Just as a reminder for all [visitors]- we vote daily.
Forget about the elections, that's not voting.

We are voting daily through what we consume,
and - easily forgotten - how we pay for the goods.

I'm voting through avoiding the antichrist* whereever possible,
and in using cash [in most cases], as long as this is the option. Both for reasons that should be obvious.

Here and Now, nothing is in its place at my house. The kitchen cabinets are emptied onto the countertops while I deal with the ants. They are fire ants, which is new...who ever heard of a fire ant problem inside the house?

Poor Em is camped out all over the house while her floor is repaired. It all started when she stepped out of bed and went through the floor. She healed up pretty quickly, nothing serious. After I finally got Mike to take this issue seriously, enough to fix the problem, the project from hell started. And he is so passive aggressive besides. I should know that he will agree to whatever I say, or whatever Em wants, but that he will do whatever he sees fit.

Here are just some of the issues of the past three weeks. First, he bought only one piece of sub flooring. The next weekend, he had to buy two more. The third weekend, the last piece. (Measure twice, cut once anyone?) Then he didn't foresee the need for screws or the cordless screwdriver. So the next weekend he brought those. He didn't foresee the need to cut around the floor vent, either. He told Emma she could go ahead and paint all the pieces (don't get me started there...) before it was in place. So then we had a very, very blue floor with white caulking in some of the seams, and a piece of floor that wasn't even painted.

I don't even know if this makes any sense. But boy oh boy, it was a long and frustrating process. It is almost finished. On top of this deep blue, Em wants to sponge paint a purple color. Good lord. Well, it's her room...

All this has aggravated this damned asthma I have seemed to develop. I tried every root or herb I could find, and it got severe enough I ended up on prescriptions. Every damned day. So, if anyone knows how to cure/heal/naturally treat asthma, anything that actually works so I can get off this other crap that makes me irritable, and God only knows what else it is doing to my body, please, please let me know.

S-T-R-E-S-S… get rid of as much as you can.

I experienced impaired breathing and itchy, puffy eyes in my early teens:15+ cats, 3 dogs, a 3/4 horse and 2 ponies, a jackass, 150 rabbits, chickens and ducks, sheep, ram and a black angus steer.

After Michael’s passing, I was at a point where I had to lug a nebulizer to school and use two types of inhalers for maintenance. Toss in a couple of emergency visits to the hospital, I finally reached my limit. A friend of mine took my cats, I continue counseling and it cleared up shortly after.

IIRC, if prone to asthma, it may return around the age of 40-50. Also, certain seasons kick it up a notch and if you are allergic to musty, moldy environments it’ll trigger episodes.

But the real test is to our spiritual side, to step forward, and how our 3D self can accept this higher reality, that we never disconnect totally.
So we have to yank ourselves back to what we have come to believe, as spiritual beings, over and over again.
That this multi-dimensional cosmos is real, that consciousness survives, and that reincarnation is not the only option, if we choose to move on.

The test is that part of you that KNOWS deeply that she is now nearer to you than ever, much nearer than she ever was while still in the physical. Except perhaps when you were in her womb. Your birth was the only true physical separation.

Your many years on the mystical seeker path are now going to come to an end, as you will have to start applying the knowledge which you found, and there is nothing like a parent's death to give us this opportunity. They knew our most intimate little idiosyncrasies.
I have been living in a house with two young seekers, in their early 20s, who love to speak and debate mystical topics. I'm rarely there, but when I do visit I have little patience for their prognostications these days. To me, what stands out are their small unconscious gestures, the nervous tics and stammers, what is being said beneath the words as indicated by body language, tone, what is not said. How they live, vs. how they speak. I mention them as examples of my "new-found" lack of patience with non-experiential spiritual/philosophical discourse.

They have indeed come to an end. This is to a large extent what I feel. To such an extent that I don't actually feel like the same person anymore. I'm coming to grips with this as it has affected my energy and my expression. I'm still figuring out what that means going forward. This is the most writing I've done in months.

This sort of stuff is unfortunately suppressed by our culture. This makes the grief process so much harder. No one believes these stories, yet they happen a lot. Of course the grief process must be lived as well, as we are always connected to our physical selves. I pray that your mum is sending you communications, and that you have the eyes to see them.
Thank you so much for sharing those stories. I've not noticed any msgs yet nor seen any signs. But I have felt her close at times. Each day as it comes.

    1:

Rounds of deep breathing exercises, first and foremost!

Alternate nostril breathing for balance and de-stressing.

Asthma is constriction of the small sacs in the lungs, as well as bronchial passages. Many irritants can cause asthma-like symptoms. For those with no history of asthma, stress and bad air are often the culprits and the symptoms can be dealt with as above.

Lungs and stomach are intimately related, since they diverge from the same set of differentiated stem cells in the growing embryo. What works for the stomach helps the lungs, strange as that may sound. Ayurvedic medicine recognizes this relationship and lung problems are often handled through the stomach.

Inverted yoga stance positions also are generally helpful, since they boost the immune system. So shoulder and head stands, leg raises, cobra, are all good (other health issues may counter this advice).

