Whoa!!!!!!!!!!!! Runningdeer!!!!!!! That is simply amazing! I just got Lionhawk to stop what he is doing and give this a look. He's going to attempt to post here I think.

Truth is he's going blind from the Diabetes 2 he has. His doctor sent him to an eye doctor and the eye doctor said he could have some laser surgery that might slow it but it won't stop it. And neither one of us is in a position to afford that surgery....so....He also suffers from severe neuropathy in his feet and legs which is why he pushes himself in this project with the wood. Most times he can hardly walk from it. I can't even describe the pain I see him go through. When he is sleeping I can hear him moan in pain. It's not good...so when I saw that image I was totally amazed. You see this is how he's working through it. He's putting himself in the trees and wood to avert the sensations and work through it. You Runningdeer have captured his work in all of this for sure.

That is a totally outstanding image and thank you for that Runningdeer!

Much love to you Runningdeer for that image...

    To Brook and LionHawk,

Mother Earth’s tree is a healing place of imaginable wonder. LionHawk gets it on a bunch of levels.

I’ve got a family gathering to run to but wanted to quickly suggest this post.

With LionHeart’s higher self permission, I did a bit of looking last evening and in the early morning hours. (Nothing intrusive and with utmost respect for the spirit vehicle.)

Gulps last bit of coffee and runs out the door. xo

    Default A Sense Of Urgency

    Good Morning Everyone!

I want to thank everyone for holding down the campfire here lately. You all are just wonderful souls that I am most joyous to be in the company of.

It isn't often where I ask Shadowself to do something for me. Yesterday was one of those times. I just couldn't see the type on the screen. The doc said back in the Spring I was starting to go blind. Type 2 is what is causing the problems. I am not here to ask for pity. The Doc wanted to do eye surgery but I felt as though he was using me for a cash cow and decided to take the risk of not having surgery. You know something is up when they say there is no guarantee. I have learned to do the best you can do on every given day and to adapt to what you are enduring through. I also note that others have it far worse than I, so I am not complaining. I endure and that is the best I can do. If I have to measure the boards 6 times than so be it. I thank Shadowself for posting for me yesterday as I wanted you all to know what was up here lately. I must also confess I haven't read all the posts as of late, but will try to catch up and respond as I know the posts here in this thread carry weight.

First off, we are going to have to start an art gallery of RunningDeer's work. Talk about a synchronous pic she created because yesterday I was part of the forest. I also found myself in great company there as well. I had a small dark brown finch who kept me company as I split wood for our campfire here at home. I would sit down for a moment and he would go about pecking at the crumbs of my work. This went on all day and he drove my feline friend, Sasha, nuts. I also witnessed an aerial battle with some crows and hawks. It was a fierce one that went on for about 15 minutes. But I also had a long moment of that connection where I found myself in any tree I chose. And the first thing I see this morning was a validation of that with RunningDeer's artwork. I even told Shadowself about that connection even before I saw the pic. You out did yourself RunningDeer because the image looks 3D even though it is a 2D image. Absolutely AMAZING! Thank-you!

A couple of side notes. So far I don't have any problems with folks posting on this thread as you all have respected this campfire from a first hand point of view and that is what is the only requirement of this thread. It somehow creates the real magic of keeping it real. If you have a story and it is from your first hand then there is no problem. I just don't want second hand crap here. If I wanted to see second hand crap, I could easily go to other locations and read it from there. In my mind the real signal to noise ratio is the first hand vs. the second hand, where the second hand is the noise.

I also have an open door policy so if there are any questions, just PM me. There is no need for folks to get in any kind of panic here. I always respond and sometimes I am slow getting there but I get there.

As far as past lives go, keep the mighty paintbrush out of it. I have not walked in your moccasins or vis-a-versa. Meaning, that some who have incarnated here may not have any past lives in this sector and thus have no recall of such. That's okay. You may have other gifts that others don't have across the board. Others may have had a block put there by their own choosing because they wanted to take a break from it all and just have a good Earth life of enjoyment instead of fighting with alien wars and such. Every path is different and the paintbrush does a terrible injustice corning folks into places that don't fit them. So please don't panic because a subject doesn't resonate with you. We are all gems and the facets vary with different reflective qualities. So have no fear!

