Shortly after my Twin Flame and I moved into our house and got settled in, we had a night of celebration. Why not? It was a Saturday night. So we had a couple of beverages and were feeling good, I decided to take out one of my keyboards and play some music. So here we are in the living room and I started to play. Then something very strange happened that scarred me for life. Buster comes up next to the keyboard and starts doing his happy dance. Part of me went into shock. I haven't been the same since.

Sorry folks for not being more interactive here lately but this water heater blue project is not a small one as we have had some serious water damage to repair as well. Particle board swells up twice it's thickness when it gets wet. So far I have a 4' x 8' section cut out. And all those staples got to be pulled out too. Rot under 3 walls as well. The water heater came that close of falling through the floor. That would have been a surprise to see your water heater through the floor. They weigh like 450 lbs. when full and that is a 40 gallon one. 332 lbs. of H2o and 110 lbs. for the water heater comes out to 442 lbs. Mold is the serious issue and that could kill ya. So it has to dry out and get rid of the insulation that is holding water from the leak. Anyway, no fun but we are making good progress.

I had one of those rare recurring dreams last night...of a door to a room...

In the dream I noticed I'd had this dream before. But upon waking all I remembered was that I had recalled that before... but what was it?

A door that once opened reveals all...but to what was my question?

Why am I seeing this all over again? It was ancient in nature.

So was the door.



Once in the room the content is revealed. It's there....in the room behind the door.

So I've decided to step it up. Next weekend I'm going to open that door...once again. Something is calling me hard to do this.

I'm dog and house sitting this week. My computer quit without giving a two week notice. Working with an old one that needs a lot of upgrades to work efficiently while a new one comes it. Cross fingers that old software will not need to be upgraded as well for the new computer. Trying not to think about how many files and 'stuff', I lost. Grrrrrr…

Will check back when possible. On the bright side, I have hot water. And where I'm staying they have a theater room with a huge screen and an extensive DVD collection.

I appreciate the work of clearing as in Paula's information. I have been doing this kind of work since 2006. I do not think it matters to look at how from where an "implant" or congestion came about. What matters is that there is congestion that blocks the power we need to experience health. To me health is inclusive of good relations with people, places things of our own particular life ...including the physical health well into advanced chronologic years. It must have peace in it because when we are not at peace, we spew out incoherence...like manic/depressive waves of highs and lows.

Seeking the peace that passes all understanding led me to know that I am a particularly intense woman (tense in...tension). I am just full of tension. It has felt like knives, like black goo, like stinky infectoion. I can clear these states but they do recur...maybe in a different way.I am not clear for sure!

In 2006, I started working with my imagination. I created a sieve of gold mesh to pull through my space around the body. It led to an imaginary machine. This machine sucks up with a vacumn. It is a box and I can use my etheric hands to pull things out and put them in the box. i have put many strange tentacled bits there and knives, rusted swords..... I focus on the tense places that often hurt top locate these "not me" bits. This device works for me.

Lately I am knowing more about the Presence I will call Great Spirit. This is omnipotent, omnipresent, omnipotent God trickling down to me from way out to way in all around and always. I have a new imagination that works. "God" is everywehere in and out so I do not have to be concerned with "where is God". I used to be concerend with that...as if anything isn't God.

This realization is huge for me. It leads to this story.

In 2006 I was at a school for three weeks. It was teaching the healing art passed down through Mexican Curanderas. There were only 3 students. Many strange experiences came through my time there in an intensive that was 24/7. Towards the end of our stay, I participated in an experience where we were all working at place beyond the thinking mind. The event was the growing of wings of the fairy girl in our class. One could say this was metaphoric but one night we gathered to help her birth her wings.

I cannot really explain how that we were working yet without visuals and sensory info. At one point, the leader asked me to create sparkles and sparkle the nascent wings. I was really astounded that she knew about me and sparkles. In some distant way, as a child, I knew about sparkles. They are what spew out of magic wands. They are the reason I used to read so many fairy tales. In some way, sparkles stand to me for magic making. They change everything they touch and makes it all beautiful.