You could also try Niacin, a natural vassal dilator (opens the blood vessels). It is a B vitamin, B2, I believe. That may help but if you are not used to taking it, take no more than 50mg.

Might be a good time to pull out some rose quartz, some sage to sweeten the house, candles to stay focused.

    Hope that helps.

edit: I believe riboflavin is B2, Niacin is B3

Thanks, Paula. Stress does seem to be the biggest factor. Maybe as I work on that, this other nonsense will improve. Good to see that even though it was pretty severe in your case, you are now living without it.

Thanks, Ernie. How often/how long should I do those asanas? I happen to be able to do those, so I can see if it helps to do them on a more regular basis. I need to get some more rose quartz as all of mine has found homes elsewhere. Exactly what am I supposed to do with it?

I guess I will move this to PM... it is my here and now for sure, but really doesn't have to be what everyone else steps over on the village path.

    Much Love,

For all of you who enjoyed the last chill mix I put together less than a week ago, and posted a link in this thread, I'm on a roll, it seems.

Here's another chill (psybient) mix (2hrs 20min) with a slower basic rythm.

It's so fresh, it's still warm.

    Enjoy.

I'm sitting by the fire drinking a beer.... feeling we have gone straight from Summer to Winter and skipped Autumn. Ugh.... thats the Virgo in me..... five planets in Virgo -two inner and two trans-personal +, forms a conjunction, which forms a T-square and Yod. I'm extremely sensitive & shy, but it makes me very good at what I do.

I missed last weeks Pele report.... posting last weeks and this weeks here and now. New moon in Scorpio and planets are shifting from Virgo to Libra. Moon's Nodal axis is going into Pisces/Virgo.

On assignment in a foreign land,
    Seeking Truth to understand,
I find there's way more than I thought,
More than my teachers ever taught.

Whoa, these are intense times and so many images came to my mind to describe it. How about the symphony is about to start and the conductor is missing? You're tiptoeing through a mine field as it is the only way out? You're the lead role in the play that is opening now and you're not sure of your lines? Talk about nerve racking, stress producing, and tripped out! Well, you are not alone.

As I discuss in this report, we (as in those listening to this report haha!) have incarnated to bring in a New World, a New Age, and it is like a distant memory from another dimension that we once "knew." We have to sooooo trust ourselves and pull from our inward knowing while it damn well seems like something else is going on here altogether.... OMG! Are we nuts or is this "reality" really from the past? We need to hold on, hang in, stay the course, a develop a relationship to the human element here so as to effect the healing that is so desperately needed. But oh, just how much patience do you have??????? You'll find out by the end of the year!

When I am in fear I want more and more,
Love, money, and power than ever before.
But when my eyes open I begin to see,
That I always get just what I need.

Yup! Ya win some and you lose some. This New Moon in Scorpio sets the tone for the month which is one of gain through loss, new life through death, and seeing the workings of the eternal in our daily lives. Let's face it, it hurts to lose, whether it is a loved one, power, money, youth, health, or your car keys, favorite mug, or pet. Life is continually giving us things and taking them away again.

We can easily go into victimization over these losses, get angry, twisted, wasted, or numb. Yet, it is also through the comings and goings of everything in our lives that we come to know that which is eternal, lasting, Spirit Self.

Scorpio also holds the mystery that lies behind the changing forms or structures of our lives. The deep hidden truths not only of death, dying and letting go, but of metamorphosis, resurrection, creation and the new birth that follows upon the heals of that death. It is nothing less then than the workings of God, the face of our Maker, the Ultimate. To stare God in the face without fear could be one of the goals of our evolution. Give it a shot, check it out. See what you see.

    Love

    Nora

Some powerful discussion here while I’ve been away, I see. Talking of greater harmony, I’m just back from our late Indian summer in Paris and various piano stores where I must have tried about twenty different instruments to replace my German model with a very heavy keyboard. I was told buying a Yamaha would be like trading in a BMW for a Honda, so I eventually settled for a bargain-priced… Porsche. We took along a young pianist friend to this place I’d found with the main shop on the boulevard, and along a back street an Ali Baba’s cave of amazing instruments. She likes a heavyish keyboard for practising on (although not as heavy as mine) because come examination time she feels really comfortable on a lighter one. It turned out the one she liked best was also my preference (and the dealer’s too). She said she didn’t know she was that good, which is because there was no need to grind out the expressive sounds she was looking for. So on that basis, after twenty years of hard graft, I’m looking forward to twenty years or more of feeling good.

I’m thinking pianos are much like people. Some people are hard work, others very easy going; and not everyone is agreed on who is which. Someone told me I needed to play my piano more to loosen it up. Someone else said they could sort out the problem by adjusting the hammers, and a third person said they could not, or would not, do that. I tend to think it would damage the instrument; that might be necessary in some cases, but mine is not a sociopath, just a bit awkward. It doesn’t need a lobotomy, just a new owner.

