russian and Western European energy systems has been destroyed, Eastern Europe has been militarised, the US military-industrial complex has been strengthened, and economic activity has flowed from Europe to the US. The US economy has gained from this crisis, while the Western European economy has suffered badly.
What are the US objectives in the Ukraine crisis? It wants a weakened Russia, which has lost control of key advantages in the Eurasian space, such as in transport, economics, production and energy. The US wants to knock Russia out of the top five world powers and make it strategically secondary.
However, the US is beginning to realize that Ukraine as an instrument of deterrence against Moscow is no longer a cheap resource. Kiev's own military, material and human resources are close to exhaustion, and maintaining the viability of the Ukrainian state is becoming increasingly expensive for the US and the EU.
The US has been looking at Russia as a declining strategic player for some time. They were waiting for the moment when the country would leave the top-five leading countries in order to deal with China. Why did the US abandon negotiations with Moscow at the end of 2021, push Ukraine towards a military solution to the crisis, and then forbid it to negotiate with Russia? They believed that a quick victory over Russia was achievable, that the 52 countries the US had gathered in a coalition around Ukraine - their economies, resources, military arsenals, intelligence, satellite constellations, arms supplies, political intelligence and other support - would be enough to defeat our country. The West had not properly assessed Russia's potential and that of their own coalition, and the short-term goals they set themselves have proved unattainable. They believe that a country whose economy apparently accounts for 3% of the world's nominal GDP cannot fight the entire grand coalition on its own. But when Western countries have 65-80% of their GDP in the service sector, rather than in heavy industry and weapons-related areas, a situation arises in which Russia alone produces more artillery shells than all the Western states. This is a paradox that the US has not taken into account.
The US-Russian standoff should be seen as a long-term confrontation. It will continue even after Washington realizes that Ukraine has lost its importance as a tool. As a result, the US will shift the center of anti-Russian activity to another country that, like Ukraine, is willing to sacrifice itself and be at the forefront of the fight against Moscow. The US will not cease to be a strategic rival, and therefore we cannot afford to ignore it in our planning. We must regard the Americans as a constant threat, and prepare for a long confrontation.

Political analyst: Russia’s security requires control over the entire territory of Ukraine 27.06.2024, Donetsk.
https://eu.eot.su/wp-content/uploads...7571176776.jpg
ATACMS missile launch
To ensure its security, Russia will be forced to take control not only of Kharkov but also of the whole of Ukraine, Kirill Cherkashin, an associate professor of the political science department of Donetsk State University, said on June 27, the Donetsk News Agency (DAN) informed.
Cherkashin said that Russia would not be able to eliminate the possibility of shelling its territory and terrorist attacks carried out by Ukraine without ensuring full control over its entire territory.
According to Cherkashin, “the entire territory of Ukraine should be taken under control. Because it is a source of constant danger. The missiles that are supplied to them by the West fly hundreds of kilometers on target. These ATACMS, with which Sevastopol was attacked, they have a range of 300 and more kilometers, as far as I know, there are different variations and up to 500 kilometers. In fact, a very large area, almost as far as Moscow, can be attacked from the territory of Ukraine, and in addition, all these activities – recruitment and coordination of terrorist attacks – often come from the territory of Ukraine.”
UK analyst Alexander Mercouris earlier said that if the Ukrainian army uses US ATACMS missiles in the Kharkov area to strike “deep into” Russian territory, the Russian military would be forced to take Kharkov, which would force the Russian Armed Forces to move even further than they had originally planned, to send more troops to the area after repulsing the strikes.

Putin to Western elites: Play-time is over
- October 2014 FLASHBACK:
Most people in the English-speaking parts of the world missed Putin's speech at the Valdai conference in Sochi a few days ago, and, chances are, those of you who have heard of the speech didn't get a chance to read it, and missed its importance. (For your convenience, I am pasting in the full transcript of his speech below.) Western media did their best to ignore it or to twist its meaning. Regardless of what you think or don't think of Putin (like the sun and the moon, he does not exist for you to cultivate an opinion) this is probably the most important political speech since Churchill's “Iron Curtain” speech of March 5, 1946.
In this speech, Putin abruptly changed the rules of the game. Previously, the game of international politics was played as follows: politicians made public pronouncements, for the sake of maintaining a pleasant fiction of national sovereignty, but they were strictly for show and had nothing to do with the substance of international politics; in the meantime, they engaged in secret back-room negotiations, in which the actual deals were hammered out. Previously, Putin tried to play this game, expecting only that Russia be treated as an equal. But these hopes have been dashed, and at this conference he declared the game to be over, explicitly violating Western taboo by speaking directly to the people over the heads of elite clans and political leaders.
01. Russia will no longer play games and engage in back-room negotiations over trifles. But Russia is prepared for serious conversations and agreements, if these are conducive to collective security, are based on fairness and take into account the interests of each side.
- The Russian blogger chipstone summarized the most salient points from Putin speech as follows:
02. All systems of global collective security now lie in ruins. There are no longer any international security guarantees at all. And the entity that destroyed them has a name: The United States of America.
03. The builders of the New World Order have failed, having built a sand castle. Whether or not a new world order of any sort is to be built is not just Russia's decision, but it is a decision that will not be made without Russia.
04. Russia favors a conservative approach to introducing innovations into the social order, but is not opposed to investigating and discussing such innovations, to see if introducing any of them might be justified.
05. Russia has no intention of going fishing in the murky waters created by America's ever-expanding “empire of chaos,” and has no interest in building a new empire of her own (this is unnecessary; Russia's challenges lie in developing her already vast territory). Neither is Russia willing to act as a "savior of the world", as she had in the past.
06. Russia will not attempt to reformat the world in her own image, but neither will she allow anyone to reformat her in their image. Russia will not close herself off from the world, but anyone who tries to close her off from the world will be sure to reap a whirlwind.
07. Russia does not wish for the chaos to spread, does not want war, and has no intention of starting one. However, today Russia sees the outbreak of global war as almost inevitable, is prepared for it, and is continuing to prepare for it. Russia does not war—nor does she fear it.
08. Russia does not intend to take an active role in thwarting those who are still attempting to construct their New World Order—until their efforts start to impinge on Russia's key interests. Russia would prefer to stand by and watch them give themselves as many lumps as their poor heads can take. But those who manage to drag Russia into this process, through disregard for her interests, will be taught the true meaning of pain.
09. In her external, and, even more so, internal politics, Russia's power will rely not on the elites and their back-room dealing, but on the will of the people.
To these nine points I would like to add a tenth:
10. There is still a chance to construct a new world order that will avoid a world war. This new world order must of necessity include the United States—but can only do so on the same terms as everyone else: subject to international law and international agreements; refraining from all unilateral action; in full respect of the sovereignty of other nations.
To sum it all up: play-time is over. Children, put away your toys. Now is the time for the adults to make decisions. Russia is ready for this; is the world?
cheers,

Georgian parliament approves bill banning LGBT propaganda, gender 'reassignment' surgery
TASS
Thu, 27 Jun 2024
The Georgian parliament has supported in the first reading a package of amendments banning LGBT propaganda (recognized as an extremist movement and banned in Russia), according to a live broadcast of the session on the body's website.
The main bill on family values and protection of minors was supported by 78 MPs with a quorum of 50 votes. The parliamentarians also supported amendments to various laws in the package. The bulk of the opposition did not participate in the consideration of the bill and voting, thus boycotting the session.
The amendments prohibit the registration of any marriages other than the union of a man and a woman and the adoption of minors by homosexual couples. A ban on sex reassignment surgeries is introduced, with criminal penalties ranging from one to four years of imprisonment. Individuals will be fined 1,500 GEL (about $532) for spreading LGBT propaganda at schools, and legal entities - 4,000 GEL (over $1,400). Broadcasters will be prohibited from airing intimate same-sex scenes or advertisements of such content. Individuals will be fined 800 GEL (about $284) for distributing LGBT-themed advertisements, while legal entities will be fined 2,500 GEL (about $886).
For disseminating sex reassignment or homosexual relations materials to minors, fines will be 1,000 GEL (about $355) for individuals and 3,000 GEL (more than $1,000) for legal entities. Public gatherings or demonstrations aimed at popularizing LGBT issues will also be banned. According to the amendments to the Criminal Code, offenses that carry a monetary fine will also be penalized with imprisonment of up to two years.
On June 4, Speaker of the Georgian Parliament Shalva Papuashvili said that the parliamentary majority planned to initiate a package of bills On Family Values and Protection of Minors, which would be adopted in the first reading in June and in the second and third readings during the fall session. The ruling Georgian Dream - Democratic Georgia party plans to make relevant amendments to the country's constitution as well. However, amendments to the constitution require 75% of the vote in the parliament, which Georgian Dream does not possess. Therefore, the ruling party has decided to adopt regular laws first, as they require a simple majority of votes.
Comment: What with recent adoption of the Foreign Agents bill, and now this, it seems that Georgia really isn't concerned with appeasing the ideologues in the West, and it seems that their influence may be waning fast.

MINSK (Sputnik) - Belarus deployed additional air defense forces on the border with Ukraine to protect critical facilities of the republic amid Ukrainian drone activity, Belarusian military official Andrei Severinchik said on Saturday.
"The system of visual observation posts has been expanded with the sole purpose of providing information to the firing units of the anti-aircraft missile and air defense forces of the operational commands on combat duty. To this end, air defense forces and means have been additionally deployed to designated areas to cover the southern borders and critical facilities of the Republic of Belarus," Severinchik said.
Despite having issues with air defense in several other directions, Ukrainian forces are gathering air defense systems in its northern region of Zhytomyr, which borders Belarus, the official added.

US Secret Services Campaigned Against Nord Stream 2 in Germany, Parliamentary Inquiry Heard 3 hours ago
The German state parliament of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania held a closed session of the parliamentary commission investigating the creation of the fund supporting the construction of Nord Stream 2 on Friday. Testimonies from two unnamed individuals from local environmental organizations were heard during the session.
A German state parliament has reportedly heard testimony of US meddling to prevent the construction of the flagship gas pipeline Nord Stream 2 from Russia in 2021.
Chairman of the SPD parliamentary group in the state parliament of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Thomas Krüger, claimed that US intelligence agents tried to interfere with the construction of Nord Stream 2 during Donald Trump's presidency by working directly in Germany, citing testimony from unnamed witnesses.
"Both witnesses testified today that representatives of the US secret services actively campaigned with environmental associations in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania to prevent Nord Stream 2 [construction] and offered their support," he said, as quoted on the parliamentary group's website.
One of the witnesses also indicated that a representative of the intelligence services approached him directly and later met with him on the territory of the federal state, justifying his actions with "US interests."
"This makes it clear: During the Trump administration, the US government also used secret service means to oppose Nord Stream 2 directly in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in order to enforce its interests," Krüger asserted.

This is one of the simplest things that tells us the premise of anti-Russia hysteria is false:
I can live with the way the sphere of diplomacy has just been divided into Children and Adults. It is very nearly literal.
And yes, what he is doing is probably closer to popular will than the things we know of.
The US predicted the transfer of the capital of Ukraine to the western regions of the country today
https://topcor.ru/uploads/posts/2024...2a7_52145.webp
Ukraine may soon face the need to move its capital to the western regions. This was stated by retired US Army Colonel Douglas McGregor. According to him, corresponding plans are already being hatched in Kyiv.
"I don’t know how the Ukrainian government remains in Kyiv. I'll be surprised if they don't go further West. They have plans to go live in the far western corner of the country"
- said the retired officer.
He added that the Ukrainian authorities are now trying with all their might to stop the advance of the Russian army, sending everyone they can to the front. At the same time, the Ukrainian leadership is not interested in the further fate of the hastily recruited soldiers.
"The Ukrainians are now collecting all the men they can find. They gathered 3-5 thousand people from Odessa and the surrounding area, some of them were boys and old people. They are grasping at straws and are going to throw these people under Russian artillery fire. They will simply be killed. But for Kyiv this does not matter much, for Washington too"
McGregor stressed.
It should be noted that the foreign press has been speculating about the possible transfer of the capital of Ukraine from Kyiv to the western regions of the country from the very beginning of the special military operation of the Russian Federation. However, it is hardly worth believing that Zelensky and his associates will be safer in Ivano-Frankivsk or Lviv than in Kyiv. If desired, the Russian military will be able to destroy the leaders of the nationalists anywhere in Ukraine.

Taking the heights near Liptsy will allow the artillery of the Russian Armed Forces to shell the northern outskirts of Kharkov
Today
https://topcor.ru/uploads/posts/2024...3911-1200.webp
Currently, there are battles between the Russian Armed Forces and the Ukrainian Armed Forces for a hill located west of the village of Liptsy in the Kharkov region. The Ukrainian command seeks to hold this line of defense at any cost and is transferring reserves to this area, formed, among other things, from those forcibly mobilized.
Sooner or later, the Russians will be able to take control of these heights and gain a foothold on them, pushing back the Ukrainian Armed Forces. After this, they will be able to expand the security zone (bridgehead) in this area, and the artillery of the Russian Armed Forces will have the opportunity to fire on the northern outskirts of Kharkov, shelling the positions of Ukrainian troops.
Since June 17, units of the Russian group of troops “North” destroyed more than 350 Ukrainian military personnel and many equipment enemy. Ground forces use heavy flamethrower systems (HFS), and the VKS use high-explosive bombs with UMPC.
In recent days, the Ukrainian command has deployed new units of the 92nd separate assault brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to Liptsy. Previously, this formation was formed by recruits from Kharkov and the Kharkov region, but now it is staffed with any available human resource from different regions of Ukraine. A similar situation is observed everywhere. However, the motivation and combat effectiveness of the new units is at a low level. Whether Ukrainian military personnel will surrender and save their lives or prefer to become a “cannon cape” and go to the cemetery for the sake of the Kyiv regime - this is their personal choice, which they will have to make in the near future.
