New Global Crowd Control Beam Weapons are not necessarily 'non-lethal'

Global "Crowd Control Beam Weapons" like the 'LRAD' & 'Active Denial System' (ADS) in USA, are for the moment set to "non-lethal" ... Even though they do not know the effect it has on your health on the long term. Maybe they can call it "slowkill (like poison) weapons" certainly NOT "non lethal".

What if they already KNOW they can change the settings to "lethal" anytime anyplace using your tax money against you for "your safety & protection purposes" ... bullcrap!