There seem to be a lot of people selling pianos these days, to the point that this guy can only take trade-ins. When you are strapped for cash, you might well want to part with something that is not used or underused, which is often the case. The piano I’ve just bought was an expensive gift to someone’s wife, all the more expensive because it called for more time and effort than she was prepared to put in. The piano I’ve just sold is also probably underused because it might take a busy teaching situation to loosen it up as a practice instrument for a whole class of students. So what I see is a kind of reshuffling of the pack to get the right instruments to the appropriate users, who when it comes to secondhand for once are not priced out of the market. It’s like a retuning process. You have this potential that has lain dormant but that comes to life when the mostly financial investors make way for the mostly time and effort investors.

Naturally, I want to take this discussion into the broader picture addressed by Carmody, Gripreaper and others: retuning the Earth. I don’t know too much about crystals, but when I read from the article quoted by Flash in post #46944:
Quote This finding, confirmed only within the past two years, quickly led to the conclusion that Earth's solid-iron inner core is "anisotropic" -- it has a directional quality, a texture similar to the grain in wood, that allows sound waves to go faster when they travel in a certain direction.
it seems to me that what is being talked about here could equally apply to geomagnetism.
Earth's magnetic field is dropping fast. Since “every atom in a chunk of iron is itself a tiny magnet” (Mark Buchanan, Ubiquity), its magnetic strength is dependent on the alignment of each atom.

Like other systems described by Buchanan, magnets have a critical point between order and chaos “balanced precisely between it magnetic and nonmagnetic states”, occurring in iron at 770 degrees Celsius. At this critical point, “even hideously crude models can work exactly like the real thing”.
Quote If you were to take snapshots at different moments, you would see the alliances of the factions constantly shifting, with some dissolving and others forming up. The critical state is subject to tremendous fluctuations, and always remains poised on the very edge of sudden, radical change. To call it “hypersensitive” would be an understatement. Since the army of arrows is balanced on the precipice between its two phases, always on the verge of falling into line, even the tiniest influence can push it over the edge. Just a single magnet flipping over can trigger an avalanche of further flippings that would rampage from one side to the other.
Humans are of course a part of this picture, as is life in general. See Richard Michael Pasichnyk, The Vital Vastness, page 990:
Quote The importance of life in generating electromagnetic energy to the system can be seen in a number of facts. Geomagnetic intensity increased sharply in the Proterozoic, and this has been thought to be due to the inner core consolidating (nucleation). However, this is when life systems began to be globally established, and contribute electromagnetic energy, and conducting and semiconducting organic materials to the system, even superconductors within life itself…
Iron is an important oligoelement, and interestingly iron deficiency is the most common nutritional deficiency in the world.
I think that if the “factions” we are talking about include “the cabal”, then they would also have to include a messianic faction of the type described by Ulli. Messianism gets a bad name for itself, and rightly so as an agent of disempowerment, but the mechanism remains an effective one. As I suggested last year here, it only takes “a few humans” to produce enough change to trigger an avalanche.

You won’t find an iron deficiency in pianos of course, whose +/-200 kilos are mostly in the cast-iron frame. I have no idea what harmonious sounds do to its magnetism or other properties: no doubt something very tiny, but obviously something resonant, and probably not so tiny compared to the entity activating the mechanism. Just one way to trigger an avalanche.

I never thought of paying in cash only as a means to stand in my truth, but now that you mentioned it, I see that it is a worthwhile practice, which I will incorporate into my bag of methodology asap.
I guess a barter system is not exactly feasible in my life time.

Our group visualization last night: Humans becoming so clever, so smart, so intuitive, that manipulation of humans is no longer possible.

We gathered together to support positive change. Please consider adding your creative energy, your powerful intent, to support this change.

    This is what we did:
We give thanks for the knowledge that we are extensions of Source energy, co-creators with the energy that creates worlds.

With the support of Source and Mother Earth, we use our collective intent to gather energies of positive change for Mother Earth and all life forms on and in our planet.

Holding our hands together in the form of a cup, we see our hands fill with golden white sparkles of light. The energy we hold in our hands has the power make all humans so clever, so smart, so intuitive that humans can no longer be manipulated.

Holding our hands filled with energy high above Mother Earth, we gently release the energy to gently fall to earth. As the golden white sparkles touch the earth, the energy flows in all directions, becoming available to all who choose to use it.

We know that as we repeat this process in the future, as individuals or as a group, we set all life forms, all consciousness, free from manipulation and lies.

    So be it.

We give thanks for our opportunity to support freedom, well being, joy, love and truth.

The inexhaustible resource of Spirit is equal to every demand. Abundance is here and now manifest.

I just joined this international barter system:
    https://www.community-exchange.org/home/
It seems to work pretty well, if you have a local community engaging in it, which we do in my town now.
I used to be a facilitator for a local TimeBank, which is similar, but their website got too complicated.
Hopefully that won't happen with CES.

Kitchen put back together. Em tucked cozily in her own room. I may have just finished my Christmas shopping, and I am hunting up some healing crystals. Ahhhhh. I do have some things to think about though, since the outer reflects the inner.
