Area 51: A transnational military base

Many persons with insight into Area 51, persons like Boyd Bushman, have claimed that Area 51 is actually not a US military base, but that it actually houses people from all over the world engaged in heavily compartmentalized and very advanced hi tech projects such as the reverse engineering of extra terrestrial technologies.

This transnational nature of the operations, seems to suggest that this military base and its counterpart(s) is actually involved in work beyond the scope of national security, maybe that it even acts as some kind of center for ET visitations on earth and that it is engaged in transnational corporate projects in space. According to Boyd Bushman, there are projects going on there in which they do experiments with ET technologies that result in people being killed totally off the radar.

The heavily layered security levels (30+) and compartmentalized operations makes it so that it is near impossible for anyone to know what is really going on there, chances are that there are lots of crimes going on within the upper security layers there that carry out various kinds of totally illegal transnational operations across the world that nobody know anything about, for instance drug trafficing and various other types of illegal funding of the black operations to finance all of these hi tech projects.

What's your best guess about what's really going on there? How "dark" are these operations from a sinister perspective? To what extent is the ET contact? What is their agenda, what are they trying to achieve? If it is transnational, then it could even be run by people from a foreign country, who do you think are in charge of the operations?

Area 51 and S4 are controlled by USAF, USN, DOE and the CIA. According to Michael Salla the advanced craft acquired from the Vril/Thule/Nazis towards the end of WWII were taken there to be reversed engineered. They'll intentionally down alien craft to reverse engineer their technology.
