Paris psy-ops is part of ongoing moves towards world government

The giant psychological warfare operation, where “ISIS terrorists” allegedly killed over a hundred people in Paris, on Friday the 13th, November, 2015, was just part of ongoing horse trading towards a world government.

To understand this, let us look at some key events surrounding the events in Paris.

First of all, the fact that thousands of witnesses all carrying video phones were unable to record the events of that day alone proves it was just a massive propaganda event, NSA and other sources agree. In addition, all 8 security camera feeds to the areas where the supposed massacres took place had been shut off, implying high level cooperation from the French security police, CIA sources say.

Next, let us look at what has resulted from this event. France has implemented martial law and closed its borders. This is classic Gladio strategy whereby a manufactured terror incident is used to implement a military government.

Furthermore, the French have been pushing, through their proxy Christine Lagarde, head of the IMF, to replace the US dollar with the IMF’s SDR. This is to be decided at a meeting on November 30th.

November 30th is also the day when 120 or so world leaders, including those of Russia, the US and China, are to gather in Paris to “discuss global warming.” As anybody who actually checks facts knows, “global warming” has nothing to do with scientific truth and everything to do with forming a world government. The idea is to finance this world government with a global “carbon tax.” The world itself is not warming and even if it was it would be due to solar cycles and not CO2.

However, the events in Paris and unreported but even more dramatic events in the Middle East are, nonetheless, part of some very serious infighting between various factions struggling to dominate the world government that is being negotiated.

There is also conflicting evidence about exactly who staged the events in Paris and other similar psy-ops that are appearing with increasing regularity.

The Russians, still furious about the shooting down of their airplane on Halloween (October 31st), say it was the same people behind that as were behind the events in Paris. Russian President Vladimir Putting is saying he will “not deal with the dog that has bitten him, it is the owner of the dog who will be held responsible.”

According to the Russians the owner of this particular “dog,” is.....

I am not a Fulford 'believer' but from what I could read in his Nov 17th report, I am in complete agreement. I felt this way from the first moment of reports of this tragic event in Paris. There is one possible exception, however. Fulford write in a way that, perhaps, no one actually died. I re-read that part and am not sure what he meant there. I am sure that many people died that night. The NWO cabal cares not for human life. They made sure that their paid assassins appeared to be muslims - maybe some were.

Only Jews Were Saved After France Ignores Russia-Israel Warning Of Paris Massacre

A stunning new Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the French General Directorate for External Security (DGSE) was pre-warned on 12 November by both the Federation and Israel of the pending Friday the 13th Massacre in Paris that was carried out by three teams of highly coordinated Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) terrorists that killed 132 innocent civilians and gravely wounded at least 352 more.

According to this report, on 7 November, the Joint Intelligence Centre (JIC) in Baghdad (established and operated by Russia-Iraq-Iran-Syria to battle the Islamic State) received an “urgent request” from Israel’s Directorate of Military Intelligence (DMI) requesting “open/real-time” intelligence on the “movement/actions/communications” of certain Islamic State terrorist leaders operating in both the Levant and Europe. [Note: words/phrases appearing in quotes “” in this report are English approximations for Russian words having no exact language counterpart]

As to why the DMI requested this assistance, this report explains, was based upon information provided to Israeli military intelligence by their National Security Advisor, Yaacov Amidror, who the week before had been in Washington D.C. meeting with the spy chiefs of the United States, France and Britain where the “planning/operation” for the Friday the 13th Paris Massacre were being made—and which we had detailed in our 14 November report Russia Warns Friday The 13th Paris Massacre Is Masonic Power Play For World War III.

With the combining of JIC-DMI “assets/capabilities” in attempting to stop the Friday the 13th Paris Massacre from occurring, this report continues, a grim analysis was made that this attack was imminent thus causing the JIC to issue a warning to the DGSE stating:

“We have recovered information from our direct sources in the Islamic State terrorist organization about the orders issued by terrorist ‘Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi’ directing all members of the organization to implement an international attack that includes all coalition countries, in addition to Iran and the Russian Federation, through bombings or assassinations or hostage taking in the coming days or hours.”

Though the JIC released to Western news services this 12 November warning given to the DGSE, this report says, the full context of it is being censored, specifically the warning that Paris was the most likely target to be attacked as one of the Islamic State terror leaders in Europe being tracked, named Salah Abdeslam, was known to live in Belgium overseeing a terror-cell in France where certain members of his extended family lived.

With neither the DGSE or any Western news service even attempting to warn their citizens of this pending Islamic State attack, this report notes, the DMI then requested that the JIC authorize a warning to be issued to the Jewish peoples of Paris so that at least they could be protected—a request that was immediately granted.

Upon receiving the JIC’s authorization to notify the Jewish peoples in Paris of this pending attack, this report says, the DMI notified the representative of French citizens in Israel, Jonathan-Simon Sellem, of what was going to occur—an action which undoubtedly saved numerous lives as it was received hours before the attack began.

Most astounding to note in this report are its SVR writers pointing out that the failure to warn the citizens of Paris of what was going to occur on Friday the 13th is not a singular act by the West, but appears to be the normal way of doing things for them—and as evidenced by the same type of warning the United States received prior to the 11 September 2001 attacks on their nation by Islamic terrorists and did nothing about—and as confirmed by the events that happened on the morning of 10 July of that year as recently revealed by then CIA Director George Tenant:

“That morning of July 10, the head of the agency’s Al Qaeda unit, Richard Blee, burst into Black’s office. “And he says, ‘Chief, this is it. Roof's fallen in,’” recounts Black. “The information that we had compiled was absolutely compelling. It was multiple-sourced. And it was sort of the last straw.” Black and his deputy rushed to the director’s office to brief Tenet.

All agreed an urgent meeting at the White House was needed. Tenet picked up the white phone to Bush’s National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice. “I said, ‘Condi, I have to come see you,’” Tenet remembers. “It was one of the rare times in my seven years as director where I said, ‘I have to come see you. We're comin' right now. We have to get there.’”

Tenet vividly recalls the White House meeting with Rice and her team. (George W. Bush was on a trip to Boston.) “Rich [Blee] started by saying, ‘There will be significant terrorist attacks against the United States in the coming weeks or months. The attacks will be spectacular. They may be multiple. Al Qaeda's intention is the destruction of the United States.’" [Condi said:] ‘What do you think we need to do?’ Black responded by slamming his fist on the table, and saying, ‘We need to go on a wartime footing now!’”

“What happened?” I ask Cofer Black. “Yeah. What did happen?” he replies. “To me it remains incomprehensible still. I mean, how is it that you could warn senior people so many times and nothing actually happened? It’s kind of like The Twilight Zone.”

And even though this SVR report doesn’t say it in exact words—the impression that these Western leaders, indeed, want to create a “Twilight Zone” world does appear to be real. link