On the subject of past lives, I wanted to thank the Grip for his story right after he posted it. I am still contemplating on what he went through there. As with all of the past lives that have been posted, Miss Megging's accounts are incredible to me because of the emotional recall. It's that connection in those lives with the heart that makes it all happen. So I do my best to relive what you went through.

As far as the Sila story goes, Lost & Found nailed what she looks like. As I have also seen her. I am not so sure this story is fiction. Maybe what is so befuddling here is that this story might have happened on a parallel time line and ZionBrion and Lost & Found were in that time line at some time. Maybe the word "past life" is not the right word????? Anyways, you two should get it "together" and I was wondering if the Mods can create a sub thread of this thread to post the Sila Story? That way it would have it's own place near our campfire. Just thinking....... Anyways, spot on Lost & Found!

Again, thank-you everyone for keeping the fire lit! Hopefully I can post more as I go here.

Many thanks to RunningDeer and Shadowself too! Glad you are back RunningDeer. We missed you!

    Nagosa.......

Okay...it's time we all saw the man that Pinnicus the cougar motivates. I wanted to share a photo of Lionhawk but could not find any showing his eyes. His eyes are what sold me. So here are some (he's gonna kill me when he sees this...hehehe) when he was a young buck and the third is the one of the hat I bought him with that chainsaw story...but all the photos I have of him recently he's wearing shades! Kinda like me eh? LOL

Future so bright I've gotta wear shades!

Quote At first, many Native Americans were wary of having their photographs taken and often refused. They believed that the process could steal a person's soul and disrespected the spiritual world.

Over time, however, some Native Americans came to cherish photographs as links to ancestors and even integrated them into important ceremonies.

People and Trees: Intimately Connected Through the Ages
Trees are considered sacred in many cultures. Tree worship, in one form or another, has been practiced almost universally by ancient peoples in every corner of the globe.

Trees Speak to the Soul of Human Beings
It is no wonder that trees have captured the human imagination since the beginning of time. Their strength, deeply rooted in the Earth, is an inspiration. Their trunk and branches are a wonder of nature because they stand sturdy and impenetrable most of the time, yet they can flex and sway with the wind when needed.
The whisper of a breeze in their leaves or the sight of ants marching in a straight line up or down their trunks remind us of the magic of nature that trees embody. They live for hundreds or even thousands of years, and so we revere them as keepers of past secrets and sentinels of the future.
Watching their cycles of growth, shedding of leaves, and re-flowering in the spring, people have long perceived trees as powerful symbols of life, death, and renewal. Since the beginning of time, humans have had a sense that trees are sentient beings just like us, that they can feel pain, that they bleed when they are hurt. Trees even look like us. People have a trunk; trees have arms. And so we innately feel a deep connection to them.
Many people say they can feel a tree’s vibrational energy when placing their hand upon its bark. With their deep roots, trees carry significant grounding energy. We naturally feel peace and serenity when walking in the shade of trees or on a forest trail.

    Trees Help Us Every Day
A recent study shows that trees remove so much pollution from the air that they “prevented 850 human deaths and 670,000 cases of acute respiratory symptoms in 2010 alone.” When an insect called the emerald ash borer killed off a significant number of trees in the American Midwest in the 1990’s and 2000’s, rates of human death from cardiovascular and respiratory illness increased.

More difficult to quantify is the psychological effect that trees have on people. People who spend time outdoors, or even those who have access to windows looking out at trees, have been shown to have better health than those who do not.