So in the middle of the night, I sparkled the wings. No sensation of it but Susan said they were full on. The wings blossomed and the fairy girl would then need to learn to use them but they were were fully expressed.

One of the men in the group was not either a student or a house member. He was a client of my mentor, Susan who had bceome a dear friend. He was not "woowoo"in any way. When we talked, he described the same sense that I had . We had been THERE with the fairy girl but not where the mind can translate for US. Susan could see this realm. Others could feel it. I just had to trust that the sparkles were applied.

yesterday I reconnected with the sparkles. There had been an intimidating belief that I had to bring energy OUT. I have been working the heart and my heart has been feeling painful even physically. Last night I saw the sparkles falling around me like a rain storm. I gentled the sparkles and imagined send (directing) them all through me. This was awesome and today I have been remembering to let them in from all around me, in me everywhere (omnipresence) and let the power work on me (omnipotency) and let the sparkles take care of me in just the right way (omniscience).

I have been experiencing today a real peace that is like that realm of the birthing of the fairy girl wings. I cannot sense it with my physical mind. It is REAL HOWEVER...VERY REAL AND TRUE.

On a current Avalon thread about remote viewing JFK assassination, I encountered for the first time videos by the Farsight group. I chose one called "Atlantis" to view, since I recall living on Atlantis. At about the 32 to 34 minute mark of this, Courtney Brown describes some people fleeing. Below the video, I will endeavour to put down some of my memories of that time of fleeing, at the time of the final breakup of Atlantis.

At the time of the inundation of Atlantis, I was a member of the Royal Household, having been chosen to be governess/instructor of a young princess of Atlantis. Thus I was a member of the court, of the family really, and was virtually a surrogate mother to this princess, whom I have met and loved in this lifetime. She and I shared the memory of the last day we were alive upon the final breakup of Atlantis.

The concept of servants then was different than it is now, except that the corruption by the dark Orion ones had already begun. The Royals did not used to consider themselves more special than those who served them; simply it was their role and function, and someone who served was also playing their role. In the later times, when perverted thinking was increasing, servants became more as they once were in our historical times – without rights, without any merit other than to serve the whims of those whom they served.

However, this was not the case with myself and my young charge, for I was respected and honoured and was loved by the young princess. I was teacher, and trained her in morals as well. (This is a theme my larger soul has carried through many lifetimes I remember.)

Hello friends. I need a bit of insight as to what I'm going through. I've always had trouble with nightmares ranging from vividly disturbing dreams to all out screamers. Two months ago the Dr prescribed a drug that's often given military vets to subdue triggers and bad dreams. It worked for two months and then two weeks ago I woke up "vocalising" loud enough for my husband to come running from the other side of the house to wake me up. Last night i startled so violently that I kicked out and actually hurt him although he was better by morning. I contacted the Dr and he recommended additional medication that I'm not opposed to.

Those of you with a mystic bent, would you mind casting a spidey sense in my direction? I could use any insight you have as to what is causing this new batch of terrors. It's unpleasant for me as well as my husband.

Sorry to hear of the nightmares, Heartsong (Nancy). I cannot speak for you, but share the experience of seeing people become near psychotic or have bad psychological reactions to prescription drugs. My grandmother had had a stroke, and the medications in the hospital resulted in her seeing creatures climbing down the walls of her room. (My uncle put a stop to drugs for her when he saw this happen.) I was given strong migraine medicine and literally tried to climb the walls until a part of me realized this was not normal, and I dumped the prescription in the garbage. (I also thank the guardian angels for having my kids go to the beach beforehand so I was alone and that brief psychotic drug-induced reaction was seen by no one.) My youngest son had a pain prescription and he collapsed, and went to the hospital a few weeks ago.

All these little experiences lead me to stay away from medications. Is there any way you can wean yourself from them? One thing I might suggest that helps my sensitive body with homeostasis, is that at bedtime I take a cup of water with baking soda and vitamin C powder. It seems to alkalinize the body and sleep is good when I take this.

