In 1974, Vallee recounts how he received a call from a woman in California. She had been travelling in her car towards Los Angeles when she saw a light in the sky. Thinking it was a helicopter, she and her passengers paid it scant attention. Then the light began moving very strangely. It darted around their car, affording them a closer look.

The woman (going under the pseudonym of Helen) described it as being as wide as eight lanes of freeway, brilliant white and saucer-shaped. Four beams of light appeared, struck them and they felt as if they were being teleported out of the car. The next thing they knew, they were ‘beamed’ back into the car and the UFO had gone.

Years later, Helen underwent regressive hypnosis. She recalled seeing a human-looking man in a long robe. They were in a large, white room, with curved walls. She as shown data on various screens and felt very peaceful. The man spoke English, but she said that telepathic signals were used at the same time. He said he and his people were thousands of years old and had influenced many people through history.

That's a fabulous little interview. Helen's experience certainly seems 100% real.

I have to say, I find myself feeling extremely grateful (really!) that those kinds of ETs are actively assisting and supporting us, and I feel sure they are.

Not directly, no. But the contactee literature over many years does mention these kinds of beings many times, in similar detail to Helen's story. It's kinda reassuring.

I don't doubt at all that malevolent ETs exist (or ETs who may as well be malevolent as far as their effect on us is concerned). It makes sense in a huge, mega-complex universe that beings of absolutely every kind, and with absolutely every agenda, exist. For me, this feels self-evident.

I have personally been to several CE-5, a la Steven Greer meetings. They were truly fascinating. The idea is to create a circle of people and 'funnel' positive energy and love towards the skies, to yes, 'summon' for lack of a better word what comes next. Crafts can be seen flying through the stratosphere when some of them send down a blast of pure bright, white light down to the group and WOW what a feeling that is! Its like a huge cosmic wink.

At another meeting, before it was even dark out and before we even sat down to meditate for a bit, the "Golden Ship" LEGIT hovered over us (this is in Western Massachusetts) and soared over the tree line to the south of us. It really WAS shiny gold and wow! People were so hyped up, that someone was asking: "Who should we send as a representative??" The 'leader' of the group said that we should not pursue the idea, even though the ship did look like it was making to land in the woods some mile and half away. There was an amazing feeling of palpable love in my veins that evening and I was convinced that these beings are telling us that 'the message' is about raising the vibration of humanity and bringing as much peace and love into our reality as possible. My mother was with me during this session and still tells people about it today.

I no longer need to go to these sessions and AM NOT pushing anything Steven Greer. I can now create my own sightings and did so with just one friend a month ago near Brattleboro, VT and we got the BIGGEST white flash from a craft Ive seen yet. We freaked with joy!

Annnnnyway, so those are just some of my experiences with ET sightings. I have been visited personally in lucid 'visitation' dreams throughout my life and have had the amazing fortune to have had invisible helpers along the way that create miracles beyond the imagination.

So when people talk about ETs being negative I just look at my own experiences that justifies there is a SERIOUS benevolent force out there that rewards courage towards creating a positive future. They are trying to help us overcome ourselves.

Three of us went to a National Park on Whidbey Island Washington state. It was deep fall weather and we were bundled up, toting our lawn chairs and blankets intent on a group meditation to ask ETs to join us. One of the friends had been to one of Greer's CE-5 meetings. By the time we got to our spot on an outlook, wind was howling and I was frozen. My knees were so cold I felt I'd not be able to stay out there for very long. We could hear the clanging of the buoys and the fierce sound of many pine trees being blown by a steady, hard wind. We began our meditation. My knees were hurting so badly that I couldn't concentrate. Then, the air stilled, a warm feeling settled over me and I quit thinking of my knees. They had stopped throbbing.
One friend said, "do you notice the peace around us? Another said, "I'll time this." We could still hear the buoys and the forest but where we were, we were warm and at peace. It seemed like only minutes, but we had sat together for 45 minutes. We sent our intent of thanks to them. The friend who had been with the CE-5 group before said he felt that strongly that we had been enveloped within a craft. I will never forget that incident. My knees started to ache again as we trudged up the hill to go back home. I remember we talked about having nothing to "give" them except our intent and acknowledgement that we are all in this universe together and want to be peace.