The Universal Tree of Life: Both Ancient and Modern
The concept of a Tree of Life, often symbolizing the connections between all life forms, is found in many religions and philosophies, dating back as early as ancient Egypt. The Egyptian tree of life symbolized creation and represented the chain of events that brought everything into existence.
Fast forward to modern science. The tree has become the quintessential symbol of biological evolution, as its ever-branching image poignantly depicts the unmistakable interconnections between all living species on the Earth.
The beautiful Tree of Life painting at the top of the article was shared with us by artist Judith Shaw. It was inspired by the ancient symbol of the Tree of Life as well as by Sacred Geometry.
The Tree Leaf and Eternal Life
Consider this beautiful commentary from Thich Nhat Hanh reflecting on a tree leaf:
“I asked the leaf whether it was frightened because it was autumn and the other leaves were falling. The leaf told me, “No. During the whole spring and summer I was completely alive. I worked hard to help nourish the tree, and now much of me is in the tree. I am not limited by this form. I am also the whole tree, and when I go back to the soil, I will continue to nourish the tree. So I don’t worry at all. As I leave this branch and float to the ground, I will wave to the tree and tell her, ‘I will see you again very soon.’
… That day there was a wind blowing and, after a while, I saw the leaf leave the branch and float down to the soil, dancing joyfully, because as it floated it saw itself already there in the tree. It was so happy. I bowed my head, knowing that I have a lot to learn from the leaf because it is not afraid-it knew nothing can be born and nothing can die.”

    Cultural Beliefs About Trees
Trees are considered sacred in virtually every place where humans have settled.
There are many profound beliefs surrounding trees that people have held for millennia. Here are some interesting and touching examples:

    • For the Sng’oi people of Malaysia, a person and a tree can belong with each other, and this relationship is maintained for life. Certain trees and certain people belong together. When a person belongs with a tree, they also belong with its offspring: any trees that grow from the seeds of the first tree, no matter how far the seeds may scatter. The Sng’oi people call upon their intuition to know which child trees have sprung from which parent trees.

    • The World Tree is said to dwell in three worlds: Its roots reach down to the underworld, its trunk sits on the Earth, and its branches extend up to the heavens. Many cultures share a belief that this tree is the Axis Mundi or World Axis which supports or holds up the cosmos. For the Mayan peoples, the Axis Mundi was a massive Ceiba (in other cultures, it is called Kapok) tree that stands at the center of the world. The Mayan beliefs reflect that human souls first came into being as the sacred white flowers on the branches of the Ceiba tree. Souls of the dead Mayan ancestors rose from the roots of the Axis Mundi up through its branches and into the celestial realms.

    • In Germanic regions, it was believed that mankind was created from tree trunks, echoing the perception that people and trees have much in common.

    • In Sweden, some trees were considered “wardens” and could guard a home from bad luck. The warden was usually a very old tree growing on the lot near the home. The family living there had such great respect for the tree that they would often adopt a surname related to the name of the tree.

    • A well-known sacred tree in Norse mythology was Yggdrasil, a giant ash tree that was said to link and shelter the nine worlds that were believed to exist.

    • In Irish and English folklore, fairies would be found wherever Ash, Oak, and Hawthorne trees grew together. Hawthorn trees were regarded as a powerful symbol of protection, and were often planted near houses to ward off lightning as well as evil spirits. On the dawn of Beltane, it was believed that women who bathed in the dew from a Hawthorne blossom would become beautiful, and men who washed their hands in the dew would become skilled craftsmen.

    • Buddhists have a deep reverence for the Bodhi tree, a type of fig tree with heart-shaped leaves, beneath which the Buddha is said to have meditated for 49 days, trying to reconcile his mind to the fact that there was suffering in the world. On the 49th day, he stood and thanked the tree for providing shade for him, and in that instant he attained enlightenment. Today, in the same location where the Buddha is believed to have sat, there grows a descendant of that same Bodhi tree. Buddhist myths say that the tree will live there until the world is destroyed, and the place where it grows will be the last place to be destroyed; and when the world is reborn, that site will be the first place to appear.