Were I you, I also would verbalize a kind of fiat at bedtime, that you are ... (here you can use your own words that have meaning to you) ... I have at times stated that I am a child of the most high god, that I am christ in manifestation here and now, and that nothing has permission to harm me. Then I'd sleep.

None of this rambling I've given may help you, but it is the best I can offer. You may have a marvelously tough immune system and may tolerate drugs far better than I do. We will be thinking of you, and embracing you in thoughts of care.

I have given some thought as to your situation. Stop taking the drugs. The doctor is practicing his medicine on you and you're the lab rat. He is altering your chemical body and he doesn't know your personal chemistry to the level he should know because he is treating you from a reactionary POV.

Granted that you are seeking relief. But let me to tell you that you are not the only one seeking this kind of relief. What I am saying here is that maybe the problem isn't you to begin with. For the last year, I also have experienced nightmares. In such ways that have somehow seem to be reinvented ones from old issues that have long passed. I do know for me that there is no longer a reason for these old issues to manifest once again. And the nightmares are of horrible entities and where they sometimes hide in nightmare. What I think is going on is from the outside. Someone or some tech is being used to manufacture this fear in a nightmare, because they aren't getting their fear food when I am awake.

I have done some inner work on this and as of today, I'm good on the inside. Things are what I call clear. So what I would suggest is to start doing some grounding work. Ground meditation you are comfortable doing. It only takes a few seconds to do and you can do it several times a day. Then start doing some shielding work. Always do the grounding first and then shield. Do this before you go to sleep. Make it a good habit. In other words, change the music and beat your own drum instead of having someone try to do it for you.

Part of the problem is that it is hard to read anyone if their energy fields are distorted because the drugs alter your energy signature as in erratic. So there isn't really much point to finding anything really specific because the frequency is always changing erratically.

This is what I am getting even though I threw myself in the mix here because it seems to be the norm here lately. I have had my fill of alien invasions and demons hiding behind closet doors.

What I also get is that you are working through something that was not your intention as far as outcome. As in someone changed the rules on you at the last minute and you weren't prepared for it because you trusted the one or ones that duped you. Like it turned ugly very quickly. Again, not what you intended but they don't care and I see you running from it and them.

I leave it up to you and more drugs I fear will make matters worse.

Thank you Meggings and Lionhawk. I appreciate your responses. My agreement with my Dr is that I would try the new medication. If it doesn't work I won't take it. It's too soon to know. The medication is more commonly prescribed for diabetic neuropathy and fibromyalgia not for psychological problems. It may not stop the dreams but it might contain my overly physical response to them. It's lovely stuff for dulling the rheumatoid arthritis pain.
I will try grounding myself and asserting control. I have been working on myself for 40 years and I'm better for it but there will always be remnants of the past to challenge me. And, I don't let Doctors control me. We always work in partnership.

I am glad some really liked my talk of sparkles. IMO "God" is the source of all creation and not apart form it. The sparkles are The substance of God IMO. We are the substance of God. Using our Sparkles allow us access to the freedom and ease of great spirit who is most entertained by our life and so wishing to assist with miracles.



Tonight I was serving food and a customer had his service dog. I asked what the service is and Marshall (the man) told me Jacob (the dog) knows when he is feeling dizzy and will make him sit down, then approach people and ask for hep by using a bark or his paw. I enjoyed meeting them and was feeling we connected as people. I really sense that my consistent meditation on these sparkles moving through me has been energizing me in a peaceful way.

I am meditating on beings being happy and free as what we have intended and what we bring in now by OUR agreement to be happy and free. This is audacious.

I am sure that Heartsong's medicine will help her when she can deeply embrace that it is for her good. IMO that is because we may use WHATEVER as a permission slip to be in alignment. Joe Dispenza has discovered evidence in stark science that shows: what we believe is so powerful that we ARE the placebo in healing. We are the choosers!!!

I know we are all embracing the deep aspects of who we really are. This is rocky!!!! It is not easy in the best possible way. Being us rocks the world.