It's nice and amazing about the lights and ships and other physical signs... but I was hopping to hear more about a verbal message, a warning, a recepy, some valuable and unique knowledge or info. Sorry but I'm just tired of the "sci-fi movie style" signs, I'm not saying I don't believe them or that they are worthless (I have had some of that for real too), I just have had enough. Here Helen said they gave them a lot of info (verbally, telepathic, pictures...) and she really doesn't share anything about that on this video, come on, give me a "part 2".

I'll never forget the time I saw this flash. Initially I thought it could be a satellite as it was slowly cruising along at a brightness identical to the surrounding stars. Then suddenly it distinctly flashed as if to acknowledge me as I was putting out love and appreciation to our star ancestors. I recommend people try it on a clear night. It can take upwards of twenty minutes to 1/2 hour depending on what/where they're at

I didn't watch the video because I'm travelling and on mobile data. But this method of abduction seems a bit suspicious to me for benevolent entities from the description. This is her only experience right? Did everyone in that car make an agreement to this before they were born? If they are happy to parade around the car in their craft and not wipe the memory of it could they not send a telepathic message asking each person for permission first?
Maybe they all did agree to this encounter at some point, and to have their memory removed. Why do they need to have their memory wiped anyway?

Here, although I know what you're saying I have to disagree though, maybe it's just personal preference but I belive this woman's story and like hearing these types of experiences. I like them and trust them a lot more than the Corey Goode, the ruiners out there. I'm sorry if this rubs anyone the wrong way, it's not that I'm not appreciative of their info, (whether its bs or not). I also don't care for any messages from ETs either, so that's not very important to me...when they start passing on messages, I start questioning chit big time.

Vallee asked great questions when it came to abductees...such great books, his interviews are some of the most amazing out there.

Actually, Selkie's analogy is one I often use myself. I posted this thread a couple of years ago:

A metaphor about abduction

I wrote:

Dear Friends,

Here's something that occurred today which may be a metaphor. It's also light relief, but might possibly prompt some thoughts.

At our hacienda we had, besides dozens of chickens, three birds which were surplus to requirements: a turkey, a goose, and a duck. (Sounds like a children's story.)

We didn't want to harm them, so we found them a good home -- someone who has lots of birds of all kinds roaming free on his property. So we had to catch them and transport them there.

Easier said than done. We tried to lure them into a horse trailer with trails of grain, but they were too smart and realised that something was up. (The goose, in particular, was very psychic and suspicious.) So we had to capture them.

My friend, who has an abundance of energy, chased them all over our property with a giant butterfly net. It was hilarious. Eventually, he caught them all, and we imprisoned them in the trailer. I then drove them to a rendezvous with the person who was happy to take them all. I returned about half an hour ago.

Moral of the story:

The birds were abducted by benevolent superior beings, with much higher technology and vision, who did not want to harm them. But from the birds' point of view, we are clearly evil (or self-serving, at best) and it was all a terrible trauma. It was impossible to explain to them what we were doing, or why. It was absolutely outside of their intellect and reality. All they wanted to do was escape.

If birds had forums… what stories would they be sharing?

It may be a good time for us to opt for a change in our perceptions and be willing to re-examine our hierachical behaviour towards other species, hopefuly out of the depth of understanding of life experience of being preyed upon, becoming aware to the fact that what we put out there in the physical and in the ether is what we recieve in our life... it is rather simple. We are not superior (other than in our own minds), we are part of beautiful ecological environment that supports each other in a harmonic symbiosis should we let it, At this time, we mix the natural with the conditioned via customs we were born into and were requested to adopt. It is true that we are currently predetors with predetors mind who inherited the behaviours of others without pausing to ask what is it that we ARE in essence and what is it that we want to see in the world. Any justification to hurt others and be parasiting on their backs for the sake of 'curiosity' and research when not done in a non-invasive and with thoughtful manner, is an invitation and tacit agreement to be the pray for others..

Hi Bill, A very well raised metaphor a little reminiscent of Mary Rodwell's research that appears a little generalizing and forgiving to almost all instances, maybe the question is whether it truly reflects the majority of abduction cases, or perheps just some. I believe that the world that we inhabit as human beings is paralleled with the world of animals (we are but a link in the food chain). When it comes to the metaphor and your story - we can compare the percentage of considerate human beings (such as you and your friends) to that of other human beings who may be considerate but consume animals nevertheless and to others who are NOT considerate at all. This may provide us with a more realistic picture that reflects what there really is

Life has such an interesting way to teach us a lesson, and it most often seems that we need to occupy others shoes before we are able to take in the whole picture

(hopefuly one day we will be able to change this human method of learning)
