🇷🇺🇺🇦 ❗️Tonight, suicide bombers of terrorist Budanov from the Ukrainian GUR attempted to seize the drilling rig "Krym-2" in the Black Sea.
Kiev used 14 American boats "Willard Sea Force" in this attack, but our fighters stopped the enemy, the Russian Ministry of Defense said.
The Black Sea Fleet sank eight boats and eliminated up to 80 terrorists.
The rest fled, abandoning their wounded comrades.

The Russian Ministry of Defence:
"Last night, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation thwarted an attempt by the Kiev regime to seize the Krym-2 drilling platform in the Black Sea waters.
The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry sent there amphibious units of the Ukrainian Navy special operations servicemen aboard 14 U.S.-made Willard Sea Force motor boats to capture the drilling platform.
The Black Sea Fleet and Russian servicemen securing and defending of the drilling platform sank eight motor boats and eliminated up to 80 Ukrainian special operations troops during the hostilities.
Other six Ukrainian motor boats retreated without even attempting to pick up their wounded in the water.
Another ‘media operation’ by the Kiev regime in the waters of the Black Sea, timed to coincide with the visit of high-ranking representatives of the United States of America and European countries to Ukraine on 11 September this year, drowned in blood and claimed the lives of many dozens of Ukrainian servicemen."

The Russian ground troops have recaptured around 10 villages in the counterattacks in Kursk in recent days. The counteroffensive is underway according to current information from the east. There are reports that speak of further counterattacks in the direction of Sudzha, but there is currently not enough confirmed information on this. The 103rd Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was responsible for the defense, which was overrun according to Ukrainian reports. With this attack, the Russians are reducing the risk of being encircled around Glushkova.
There were further advances by the Russians in Toretsk, where the Russians captured the gas station in the center of the city with visual confirmation.
The offensive is also continuing in the direction of Pokrovsk, as in the past few days, with a focus on the south. The heaviest fighting is currently taking place in the village of Ukrainsk, where the Russians have already taken up positions in the south and east of the village.
The approval to use Western weapons systems deep in Russian territory is currently being discussed. In the next few days, it could well be that the Ukrainians will receive permission. This would hinder the use of FAB glide bombs, as the surrounding airfields can now be attacked and the fighter jets with the heavy bombs can only fly a certain range.

Russia Says It Could ‘Combine’ With China If Both Face Threat From the US September 11
The comment comes as Russia is conducting major naval exercises with Chinese participation
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said Wednesday that Russia’s partnership with China is not aimed at any third country, but the two countries could “combine” to respond to threats from the US.
“I would like to remind you that Moscow and Beijing will respond to ‘double containment’ by the United States with ‘double counteraction,'” Zakharova said when asked about US plans to deploy a Typhon missile system to Japan for several months, according to Reuters.
The Typhon is a new missile system developed by the US that would have been banned under the Intermediate Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty, a treaty between the US and Russia that the Trump administration tore up in 2019. The INF prohibited land-based missile systems with a range between 310 and 3,400 miles.
The Typhon can fire nuclear-capable Tomahawk missiles, which have a range of over 1,000 miles. The US recently deployed a Typhon system to the Philippines and is planning on sending missile systems to Germany by 2026, which Russia views as a major threat.
“It is clear that both Russia and China will react to the emergence of additional and very significant missile threats, and their reaction will be far from being political, which has also been repeatedly confirmed by the two countries,” Zakharova said.
Zakharova’s comments come amid large-scale Russian naval drills that the Russian military said involve over 90,000 personnel, 400 warships and submarines, and 120 aircraft. China is participating in the Pacific portion of the drill with three Chinese ships and 15 planes.
Russia and China have increased their military cooperation in recent years directly in response to he similar pressure the two countries have been facing from the US and its allies. Zakharova insisted the relationship is defensive in nature.
“Our relations are not directed against third countries… and double counteraction does not contradict this. This is a defensive position, this is not an initiative to target other countries,” she told Reuters. “But if an aggressive policy of attack is being implemented against us from one center, why don’t we combine our potential and give an appropriate rebuff?”

