Corbettreport: How Big Oil Conquered the World

    MUST-SEE DOCUMENTARY

"From farm to pharmaceutical, diesel truck to dinner plate, pipeline to plastic product, it is impossible to think of an area of our modern-day lives that is not effected by the oil industry. The story of oil is the story of the modern world. And this is the story of those who helped shape that world, and how the oil-igarchy they created is on the verge of monopolizing life itself."

Watch Essential 21-Minute 'X-Files' Miniseries Preview

"With less than a month to go before The X-Files returns from its "13-year commercial break" for a six-episode event series, the long-running sci-fi series has provided a 21-minute video as a preview for the miniseries. The extended clip doubles as a refresher for old fans and introduction to uninitiated viewers who didn't grow up with David Duchovny's Fox Mulder and Gillian Anderson's Dana Scully. For viewers who don't have time to marathon-watch The X-Files' nine seasons on Netflix, the "Re-Opened" featurette is mandatory viewing.

Like the original X-Files, the miniseries' arc will feature a combo of "Mythology" episodes – Mulder and Scully's series-long search for proof of extraterrestrial life – and standalone "Monster of the Week" episodes, where the agents are roped into a bizarre investigation outside their UFO pursuits. This time around, the two types of episodes will bleed into one another (as opposed to the original series, which kept the storylines and its consequences separate). "Even in the standalone episode, there's some story to advance," Duchovny says. "It's not just about the case."

At the heart of the six-episode miniseries is the continuing story of Mulder and Scully. "We've always tried to have a human element. It was always tied to how it affected Mulder and Scully as human beings, and same here," writer Darin Morgan, who penned some of The X-Files most beloved and offbeat episodes, says in the preview. "They're going through all these weird stories but the throughlines is them confronting their age and confronting their life choices."

The X-Files' miniseries premieres January 24th. In addition to bringing back the majority of the main cast – even supposedly deceased characters like the Smoking Man – creator Chris Carter and the series' main stable of writers returned for the new episodes."

Robert Otey - Unscientific Cosmogony: Gravity, Quantum Physics & Einstein - Hour 1

    December 30, 2015

"Robert Otey has spent the past 25 years doing research into alternative Cosmology. He is behind the YouTube channel, 77Gslinger, where he has close to 700 videos relating to the Electric Universe, Sacred Geometry, Cymatics, and the work of Walter Russell, Viktor Schauberger, DB Larson, Nikola Tesla and others. Otey is the author of two books, “Free Energy and Free Thinking” and “Gravity is a Myth and Does Not Exist; Electricity is the Only Force in the Universe.”

Robert begins with an overview of the convincing evidence he has discovered that contradicts and debunks the flawed theoretical gravitation based/big bang cosmogony taught in academia. He states that his enormous body of work proves this is in fact an electric universe based upon the foundations of sacred geometry. He gives credit to the revolutionary free energy discoveries made by Schauberger, Tesla, Moray, and others who discarded the false models of explosion based, fuel sucking technology upheld to render astronomical profits for the world’s energy barons, war mongers and central bankers. Robert explains the main proofs behind the electric universe model and how these elements produce the effect we know as gravity. We discuss the model of magnetism, the field of quantum physics, and the nuclear atom theory. Robert talks about the two main foundations of quantum mechanics, The double-slit experiment and the Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle. We look at the idea of relativism in science and the deceptive language of mathematics, along with the history of Einstein and his manufactured science. Further, we consider the birth of the Nobel Prize scene and the corresponding rise of National Socialism in Germany" ...

    seems like a plan ...

    Quote

There was a farmer who grew excellent quality corn. Every year he won the award for the best grown corn. One year a newspaper reporter interviewed him and learned something interesting about how he grew it. The reporter discovered that the farmer shared his seed corn with his neighbors. “How can you afford to share your best seed corn with your neighbors when they are entering corn in competition with yours each year?” the reporter asked.

“Why sir,” said the farmer, “Didn’t you know? The wind picks up pollen from the ripening corn and swirls it from field to field. If my neighbors grow inferior corn, cross-pollination will steadily degrade the quality of my corn. If I am to grow good corn, I must help my neighbors grow good corn.”

So is with our lives... Those who want to live meaningfully and well must help enrich the lives of others, for the value of a life is measured by the lives it touches. And those who choose to be happy must help others find happiness, for the welfare of each is bound up with the welfare of all...

Rory Mac Sweeney - Orphans of the Stars

LegaliseFreedom1 host Greg Moffitt interviews Dr. Rory Mac Sweeney

"Dr. Rory Mac Sweeney discusses some of the ideas in his book The Paradox of Lucid Dreaming –
    A Metaphysical Theory of Mind.

In this freewheeling, off-the-cuff chat we explore creativity, philosophy, the rise of independent media and the Internet and growing global interconnectedness, psychedelics and shamanism, the origin of life, the potential existence of meaning and purpose throughout the cosmos, and the fundamental nature of reality itself. Can something really be created from nothing, and if not, has something always existed? Perhaps the biggest question of all is not how, but why?"

    Quote About

    About the Author

Dr Rory Mac Sweeney is an avid explorer of altered states of consciousness. His primary area of interest is lucid dreaming which he has been practicing routinely for several years now. Since discovering he had the ability to enter into this elusive state he has used it as a laboratory in which to experiment and extrapolate the nature of reality. He is a lifelong martial artist and has uniquely used his knowledge of Chi Kung to act as a probe for investigating the fabric of the dream world. This has led to him forging his own metaphysical theory of mind, the double edge self theory, which he discusses in his debut book, The Paradox of Lucid Dreaming. In his professional life Dr Mac Sweeney is a dental surgeon and he works in private practice in central London. He also has a degree in genetics and maintains a constant interest in all aspects of science. Rory can frequently be heard offering his expert opinion at various specialist conferences and podcasts. He is constantly researching and refining his views of consciousness, with the hope that inner space will one day hold as much sway with the scientific community as outer space currently does. In this regard he considers lucid dreaming to be an essential ontological concern.

A true multidisciplinarian, Rory, verses his knowledge in a variety of considerations including psychology, neuroscience, quantum mechanics and even magic, in his ever active quest to quantify the nebulous, that is consciousness.

Rory has been consciously journeying into the Dream World for several years and he now composes his dream awareness through his dream ego, which he refers to as “The Dream Warrior”. Like Neo in The Matrix, his hair is different, his clothes change and just for the hell of it he even wears shades! The Dream Warrior can fly, walk through walls, time travel ….one might say his powers are simply limitless within the boundaries of the Dream!

Rory Mac Sweeney - Awaken in the Dream

"Dr. Rory Mac Sweeney discusses some of the ideas in his book The Paradox of Lucid Dreaming –
    A Metaphysical Theory of Mind.

During today’s show we delve deep into the dream space, discussing how the barriers between dreams and reality, and between mind and matter are dissolving as we awaken once again to the true nature of the world and the wider cosmos – one of paradox, illusion and constant change. The cosmos and the so-called laws which govern it are not static. The dualistic model of reality promoted by Western materialist reductionism is revealing itself as just another dogma. The scientific method has brought us many benefits, but the core concept that some empirical reality actually exists is constantly and increasingly being challenged by our lived experience of subjective realities and the limits of mass consensual reality. If you think you’re awake you’re dreaming, and if you know you’re dreaming, you’re awake."
