There are eyewitness accounts of people seeing a huge submarine type USO come to the surface off the coast of Malibu. They claim saucer shaped UFO's launched off it's back. It's reasonable to conclude that craft came from the undersea base. I read his book UFO's Over Topanga Canyon and he claims there's a Gray base under Topanga State Park which is near Malibu. It's the largest inner-city park in the world after it's neighbor Griffith Park.