Red Cross Mission Came Under Attack Near Chasov Yar, DPR – Report
https://s5.cdnstatic.space/wp-conten...s1-768x432.jpg
On September 12, the humanitarian mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) came under attack in the Donetsk People’s Republic. The attack was reported both by Russian and Ukrainian military sources.
The group of volunteers and civilians reportedly came under artillery shelling in the area of the village of Verolyubovka located west of Chasov Yar in the DPR. The settlement is under control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. There are about 10 kilometers from the frontlines.
Several vehicles that were delivering humanitarian aid to local residents affected by the fighting were destroyed. The building of some industrial entreprise nearby, where people were inside, was damaged. According to the local Ukrainian authorities, three people were killed and two others were wounded.
The humanitarian workers were unloading wood and coal to help people in the Donetsk region prepare for the winter when vehicles they were using were hit, the Red Cross said. According to the ICRC, no civilians were affected by the shelling. All the dead were reportedly citizens of Ukraine.
Ukrainian authorities immediately blamed the Russian military for another alleged war crime. Zelensky was quick to immediately comment on the attack to gain the headlines. However, the only evidence of the Russian guilt are only cries of Ukrainian officials. Ukrainian propaganda has been blaming Russian forces for genocide of the Ukrainian people and attacks on civilians but all Ukrainian lies are fastly revealed.
Russian military observers blamed Ukraine for another provocation. The Kiev regime seeks to discredit the Russian army at any cost, even at the cost of the lives of its own citizens, especially when the Ukrainian army is fleeing defeat in all directions on the frontlines.
The humanitarian mission could be shelled by the Ukrainian artillery. The Russian military has no need to destroy wood brought to civilians. On the other hand, Kiev gained the necessary media effect showing the ICRC vehicles on fire.
The ICRC vehicles could be affected by the attack on the entreprise, which could be used by the Ukrainian military, as Ukrainian soldiers always do in the rear areas. It is also unclear why the Ukrainian authorities do not evacuate civilians from the war-torn areas but volunteers bring them wood for winter when there is a great risk that the battles would come to the village long before the cold weather.
Moreover, the Ukrainian military is known to use medical vehicles to hide transfer of military equipment. For example, on August 27, Russian reconnaissance spotted Ukrainian column in the area of Chuguev. Grad MLRS, French BBMs, and other vehicles were transfered in the column that included civilian tractors with cargo semi-trailers, some of which were covered by the symbols of the Red Cross and were secretly transferring Ukrainian manpower.

Russia is Serbia’s Main Gas Provider, ‘If Not Good for Europe, Their Problem’ – Serbian Deputy PM 9 hours ago
Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia Aleksandar Vulin spoke on a broad range of issues, reiterating his country's strong ties with Russia, and weighing in on the mutually-beneficial cooperation between the two countries.
Serbia’s colleagues from BRICS, Russia's Sergei Shoigu, foreign ministers of China, Brazil, South Africa, Azerbaijan, all show strong sympathy and support for Serbia and deeply understand what the country is fighting for, Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin told Sputnik in an exclusive interview.
He explained that fighting for the rights of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija is part of Serbia’s national strategy, noting that when NATO launched its aggression on Serbia in 1999, "they tried to kill Serbia, but instead they killed international law."
"We are grateful for our allies, we are grateful for the support of the Soviet Union, of Russia, and we are very proud of ourselves, how we fought, and of the side that we stood on,” said Vulin.
Serbia’s Deputy PM emphasized the fact that Russia is Serbia's main gas provider, noting that the country is deeply satisfied with this energy arrangement. He underscored it was highly important for Serbia's economy and its citizens.
Serbia will not become part of the raging anti-Russian hysteria in the West, remarked Deputy PM Vulin.
“We are the only part of Europe where anti-Russian hysteria has not taken place. We do not try to forbid Russian media to do their job, like in all other parts of Europe. And one of the most important parts of democracy is freedom of choice, freedom of information, freedom of voice,” Aleksandar Vulin told Sputnik.
Deputy PM Vulin weighed in on the West's self-harming sanctions policy targeting Russia, stressing that Serbia will never follow such a course.
“We, of course, do not impose any sanctions on Russia, and we will never do that. There are lots of things that we can work together [on]. Of course, the energy sector is most important and the biggest part of our economic relations,” underscored Serbia's Deputy Prime Minister.

