My New Capricorn friend

I have a coworker, her and I are starting to get close! I had no idea her birthday was the same as mine! January 6th!!! well we have been talking alot. emailing back and forth throughout the day! and she is having a really rough time right now and I want to meditate and send her healing energies. I would like to know how I need to go about doing this for her she is in so much pain I could tell when I talked to her. I am a Capricorn myself and when I am down and depressed I always tell people I am okay when I am really not and I could feel she wasnt and she told me what was wrong which I am not going to say here but I want to help her in anyway I can. What kind of healing technique can I do to send her healing and clarifying energies her way this evening?!

So me and her talk all day long via email. She is the receptionist at the front desk and I work in the back offices so we email ALOT!!! LOL and she was needing another phone which we sell phones in my department so I told her I would get her some prices for her. Well it dawned on me I said wait a minute I have an iphone 5 at home that I am not using because I upgraded so I emailed her back telling her I had one that I am not using and she is more than welcomed to it. I just have to wipe it and have it unlocked so she can use it with her carrier. She is so happy! offered to pay me and I told her no that she can just have it.

Someone in the office helped me the other day when I was in a car wreck and wasnt able to get the guys tag number that hit me. well my boss gave me his old dash cam which was about 40 or 50 bucks and he just gave it to me to help me out so I prayed about being used to be a blessing to someone else and this is my way of paying it forward and helping her out and not wanting a thing in return because I dont need anything. Just being to able to help someone "in need" is enough payment for me.
