I'd like to know what exactly is mean't by the term intercept?
Is it flying out to object's location?
Engaging in combat?
Or actually shooting down?

From the many pilot stories over the years they were initially sent up to intercept
and monitor radar blips or UFO's whether they were unknown terrestrial craft like
spy planes , recon or probing aircraft that went on regularly during the cold war
and still goes on today. Or something else ? I think the initial objective is to
intercept whatever it is and from there it depends on the circumstances.

There are stories of planes being ordered to engage UFO's as in the Milton Torres case....

Just found this page it states that an intercept order is the same as a scramble order.
BUT its a rather cool page it has a scalable timeline for scrambles pre 9/11, IF the data is acurate it is quite interesting....

Ok tsar. This is a real crazy idea to try to encourage others to take down ufos. First i'm sure they have superior tech to avoid such a n attack, second if they come from outer space, they are not interested in any invasion , otherwise they had done hundreds of years ago , piece of cake ! What really likes is a faction of the military try to take down ships from another secret ops faction with a different agenda , we do not know, so, most of the people do not know!!

Amazing to me that this video had only about 200 views when I saw it. Also there is nobody I know IRL that wouldn't dismiss this out of hand just because UFOs.

Funny thing is everytime they see something they come tell me about it since I am the crazy UFO guy. This has happened four times. You just saw a UFO but I am crazy for believing you.

This video ... says the file was obtained through the Canadian version of Freedom of Information Act, but how could it then still be considered top secret?

I don't have any more information that any other readers have here, but my understanding was that the files were released by the Canadians, while it was the Americans who considered this material Top Secret and still classified.

(If this is correct, the American government would surely take legal action against the Canadian Joint Intelligence Committee... not Victor Vigianni. If he obtained them through legal means in Canada, Vigianni has little to fear, despite his stated challenge.)

I think Canada bought some good will from the global fascist international with our contributions in the second world war towards the liberation of the Netherlands. I believe the monarchy of the Netherlands has an outsized influence in the global eugenics program. Generally these are the worst of the old families of the Black Nobility and comprise some really nasty ancient bloodlines.

All that ended in the 1980's with Mulroney and NAFTA however. Since then we have kept the peace by capitulating on every question of national sovereignty and trying to keep our head down. Appeasement won't work for long. America will never take us in in any kind of democratic fashion. We will never get a vote. When the time comes I fear Canada (Toronto at least) is on the nuclear false flag menu and the yanks come in as saviors.