Russia Repels ‘Fool’s Crusade’ in Kursk Region as Ukraine Redeploys Troops to Donbass
27 minutes ago
https://cdn1.img.sputnikglobe.com/im...205d2.jpg.webp
One security analyst commented on Moscow’s discipline in maintaining “operational silence” as it moves to eject Ukrainian troops from its territory.
Volodymyr Zelensky surprised observers in early August when he announced that Ukraine had launched a risky incursion into Russia’ Kursk region.
The maneuver began on August 6 when at least 1,000 Ukrainian troops attacked the Russian border using tanks and armored vehicles. Coming amid discussion among Ukraine’s Western allies of allowing the country to launch strikes deep within Russian territory, the audacious operation briefly created favorable headlines for the Kiev regime after months of steady losses as Russia continued to push westward towards the Dnepr River.
But the incursion may have been designed simply for political consumption in the West rather than as a legitimate attempt to turn the tables in the Russo-Ukraine conflict, suggest some observers, with Kiev sacrificing valuable troops and equipment in its struggle to control a tiny patch of Russian territory. Security analyst Mark Sleboda joined Sputnik’s Fault Lines program Wednesday to discuss Ukraine’s presence in the Kursk region, which Moscow has significantly repelled in recent days.
“Russia has evidently, very quietly, in the last three days – we're going on the fourth day now – begun at last a major counteroffensive in the Kursk region,” said the international relations expert. “The Kiev regime… weren't talking about this at all because they don't like the results. And Russia, they often keep operational quiet. We've known that, right?”
The security expert has previously commented on Moscow’s discipline in maintaining “operational silence,” which it demonstrated during its liberation of the important city of Avdeyevka earlier this year. The Russian Ministry of Defense studiously avoided commenting on events in the city as Russian troops executed their successful operation, taking care not to give Kiev and its Western backers any information about what was in store.
Ukraine has often taken a very different approach, Sleboda noted, such as during 2023’s failed counteroffensive which was followed by eight months of hype in Western media. The country released “movie-quality trailers,” the analyst noted, attempting to build excitement for the operation in the Western press.
The unusual strategy suggests the importance of Kiev’s propaganda war alongside its conventional one: politicians have struggled to make the political case for continuing to fuel the proxy conflict as polling shows the Western public has increasingly turned sour on the idea. Anti-establishment parties across the ideological spectrum have meanwhile seen a surge in support across Europe – most recently in Germany – as voters question the wisdom of continued economic and military backing for Ukraine.
“[Russia] have already recovered 10 settlements,” Sleboda reported. “Roughly in terms of the number of settlements and the area recovered, about 10% of the total Kursk incursion just went away in the last three days. We didn't even know it happened until it had already happened. And, of course, by all accounts it's still extending on.”
“The Kiev regime has begun withdrawing forces from Kursk [region] in the last week and sending them back to the Donbass, sending them to, in particular, Pokrovsk and Selidovo out of panic. So Russia says, ‘well, we've gotten all we really need out of this,’” Sleboda noted. “[Ukraine] don't have any more Western vehicles for us to destroy, and they're pulling troops out. Time to wrap this baby up. And that appears to be what they're doing.”

Re: WW3? Ukraine/US vs. Donbass/Russia
Text:
PUTIN: THE FULL STATEMENT
The FULL Statement on the "permission" by US and UK for long range Western missiles attacking the territory of the Russian Federation:
"There is an attempt to substitute concepts. Because we are not talking about allowing or prohibiting the Kiev regime to strike at Russian territory. It is already striking with the help of unmanned aerial vehicles and other means.
But when it comes to using high–precision long-range Western-made weapons, it's a completely different story. The fact is that, as I have already said, and any experts will confirm this (both here and in the West), the Ukrainian army is not able to strike with modern high-precision long-range systems of Western production. It can't do that. This is possible only with the use of satellite data, which Ukraine does not have — this is data only from satellites of either the European Union or the United States, in general, from NATO satellites. This is the first one.
The second, and very important, perhaps key, is that flight missions to these missile systems can, in fact, only be carried out by military personnel of NATO countries. Ukrainian servicemen cannot do this. And therefore, it is not a question of allowing the Ukrainian regime to strike Russia with these weapons or not to allow it. It's about deciding whether NATO countries are directly involved in a military conflict or not.
If this decision is made, it will mean nothing more than the direct participation of NATO countries, the United States, and European countries in the war in Ukraine. This is their direct involvement. And this, of course, significantly changes the very essence, the very nature of the conflict. This will mean that NATO countries, the United States, and European countries are at war with Russia. And if this is the case, then, bearing in mind the change in the very essence of this conflict, we will make appropriate decisions based on the threats that will be created to us."

Kiev was allowed to use long-range weapons against Russia long ago:
We have no doubt that the decision to lift restrictions on the use of long-range weapons to attack the territory of the Russian Federation was taken long ago, and now they are trying to make it look prettier and more respectable in the public space. We understand perfectly well that the West has called this war against Russia an existential war. The goal is to inflict a strategic defeat on us, but once again, I would like to remind you that other great figures in the history of international relations, including Napoleon and Hitler, had the same goals, and it is not for nothing that many foreign politicians who remain reasonable periodically remind their more zealous colleagues that it is disastrous for them to forget these lessons of history.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces are experiencing a shortage of modern vehicles to form new brigades – Forbes
According to the publication, last fall Ukraine began to form the first of 11 units, which after six months of preparation were supposed to be at the front. However, the process was slowed down due to an acute shortage of modern weapons.
The 154th Mechanized Brigade is cited as an example, which still uses BMP-1s from the 1960s, as well as French and American armored personnel carriers from the 1970s and 90s.
The article states that since the summer of 2023, deliveries of Western armored vehicles to Ukraine have slowed down significantly.

