Teresa Barnwell earns thousands for impersonating

This former advertising executive bears such a striking resemblance to US presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton that she quit her job to work as a full-time lookalike.

Clinton's 'twin', Teresa Barnwell, 61, earns thousands every month for impersonating the presumptive Democratic nominee.

She stands to earn even more if the former Secretary of State defeats business mogul Donald Trump, the presumptive nominee for the Republicans, this November and becomes president.

Barnwell, from Palm Desert, California, was first told she looked identical to Clinton, 68, when she was playing a slot machine more than 20 years ago.

When Bill Clinton became the 42nd president in 1993, she was bombarded by people telling her she was the first lady's doppelganger.

Because they looked so much alike, she decided to quit her job in advertising 23 years ago and become a full-time Clinton impersonator.

Since Clinton announced her plans to run for president last year, Barnwell has seen bookings skyrocket and in a month she can make up to $10,000 or even more.

She's been invited all over the world for photo shoots, TV commercials, music videos and corporate events, meeting the likes of comedian Jay Leno, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, former Secretary of State Colin Powell and Clinton herself.

Barnwell poses with Donald Trump impersonator Marcel Forestieri during an appearance in Park City, Utah

Barnwell met Clinton at a book signing in Los Angeles in 1996, but have never bumped into each other since.

With her work taking her all over the world and at various stops on the political trail, Barnwell said she avoids Clinton if they are in the same place at the same time.

'Once it felt like she was following me, wherever I went Hillary would be heading to shortly after - it became quite tricky as I think she'd find it a little creepy seeing her doppelganger in real life,' she said. 'The only time I met her was at a book signing, I had to take my opportunity then and asked her if anyone ever told her she looked like me - which she found amusing.

'She was really lovely and even joked I could go to all the functions she didn't want to attend,' Barnwell added.

Barnwell said she has to act responsibly when performing as Clinton and turns down jobs that she feels are inappropriate or could damage the politician's reputation.

'Sometimes I get weird requests, like once I was asked to be a Hillary stripper, which I thought was pretty bad so I turned it down - I wouldn't want to damage either of our reputations,' she said. 'I don't think it would be right to portray Hillary in a particular way, I don't mind doing comedy or poking fun at her, but sometimes it can be too much.'

Note - We are following the breaking story of Hillary Clinton's Body Double. Our source sent the following regarding the video of 'Hillary' leaving Chelsea's apt building...

"My big question is - Where is the footage of Hillary arriving at Chelsea's apartment building? She did arrive there. There is a sidewalk cafe just next to it and nobody got footage of Hillary arriving!? The was no entourage entering? She slipped in unnoticed?!

(It is highly doubtful Hillary, in possibly critical condition, was taken to Chelsea's apartment 'to rest.' She was likely taken to the nearest hospital and given emergency care. If that was the case, is she still hospitalized? Is she still alive? WABC-TV said she had died. That is one of America's top stations and that would be a monumental error to make. We don't know for certain if Hillary Clinton is alive or where she is. - JR)

Hillary With Nurse At 9/11 Ceremony

She had a Nurse and assistant at the 9/11 ceremony plus a doctor. The assistant was taking place of Huma. Where was Huma???

So, are we supposed to believe Hillary, in severe - maybe life-threatening - medical crisis, went to her daughter's apartment, unescorted by the nurse, assistant, Doctor of Secret Service? Wow.

All the woman said when she came out (higher than a kite - JR) was: "I'm feeling great!" and "It's A Beautiful Day In New York!" and got into a similar van. She came out of the building ALONE...no nurse, no assistant and she knew exactly where there press was gathered across the street. The only footage on 'Hillary's side of the street' was that footage of when she was entering the van.

My local Channel 7 WABC-TV, NYC that I watch daily broadcast Breaking News at 11pm last night news that Hillary had died!

Why did she stay in that apt. for only one hour? (How could 'Hillary' come bounding out, happy, too happy and practically jumping and clicking her heels in the air? - JR) Why didn't Chelsea - or ANYONE - come out with her seriously ill mother to make sure she got into van OK?

