Default Anyone hear of this man - Braco?

His name is Braco, pronounced (bhrah-zto) and he has been traveling the globe for 17 years "gazing" at crowds of people, who explain that his gaze transforms them in ways that are remarkable. People become healed on many levels. If they are holding a photograph of a loved one in need, that person also is accepted into the energy field of healing. There are no words spoken, no laying on of hands, no money exchanged unless you are lucky enough to squeeze into a crowded room and then it is $8.00 ( which has not changed in 17 yrs) for the six minutes of healing. If you live stream on the internet it is free. There is no fanfare, no evangelical hype or dogma. Braco is a gifted soul that allows the transformative healing light from Source to fall upon humankind. He has created the insignia of a sun radiating which he believes enters the being gazed upon. If you believe this is a scam or hype or guruism, think again. And watch the videos. I did the live streaming and I was affected emotionally very deeply. This man may be off planet or at least came here with purpose, especially while there is nothing but hardship, disease, suffering war and negative thinking.

He does not call himself a healer. Which to my own way of thinking, is allowing for the self to heal. Perhaps this is the mission, to help us release to our own higher power connecting with the LOVE that heals. I feel this is the way we must heal. This unassuming soul may in simplicity, just offer that opportunity to be still, in peace and in allowance.

I have heard of him. Each of us is capable of directing the Divine consciousness within us, which is always and only Love, for the intention of healing, first ourselves and then others. It is who we are and what we are growing toward in our journey to Unity Consciousness. Thanks, Bettye198!

I attended in Denver several years ago and was in the large conference room with him several times during the day. While I can't say I noticed any healing or other changes for myself, I did note his very peaceful and sincere presence. It felt like he really wanted to provide what everyone came for. Also, I noticed a 'flickering' or possibly 'subtle dimensional shift' happening in association with a slight movement of his shoulders or torso.

Literally anyone can heal. A lot of us are already walking around healing others and protecting entire communities without even being aware of it. The issue is that the mechanics of healing have been completely misunderstood and/or misused. The reality is that healers shouldn't be healing per se, they should be teaching YOU to heal yourself. Anything else leads to dependence and guru worship.

    Thanks for the note.

Also, the placebo effect can be very powerful. In any drug trial, it is assumed that 40% effectiveness can be applied to the placebo effect, and drugs must get higher effect than placebo, which is actually mostly placebo. The problem is we aren't studying and taking advantage of the mind's own power over its body that clearly is demonstrated with the placebo effect. lots to be learned in this area but we all have been trained to "brush it off", and look at the "facts". The only real difference between efficacy of placebo and drug is consistency.

Evoking a powerful placebo effect in others I suppose could be seen as a type healing though. The end result is that which matters most.

Yes, I attended a gathering on Maui. Many friends there were repeat customers. I didn't really feel anything earth-shattering, but I agree that he had very sweet energy. The best part was being in the same room with a group of beautiful like-minded people.

Thanks everyone. Regarding De Dukshyn, I do know much about placebo effects. As a retired nurse how many times we used that to calm, heal and bring peace. I must admit, the word itself brings up suspicion in people and we must find another word instead, right? I have done much in the way of healing throughout my adult life and am cued into those who deliver same with a genuine intent. What is always going to be strange is that perception is not reality because each of us perceive in customized ways colored by long held beliefs and upbringing and successful results. Yet, what is healing for one is not always for another.

Good observation Ewan. I learned that his mentor also wore a lot of gold. The feeling they both had was not for image but for the metallic energy. Oddly when his mentor took off the gold in 1995, he drowned in a wave in the Mediterranean. So perhaps it was a grounding, protective device for them. If we go back in history there had to be a reason so many civilizations coveted gold, building with it and using it for medallions above and beyond the glitter.

Not sure about getting peoples money since his approach is the $8.00 to be in a closed venue or just live stream on the internet for free. I am not reading about money exchanging hands. Yet that is true of many other gurus or evangelicals. After watching the videos, I did not get a large sense of naive people, but rather skeptics who became transformed into a new belief. Again, I emphasize that we heal ourselves thru the allowing of the love or the peace that is affecting us. My own husband who is a credentialed Doctor and heals, consistently tells his patients he is only a vessel, an instrument for higher energy and believe this, there are people who resist healing and cannot be healed through their belief system. I have seen it countless times.