❗️Frontline Update for the Evening of 12.09 at 21:30.
Here’s what’s known so far:
Zelensky has claimed that Russia’s counteroffensive in the Kursk region is part of Ukraine’s plan, as we had previously reported.
▪️ After the partial collapse of the western flank of the Kursk salient, Ukrainian forces attempted to attack the Glushkovsky district from Sumy Oblast.
▪️ Meanwhile, Russian marines and paratroopers continue pushing in the direction of Lyubimovka and Tolstoy Lug, liberating Russian land from Ukrainian control.
▪️ A video has surfaced from the village of Krasnooktyabrskoe in the Kursk region, which was liberated by servicemen from the 106th Airborne Division.
▪️ The Russian Aerospace Forces are also fulfilling Ukraine’s supposed plan by reducing the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ numbers through airstrikes in the Kursk region.
At the same time, mobilization in Ukraine is impacting more and more cities—people are being beaten, humiliated, and abducted, only to be sent to the frontlines as cannon fodder in a few weeks.
▪️ The Dmitrovsky Bridge between Pokrovsk and Mirnograd was destroyed, complicating enemy logistics.
▪️ In the town of Ukrainksk, assault groups advanced to the south and east. The situation remains tense for the Ukrainian forces there. There is also minor progress toward Lysovka from Novogrodovka.
▪️ Reports indicate that on the Kurakhovka front, Russian forces managed to advance and secure positions in the settlement of Ostre.
▪️ In recent days, significant progress has been made in the so-called pocket between Krasnogorovka and Galitsynovka, with Russian fighters capturing tree lines and strongholds.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 Chronicle of a special military operation
for September 12, 2024
Russian troops launched another series of strikes on enemy targets in various regions of the so-called Ukraine. One of the strikes hit the 330 kV Konotop substation, causing temporary problems with the power supply in the settlement of the same name.
In turn, Ukrainian formations again launched drones at the Murmansk region. Russian anti-aircraft gunners intercepted enemy drones in the Olenegorsk area, seven kilometers from the Olenya airfield.
In the Kursk direction, Russian troops are advancing in the Korenevsky and Sudzhansky districts: during the fighting over the past 24 hours, several populated areas have been liberated.
In the Kupyansko-Svatovsky direction, units of the Russian Armed Forces expanded the control zone north of Peschanoye, occupying one of the forest belts.
In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian formations carried out a counterattack northeast of Novogrodovka, landing troops in the Orlovka area.
In the Donetsk direction, successes of the Russian Armed Forces are being recorded to the west of Krasnogorovka in the direction of Ostrom.

[B]West colonial pride don't recognize any red lines on land or sea around the globe.
On paper, it is the absurd
Truman Doctrine, a re-launch of the sidelined ideas from the Coolidge and Harding Administrations of the 1920s. Brought to you by Fascism under any name. Homegrown laboratory. Sorry to have to say it. But it won't go away on its own. Might have seemed a bit purposeless and quiet at the end of the Cold War, so, here we are in another dedicated re-vamping, which in itself proves the architects were always Liars.
Indeed, then Nuclear War...is the only way?
Let's see. It comes on the heels of the United States using atomic weapons on the civilians of two Japanese cities. The "reason" they did this was a Lie. Soldiers were told it was necessary, because every Japanese civilian would fight to the death, and we would have to invade the Japanese mainland with millions of troops.
From what I can tell, it was really a Message to the U. S. S. R. -- here we come, look what we've got.
The doctrine itself is more like a marriage of Insane British Russophobia to Insane American Sinophobia. John Birch has been terrified of China since the 1850s, for the corresponding reason -- they're about to invade the U. S. mainland with millions of troops. This concern was eventually followed by the Office of Naval Intelligence, whose task was to determine a solution for the American Navy to have been found lesser and weaker than that of Chile.
In that sense, no, nothing nuclear has anything to do with the doctrine, which is more like racism with window-dressing.
I am still not sure what to think about the supposition of a Total War faction, and/or involving the use of nuclear weapons. Part of that can be mitigated, because Russia can destroy installations with conventional weaponry. However, as they have made clear they *do* support nuclear First Strike as a deterrent if they feel it necessary, then, I don't really have a name or word for trivializing this or acting like it is something you can play around with.
Up to that level, no, there is not much limit to the forms of madness to be unleashed. I'd suggest a Peak Oil concept, as if our extremist faction can't proceed with Infinite Growth, then it will go into Diminishing Returns. I think it will dissipate its energy and get smaller and smaller. It could actually become more dangerous while this is going on. Forward placement of long-range and nuclear-capable weaponry would be a symptom of this. That's a bad idea for anyone--ok, now you're a Target.