    • The villagers of Piplantri, in Rajasthan, India, celebrate the birth of each little girl by planting 111 trees in her honor. The entire village works together to plant and care for the trees. This tradition not only ensures that the environment will be able to support the increasing population of the village, but it has also brought harmony and a drop in crime to the village.

    • In Malaysia, people maintain a very intimate relationship with trees. “There is a practice of tree planting around houses to the extent that the walls and wooden structures are allowed to give way to the roots of creeping plants, purposely sown at the bases of these structures.” The graveyards in Malaysia are covered so thickly with trees that the entire grounds are cool and sheltered from the tropical sun. The trees are allowed to take root into the graves and it is said that the trees whisper prayers to the creator asking for forgiveness of past transgressions of those buried in that place.

well the images did not make it but my twin flame an I have named all the trees on our property and one might even find us talking and hugging the wonderful creatures.

The road to awe such poetry shadowself, You catch the heart and soul of trees. I have actually listened to these beautiful souls. My twin flame and I lived in this place for years and years and right in front of us the land was full of very large and new trees. We were so blessed with these beings. One day not to long ago a very evil soul showed up and brought his god money and decided to build apartment units or houses to make himself more of his god. My soul and twin flame soul heard groaning's from the souls. So we fought for them but the god money won out and not to long after our battle this monster came in and murdered these beautiful souls. The machines literally ripped them up and then ran on to them and proceeded to break them rather than just cut them down either way these monsters butchered the souls. My twin flame and I heard the screams and all we could do was watch and cry daily as this all happened.

We still cry and hear the screams. Nightmares are not good from that. Well enough of that I wanted to give you and lionhawk something that is more positive so here that is.

    My favorite group also.

Shadowself, it is so cool that you and lionhawk continue to be soul mates through past and present lives. To me that means that your essence is one and always has been. It just takes time when you reincarnate to come back together. I see that with my soul mate and I also. So we have been connecting, Picture of lionhawk triggered a knowing in me. Like I know you from somewhere sort of thing. Thank you. Since you started that I have to dig one up for both of you. Don't mean to consume time at the fire tonight just raw with emotions. I want to give everybody some more music so here comes and goodnight to all.

Default Re: Put Another Log On The Fire

Lost N Found, not long ago I had to cut a tree limb off, for it grew horizontally across the front steps to the house. I put off taking action for two years, but the time came the limb had to go so people could come and go. I explained it to the tree. I apologized. I cut the branch. The tree sap wept out of the wound and would not stop. I bandaged it. I read things I could do. One day a crystal clear thought came to drip beeswax on the tree wound. I did. The lifeblood of the tree stopped seeping out. The next year I removed the wax, and tree had healed itself.

But before that, I spoke to the tree nearly every day. I would pause as I came or went and put my hand on it, apologizing again and again. One day the tree shot me this sentence: "Do not bemoan the way things used to be. Move on with what you have." (this is a paraphrase - the actual words I wrote down in some journal somewhere). I think the trees that were ripped up would be very very sad, but would accept it.

Did you do ceremony for the trees that were destroyed? (You say you cried.) Did you speak to the trees, to the nature spirits, to mother earth at that time? We are heard. In my view life is sacred, and when it comes to an end, an honouring can be rendered that heals.

Shadowself, I have seen the movie you link to above (The Fountain) several times. I thought it was about love that is eternal through time, that expresses as we reincarnate again and again in our questings. I saw it as two aspects of one soul coming together in different guises, but always with the bedrock of love. And the TREE, the Tree of Life, around which we/they dance, sustains us/them.

It is bittersweet to have seen the short video you posted, since I saw it with my beloved before he died. And because I knew so many lives he and I had shared over thousands of years. I have spent many minutes thinking on these things, and bless the Tree of Life that sustains us as we live and die in the fields of time.
Thank you for posting this, which brings memories and feelings of victory and loss and expansion and growth.

And Lionhawk, since reading the posts above regarding your health, I have been carrying an energy with me of care for you both. I cannot end my day without reaching out, touching you, expressing love from my heart - for I suspect many of us here have known each other in other lifetimes.

