What's the best way to defeat ISIS?

Obviously there are more ways to defeat them than I can list as options (and some of these options will work well together) but which method do you think is most effective?

The best way and only way to defeat anyone is a joint strike.
But not in a sense we're doing it now. Like one country Russia, but the all nations. It can be done i 2 weeks max.
If that doesn't happen then its clear as a day that many countries want ISIS in place for as long as they can.
For example, USA with its "mighty" WMD can do that alone but its doing nothing so far. They just yap yap yap and send some excuses that they are doing all in their power to stop it. Yea, right.
Just remember the illegal war back in Iraq. They destroyed that country in just a matter of months. It was all over the global news every single day. You could hear, USA bombed this, bombed that but now you hear nothing.

You just can't win this war with talks. And you know how USA says, they don't negotiate with terrorist. So there is much at stake here for USA than any other country. We can say that this is a golden opportunity for them to sell weapons via proxy countries like Saudis and the like.
We're gonna see this **** continue to roll around the world until Saudis fall and that could take a while, as they are best buddies with USA.

• Cut the money supply which the Russian started by destroying their tanker-trains with an ensuing drying up of arms deals since it's not as easy to convince direct or proxy backers to quit funding them.

• Educate - or get an education - on propaganda and psyops tactics built around emotional triggers à-la "Babies thrown out of incubators" so that individuals don't get recruited, radicalized and enrolled to fight for insane ideas.

• Design some sane ways to detect psychopaths and render them un-influential.

There was no Al Queda and there is no ISIS as being characterized and used to maniupulate public perception of Middle East reality in the US media. The CIA/MOSSAD funded, trained and controlled ISIS is just the rebranding of the long running CIA/Mossad operation to destabilize the Middle East, oust the leaders who don't want to play ball, embed their military presence and fight for the bigger stranglehold than Russa/China/Iran's equivalent CIA.

The question is: How do we expose one of the huge underlying factors of Israel's maniacal rage at feeling justified to stop at nothing to get their sacred land and dominate the Middle East if not more?

We need totally new leaders and ways to organize this planet home!

If we could get a change of government in Turkey, the border can be sealed with NATO help.Turkey should be threatened with ejection from NATO for is misdemeanours.

Then we should look to do a deal with Assad, whereby he pledges elections after peace is achieved, and he makes a truce with any moderate groups until then. If Assad plays ball, the west should subordinate its air war to a Russian-Syrian coordinating group. The Russians should be given the status of a UN peacekeeping force.