It makes me really happy to know that everything and All in my life experience is full of guidance to me. This guidance is leading to to 100 % acceptance of my humanity as a feeling being: working with the emotional body now.

I know this thread is for personal expression but IMO the teaching from listening to others information is food for the mind. So I want to share what I am just about to watch...

I feel really under the wings of powerful love that makes me strong. It makes me feel compassionate about me having fears. IMO, it makes no sense to me that anyone could take my energy without my permission SO, I am really excited to realize that what I see as attack from some outside arena is only and just what I conjure up. I wish to observe the unknown aspects that we have shelved and how could I see what i don't see except by projection? .

IMO it is not that difficult to reintegrate the shadow both black AND golden. It does not take life times. It is just easier now to reintegrate and be well balanced.

SPARKLES - she slaps her own head with her hand for not realizing she can share sparkly experiences. They make me smile, and may do something similar for you.

I've briefly been aware of observing my personality self from a higher self perspective, and there is such UNCONDITIONAL LOVE of our Self for our self that it can bring tears to the personality's eyes. And not long ago this happened again, but this time was added the higher self saying "Well done!" for just being here.

What prompted me to post here, after reading Delight's delightful post above, was seeing the very next thread snuggled up next to this thread was Traineehuman's "Higher Self" thread. He'd just posted this:

You stand and take deep breaths and on the inbreath slowly move your arms in a circular fashion to "pull down" sky-energy (pure white, or, better yet if you can, gold) into your body and energy field, then as your arms come down on the outbreath you turn your palms to face the ground and you draw in Earth energy..." That's when I realized I do sparkles. On my own. When I feel the tap on my shoulder of "the Father", I pause and reach up both arms, then start moving them downward onto my upper body, pulling down the energies. There is attention on my Father, on divinity, and maybe a silent phrase of "come unto me, fill me Father". And the SPARKLES are felt.

Then I go on with several lines of a little litany, each line of which I draw down the energy through my body from above head down to the ground. I am washing myself with sparkles that tingle. I am washing my energy bodies with light. And I do this often as I feel the tap on my shoulder.

Back maybe 25 years, it happened that as I sat at my desk running my business, now and then I'd feel the inner "tap on the shoulder" and I would pause. In a second or two, as my inner attention rose up to the Father, a cascade of silvery sparkling energy would wash down from on high and tingle through my body. Each time I would pause many seconds afterwards to assimilate the energy, and then turn to the tasks at my desk.

This went on for a good ten years, and no one every knew. It was not visible. But now I reach up and pull it down, and now what used to be a cascade is but a trickle, and I wonder how far I have fallen as life has done its living through me.

That is the sparkly story I thought to share. But there are other sparkles to mention. In travels through what I call the "black ethers" there are at times curtains of sparkly light I pass through. Sometimes these are white sparkles. Sometimes golden. Once I was delighted to come upon and pass through a celadon green curtain of sparkles.

So I thank you, Delight, for speaking of sparkles so I remembered I too play with sparkles.

I would like to take this moment in time to honor our fellow soldiers who have served our country. Who put their lives on the line to protect you, your loved ones, friends, neighbors, and your fellow countrymen and women. And they do so much more that you will never hear about. I would also like to note that not only did they serve their tour time, but have also carried their time after their engagements long after. They basically have served all of their lives. Fighting in wars that were insane and politically motivated.

Many of these Sisters and Brothers went in for the right reasons. For freedom and liberty. So much so that many of them sacrificed their lives in the name of those pursuits. So in honor of you, I SALUTE YOU ALL!

Good Morning!

Well, it's happening again and I can only guess as to why. If you'll recall I posted some photos of my hands and how I get this black stuff that form in lines and sometimes large splotches.

Well, it's started again today. I took some photos (to date about 250 plus) with my cell phone and am keeping a record of the various occurrences...often times adding a post it for dating.

I don't know what causes this and neither do my doctors.

It doesn't happen that often anymore but whatever it is it's still in my system. Perhaps this is because of my plans this coming weekend? I have to tell you it somewhat freaks me out on so many levels!