Bill and Chelsea will not stand next to this body double. They all know this woman, 'Theresa Barnwell', exists.

Furthermore, when the body double came out of the building
she was wearing a shoulder bag on RIGHT SIDE, Hillary always uses left side! Women always have a preferred shoulder.

In this fascinating and alarming episode, Dark Journalist Daniel Liszt welcomes back Oxford Scholar and author of the influential Giza Death Star book series Dr. Joseph Farrell. Together they deeply examine the covert aspects at work behind the scenes in the 2016 US Presidential Election.

    Trump's Rise
Some of Farrell's most fascinating research concerns the forces behind the rise of Donald Trump that he surmises may be an aspect of the Deep State connected to the Mafia that has a long held tradition of self-styled patriotism and resents their casino related business being cut out of the process and profits of corporate globalism as domestic policies like ObamaCare have deprived average Americans of the slim remains of their disposable income.

Nice try, giovonni, but it doesn't wash, in my book...

Farrell's "fascinating research", as you put it, falls far short of the real world in which most of us live in - and only to be held within the limits of Farrell's own wishful thinking & conspiratorial mindset. Simply hoping that he will be right on this - like the rest of the so-called political pundits.

Roger Stone provides a satisfactory rebuttal to Joseph Farrell in his February 22, 2016 interview on the Steve Malzberg Show, where he states that he’s heard that the MSM has an article coming out that wants to tie Donald Trump to the mafia.

As it turns out, the Washington Post did come out with their attempt to smear Donald Trump with their “hit-piece” article that was posted on June 17, 2016 entitled “The man who showed Donald Trump how to exploit power and instill fear”.

In that article Trump is quoted to say the following in regards to his relation with Roy Cohn:
Trump prized Cohn’s reputation for aggression. According to a New York Times profile a quarter-century ago, when frustrated by an adversary, Trump would pull out a photograph of Cohn and ask, “Would you rather deal with him?” Trump remained friends with him even after the lawyer was disbarred in New York for ethical lapses. Cohn died in 1986.

Now, One Look At This Guy & One Wouldn't
Want to be On His Bad Side

“Roy had a whole crazy deal going, but Roy was a really smart guy who liked me and did a great job for me on different things,” Trump recently told The Washington Post. “And he was a tough lawyer, and that’s what I wanted. Roy was a very tough guy.”
Roger Stone explains that the same tactic that the Washington Post tried on Trump was also done on Barry Goldwater during his run for president.

Infowars ran a piece focusing on this attempted smear as follows:

Friends of Hillary say she has Parkinson's

    'Stage 3' of neuro-degenerative disease
    Published: 23 hours ago

    Jerome R. Corsi
NEW YORK – Hillary Clinton has stage-three Parkinson’s disease and suffers from seizures, according to three sources who have had a personal relationship with the Democratic Party presidential nominee.

The sources, who spoke to WND on condition of anonymity, explained that her seizures or dizzy spells can be triggered by being out in the sun, such as apparently occurred Sunday when she was videoed collapsing as she was escorted into her limousine in New York City.

After the episode Sunday, the Clinton campaign announced she had been diagnosed on Friday with pneumonia.

However, images captured at the 9/11 memorial Sunday showed Clinton apparently being asked by a medical professional to squeeze her fingers, a test that would indicate she suffers from a neurological disease such as Parkinson’s.

Meanwhile, a Republican state legislator in New Hampshire said Monday he believes Clinton has Parkinson’s.

Daniel Tamburello commented on his Facebook page that his father had Parkinson’s, and he noted pneumonia is common among sufferers of the neuro-degenerative disease.

Jerome Corsi’s “Partners in Crime: The Clintons’ Scheme to Monetize the White House for Personal Profit,” is available only at the WND Superstore!

As WND reported Monday, two physicians have stated they believe Clinton could have Parkinson’s.

The National Parkinson Foundation says stage three of the five stages “is considered mid-stage in the progression of the disease.”

“Loss of balance and slowness of movements are hallmarks of this phase,” the foundation states regarding stage three. “Falls are more common. Though the person is still fully independent, symptoms significantly impair activities of daily living such as dressing and eating.”

