~there are strict air rules & regulations for air AND public safety (how high they must fly near public places) ... extreme weaponry should NOT be pointed at the public is ONE of them! Why do you think the police is obligated to have license plates and car numbers visible for all? "just for the fun of it" ? NO ... it is called YOU have to be held accountable if you do something wrong even for the police ... same for the military ... UNMARKED HELICOPTERS is illegal and 100% wrong for so many reasons!