By the way, the meticulous way you have stacked your oak boards is pure delight. I recognize this meticulousness. Thumbs up!

I also send my love of the picture and love to your eyes Lionhawk.

Have you ever investigated sun gazing?

I would like to request the stick again. Thank you very kindly for allowing me to sit here with you all.

I want to add a stanza to a poem I wrote before

The lucky tree is embraced by a beautied eyes man who carves a staff and shaves the planked board.
This one tree becomes appreciated for generations of life and is walked upon, leaned on, laid out in a feast and and sat around.
The firelight in the hearth of our ideal home touches the grain gently like the sculptor and carpenter's love.

Thank you Grip. haven't been in that forest for so long. Trees still look healthy. Runningdear your art and healing touch is a blessing thank you so much.
Zionbrion the recording of tree rings is so amazing as Runningdear has said. Delight, your poems are quite touching for us all. A healing for lionhawk from all of us, energy to his eyes. I suspect that his inner sight is brighter than ever.

I am still encased in the trees this morning so going to play one more song.

I be hugging and talking to the trees in and around this property today.

I’ve sun gazed for several years. It stimulates inspiration and flashes of understanding. I feel uplifted and joyful, even 20-30 seconds is a power packed experience.

Sun rise and sun sets are the suggested times. I also do it during the day. I’ve got blue-green eyes, so there’s more light sensitivity than with brown ones. (from what I've read) What’s helpful is that I do one eye at a time when the sun is high and/or filter it through my fingers.

One of the things I like about this vid is you don't have to question whether it's disinformation or not. He demonstrates directly that it’s safe. I also like the wisdom he shares.

FFT LionHawk: I listened to a video today where hosts, Lisa and Dani, of the ‘One People Round Table’, and the interactive audience have the similar experiences with blurred vision. Some went for eye check-ups. The doctors report there's nothing wrong and they've got 20-20 vision. The greater theme of the show was strange physical experiences and symptoms because of the current energy influx.

I post because maybe some of this rings true. There are days that I experience it as well. I wear glasses for distance, but they're ineffective on the blurry days.

Runningdear, I started to listen to Lisa and Dani this morning but got pulled away. I read Dani's articles and all that is on the Removing The Shackles site, Don't always get to listen. Very interesting feelings about looking at the sun for healing in the eyes. I too do suffer with eye problems like lionhawk. I am sorry he cannot get the laser surgery that does work for sight. I was going blind at age 39 with retinopathy in both eyes. I was fortunate at the time to get the laser surgery and it did bring back my eye sight to 20/30 or some such. My sight has been good since except for the standard degradation due to age. Have to wear over the counter mags to see up close but still see good at normal distance. I pray for lionhawk to be healed in that respect. Thank you for the wonderful info on healing by solar. Looking deeper here.

Meggings, yes my twin flame and I both did hold ceremonies for all the wonderful souls that lived next to us. We also cried a lot and prayed for them. Shortly before the monsters showed up both of us spent time in the midst of the forest souls just being in them. It hurt and still does. I have to stop here. Thank you very much for your feelings and thoughts.

    Steven

    Hi Steven,

Fitting everything in is an art form. Juggle, juggle, jiggle.

Here’s a tip for those short on time:

Download videos using a free software from aimersoft.com. It converts it into different formats like audio or video. That way you pick up where you left off, rewind parts or listen on an iPod.

I started listening to Dani’s “Transpicuous News: Removing the Shackles”. What I like is becasue of her diverse background, she's got contacts around the world and fact checks. I couldn’t say how accurate it is because I’ve yet to listen to an entire show. It seems that events happen so fast that last week’s news is old news. And at times, a little bit of her goes a long way… which is why I like to download and fast forward parts.

The same goes for Lisa Harrison’s “One People Round Table” and “The Collective Imagination”.

PS I didn't see the deer picture the first time around. How precious! It's my new desktop pic.
