Hi folks thought I might report back (without piccys ), well it wasn't as scary as I thought , friend arrived Wednesday and we did the enema thing (just to clear out colon) that in itself was interesting as I have done 100,s of these on patents during my nursey days but never experienced one myself. It's a strange mix of holding on and relaxing

Have you done any more Morguana?

I found real benefits in digestion after 3-4 flushes... things started to digest correctly once bile flow started

I just completed my seventh cleanse. Lots of stuff still coming out. Felt a real boost after this last one.

Good news I did my 11th flush a month or so ago and Intend to do a wave more in the new year /spring

Will also do some more hHCG in new year to get down to 73-75kg ... I've leveled out at ~80kg still a 9kg loss from last years weight... A lot of toxins are stored in the brown fat of the body as a protection method...

I'm up to about my fifth cleanse since about this time last year.. and have done one kidney cleanse too.

Felt a slight 'scrunching' in my liver this time afterwards (just under bottom right ribs), particularly shortly after I eat food. Generally it's two to four months between cleanses which is possibly a little on the long side according to Andreas Morritz... so maybe the stones are reshuffling and soldifying again in between cleanses?

stones? baddd memories....

i have had over 12 kidney stones.. they could never tell me why. Are these stones as painfull?

Its been like that for a few weeks now.... seems to be a techie issue that has been harder to solve then expected

No Celine, it's not painful. Maybe I'm just more aware of what my body is doing these days...

It feels to me as if stones have probably shifted about in the liver, and as new bile passes by them, I 'feel' them, so that's what gives a feeling of tightness. Would be good to have done another flush soon after the last one.. but as they're timed with the new moon, it's funny how there always seems to be someone's birthday or some even around the same time !

man, that stuff is gross, but makes me really curious whats in my own GB and liver...

one quick question, as i skimmed some of the articles, do you absolutely need to do an enema as part of the process?

i'm not a fan of anything going up where the sun don't shine and would be interested in doing the GB and liver cleanse.

The stones are highly toxic, I'd do the enema as it gets them out and prevents them getting stuck as it is what is recommended but if you want ultimate health sometimes pushing past your comfort zone is worth the bother.

From my own experience with a zapper is it doesnt do anything for me but it might be a different story with you. I dont use mine really anymore cause it doesnt do anything or help with anything.

I have been thinking about getting a zapper too. The one that I have been looking at is http://www.petzapper.com/my.htm
It was supposed to be released on Dec. 30, 2010 but has not been made available. It has 2 modes that you can replace with different frequencies.
Has anyone bought a zapper from this company? I have looked at about 10 kinds and this seems the best out of them all.

So about liver cleanses... Hubby and I decided to go for it. We picked up a copy of the book by Moritz and here I sit. His actual cleanse is tomorrow since we have a very energetic little One, we decided to do it on different days.

Just to give a bit of background, I've done pretty healthy stuff for 4 or 5 years including raw dairy products (cow), gluten-free (off and on), mostly totally organic, zero tapwater drinking, no microwave, have a glass or two of wine extremely rarely (like once or twice a year). I do eat a lot of eggs (free-range organic), but not much meat or fish. Also, before getting pregnant with our little One, I ended up with a pretty hard core cleanse from MMS, since it's not compatible with the body suit I am using this time around the playground (for all the MMS fans, even ramping up extremely slowly I have no business taking it unless I want to totally, drastically, uncomfortable flush my entire system).

My primary motivations for doing the cleanse other than general health... Checking with dowsing, it did come up this cleanse is gentle enough for me (everyone should check for themselves and make their own decision) to do even though our little One is still breastfeeding. I did have a shot of rhogam after a miscarriage last year, and I also had the amalgam taken out of 3 teeth a few months after that. I have had some sort of pituitary thing going on (I can tell because the adrenals have not been operating great for a few months, although they have improved with a few things I have done). Last, but not least, I've had a patch of rough skin on my face since I had our little One in 2009, which everybody kept telling me was hormone imbalance.

I used organic apple juice pasteurised, but not from concentrate for the prep time. I did have a movement between the second epson salt water and the cleanse, so I wasn't worried about anything be blocked and stones not being able to get out. For the actual cleanse, hubby ever so generously squeezed the organic grapefruits for the juice to mix with the olive oil, and I didn't think it tasted bad at all. When I was doing the actual cleanse, I laid a Double Helix Harmoniser ring over my liver while I was focusing my intent on it having the energy to release everything it needed to. I fell asleep, and basically next thing I knew, hubby was waking me up early for my next epson salt water. After the second epson salt water this morning, it didn't take long for things to get moving and they definitely moved. I did go ahead and do a plain body-temp distilled water enema after things had settled down, and I was glad I did because I definitely got some more stuff out. Checked with dowsing, and I was okay to do just the one enema.

I definitely feel like it has been a lot of sacrifices (I am seriously a total dairy addict) to do the cleanse, and hubby and I have both been pretty dang grumpy this week (maybe releasing some anger from the liver). I am really glad I wasn't disappointed today. Here are my pictures (far more came out... this is all I cleaned up and photographed), and I'll keep you posted on the rest. At this point anyhow, I do think I will do another one before the new moon in April.

Oh yeah I forgot to say you can be a little grumpy... even after the flush... especially if there is deep stuff not resolved...
