If you do not feel that you are more than the physical body, then you are only electrical impulses, stimuli coming to a brain which decodes them and interprets them into the five senses.
If this is correct, then the only truth which you can have is an internal interpretation of a unprovable, perhaps, external reality.

Therefore, you cannot prove that I exist, nor anyone or anything else.

If I send you a text message (or post here), this will not mean that I exist.
If I talk with you on the phone, this will not mean that I exist.
If we meet in person, this will not mean that I exist, as once we part, I am undone.

It would only be your perception, of maybe the passage of what you believe as time, which would make you feel that something had happened.

Now you must be God in this place as you create all things, good or bad, around you.

How??
Freedom of choice.

Through your own day to day actions or in-actions, your own acceptance or rejection, your own dominance or submission, your own beliefs or dis-beliefs in all of this reality as you perceive it, in your world. You have your own feelings which no one else can have first hand knowledge of, which you alone control or allow to be controlled by, but which you cant prove are real.

In fact most thoughts you have do not happen, you just worry about them.
Why is this?
Because you decided to change the playing field in some way, which then negated any chance that the 'worry' would exist in your world.

You do change the existence, your world, around you, as you believe. For good or bad.
It is and always has been your choice in your world.

So I do not exist and You are God.

And I am only a being in a dream, which needs not time, space or mind.

To reflect....if I am reading your reply does not mean that I exist. It only means that you are creating an interaction.......with your own nature.
 
How can you....as the god you are within your creation.......be reading some one else's thought....there is only you!
 
That we are both anothers thought could not be correct as only one exists.......this being is you, defining your life, I have never 'felt' your emotions, known your 'fears', been expanded by your actions....the place you are in.......I am not and I am nor could be .......you.

Within the world that you create by your determination of that which you want, I have NO knowledge of.
That is your world....filled only by that which you create or allow.
 
Many allow harm and fear within their worlds....many of the fears are thoughts and do not become. This is an individual choice.  I cannot make your decisions upon your actions then becoming your illusions!
Only you can allow.
Do you create within my world unless by my thought acceptance?
Can you determine that I have an awareness?
Have I a life?
Do I have emotions the same as you?
If we meet....do I still have a physical structure defined by electromagnetism which is self conscious or do I dissolve until needed as a form again?
Is my material structure the same as yours?
Am I a form of artificial intelligence created by you?
 
What I trying to say is that unless you ARE me.......can you be certain that I am?

For me lake, until you came into my awareness, you did not exist for me. However, now that you have come into my awareness, if we never spoke again, or interacted in any way, physically, verbally, or by text, you will and would continue to be a part of my reality forever, and I will never forget you.  You can not ever, not exist for me again.

Huh, I thought we were on our own time for awakening, yet on a mission after choosing to be here at this time? It's a gathering of peace my brother. Discussion of issues facing our lives, and working on how to achieve true freedom from corporate and most unfair living rules of the elites. Put Descarte in an isolation chamber for a few weeks and then ... ah, but you could not ask him and he could not tell you as that would break the isolation. Without the "I" his thoughts are attached to I wonder how well his thoughts alone would engender his "I".

If my memory serves me well, Descartes said I think, I am.. No therefore.
And although I feel there is some truth in how we think our creation, Its only part of the story.

If I stop thinking now My body would continue and do stuff.
My eyes would respond to light.
My brain would process it...

If one would punch me whilst not thinking.. There would be a notising of that punch. Unless I was dead, in deep trance or meditation perhaps.

Maybe if we 'like in the OP quote' think of it as awareness instead of just thinking.
Might that be closer to the truth?

To add something similar to what you are saying ...

Each of us only knows ourselves. We don't know anyone else or have relationships or interactions with anyone else at all (well we do, but only by proxy). All we know is what we have perceived and we know not what actually "is". A brain is a filter that helps determine what one or two percent of sensory and other inputs are valid for letting through. After that, this extremely tiny (in comparison) view is then filtered through our initial reactions, judgements, emotional response and previous programs, after that you get your perception which you base "reality" on. It is such a far removed process that almost our entire external experiences are actually internal reactions only.

Even if I met you and spent much time with you, all I know is what I can remember about you based on my own perception, which actually means I only know my own perception. If I judge you, I only am judging my perception of you -- and not you - because I don't know you; but I will lie to my self to justify my emotional reactions and programs by saying that I am judging you, and not merely my heavily filtered perception and reactions of you based on previous programs of my own.

I could also say that I am right to judge you because I have seen your typical reactions to things, but the only time that is real is the now. People are always able to change and always are, therefore even if I judge you based on your past, it still is not real because you may have changed at any time.

No person actually knows any other person -- all people know are the "images" or as Jesus said "appearances" we hold of others inside our minds. We each are fully responsible and own these images and create them; we often create harmful, negative and destructive images of others, but that is our creation and we hold these negative images inside of us, thinking "someone else" has "pissed us off" or whatever. Its really quite hilarious!

This ties into a post I made on the empathy thread about the disease of the human mind -- this which I described above is part of that disease we all have and pretend we don't.

Hi petra, I thank you for liking me even though I have no facepalm page! Its my first like. I feel quite cuddled.

Responding to this thread probably means that you have viewed my 'started threads'? If this is not so, please accept my apologies.

My threads are in effect a type of time line of my thoughts but they have huge gaps on subjects which I never posted so please read them (if you do) with a VERY discriminating self mind.

The thought in this thread I had before we all had the tinternet and as you have read....it was answered.......I do exist in at least one part of awareness, therefore I can only always be. Whether that now is by self determination or anothers remains to be realized!

If I could give your a little piece of advice, whilst you are looking for yourself, then although I have learnt from VERY many thoughts of 'others', it would be to read this thread and the links within:
