Default The strange looking Euro Cup 2016 logo, hidden symbolism??

It looks like an owl from afar, I also noticed the hexagon and the star formation. Weird...

The animation is really the best part of it all. It helps establish the concept and bring it to life in a visually catchy way. The initial tricks of building the typography out of wiggles and doodads is pretty hypnotic. It then goes into a few tacky effects and styles but once you realize it’s all about showcasing the different art expressions and movements you sort of buy into it — except the 3D players, those are just weird.

Well, there's absolutely nothing fishy about the hexagon: France is nicknamed "l'Hexagone" because of its shape

There's been a lot of hexagones talk lately as someone recently mentioned here. Just a thought...

    Three six pointed stars?
Well that has to be the Sirius star system!
The Dogon tribe say they where given a symbol for Sirius by the Nomo (I think) which does not have the horizontal line through it.
Also the dogon version can be found in The Egyptian Room of Benjamin Franklin's Lodge in Philadelphia.
This symbol is known in Freemasonic lore as the blazing pentagram.
Even the colours red & blue are a match.
PS I did not watch that video & don't suggest anybody does....

As a side note England have drawn Russia in the group stage make of that what you will.

I for one will join in with anyone, I don't care what color you are as long as you want to change this miserable condition that exists on this Earth - Malcolm X / Tsar Of The Star

And this is what I see now also and there's more to this logo than we think. I wish I knew more, I don't have the time to properly research it...

This logo seems to be inspired by the work of Joan Miró
