The odd thing to me is that the rear face of the building, (relative to the light source), lights up like it is daytime when you would expect it to be a more pronounced shadow.

In the following vido which claims to be examples of Ball Lightning contains many sequences that many would call UFO's. One even looks more like a meteor.

Guys its OK I can confirm to you that it's a fake video. Just by seeing its made by secureteam10. I'll let you watch this gem that mojo have shared with us and I hope that will be enough as an evidence that it's a hoax.