The fourth stage is characterized by “severe and very limiting” symptoms.

“It’s possible to stand without assistance, but movement may require a walker. The person needs help with activities of daily living and is unable to live alone,” according to the foundation.

What do YOU think? Should Hillary be replaced as the Democratic Party nominee? Sound off in today’s WND poll

In stage five, the “most advanced and debilitating stage,” the person requires a wheelchair or is bedridden, and “around-the-clock nursing care is required for all activities.”

“The person may experience hallucinations and delusions,” the Parkinson’s foundation says.

WND also reported Monday that high-level Democrat power brokers on Wall Street and in New York City law firms and unions speaking to WND on condition their names be withheld say Clinton’s health problems are causing panic among top party operatives and donors.

The top Democratic Party politicos in New York City have decided they can no longer rely on a two-page report of good health put out by the campaign, insisting it’s time to replace Clinton’s current medical team with A-list professionals, which are readily available in New York City.

If top medical experts conclude it’s likely Clinton will suffer another fainting spell, regardless of the treatment she is given, the mood among New York Democrats is that now is the time to find a replacement.

At least eight Democrats or establishment media figures, some citing multiple party members, have raised the specter of replacing Clinton or questioned the campaign’s handling of her health issues, including a former Democratic National Committee chairman.

Authored by George Soros, originally posted at Project Syndicate,

The refugee crisis in Europe was already pushing the European Union toward disintegration when, on June 23, it helped drive the British to vote to Brexit the EU. The refugee crisis and the Brexit calamity that it spawned have reinforced xenophobic, nationalist movements that will seek to win a series of upcoming votes - including national elections in France, the Netherlands, and Germany in 2017, a referendum in Hungary on the EU refugee policy on October 2, and a rerun of the Austrian presidential election on the same day.

Rather than uniting to resist this threat, EU member states have become increasingly unwilling to cooperate with one another. They pursue self-serving, beggar-thy-neighbor migration policies – such as building border fences – that further fragment the Union, seriously damage member states, and subvert global human-rights standards.

The current piecemeal response to the refugee crisis, culminating in the agreement reached earlier this year between the EU and Turkey to stem the flow of refugees from the Eastern Mediterranean, suffers from four fundamental flaws.
First, it is not truly European; the agreement with Turkey was negotiated and imposed on Europe by German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

    Second, it is severely underfunded.

Third, it has transformed Greece into a de facto holding pen with inadequate facilities.

Most important, the response is not voluntary. The EU is trying to impose quotas that many member states strenuously oppose, forcing refugees to take up residence in countries where they are not welcome and do not want to go, and returning to Turkey others who reached Europe by irregular means.
This is unfortunate, because the EU cannot survive without a comprehensive asylum and migration policy. The current crisis is not a one-off event; it augurs a period of higher migration pressures for the foreseeable future, due to a variety of causes. These include demographic shortfalls in Europe and a population explosion in Africa; seemingly eternal political and military conflicts in the broader region; and climate change.

The agreement with Turkey was problematic from its inception. The very premise of the deal – that asylum-seekers can legally be returned to Turkey – is fundamentally flawed. Turkey is not a “safe third country” for most Syrian asylum-seekers, especially since the failed coup in July.

What would a comprehensive approach look like? Whatever its final form, it would be built on seven pillars.
First, the EU must take in a substantial number of refugees directly from front-line countries in a secure and orderly manner. This would be far more acceptable to the public than the current disorder. If the EU made a commitment to admit even a mere 300,000 refugees annually, most genuine asylum-seekers would view their odds of reaching their destination as good enough to deter them from seeking to reach Europe illegally – an effort that would disqualify them from legal admission.

Second, the EU must regain control of its borders. There is little that alienates and scares publics more than scenes of chaos.

Third, the EU needs to find sufficient funds to finance a comprehensive migration policy. It is estimated that at least €30 billion per year will be needed for a number of years, and the benefits of “surge funding” (spending a large amount of money up front, rather than the same amount over several years) are enormous.

Fourth, the EU must build common mechanisms for protecting borders, determining asylum claims, and relocating refugees. A single European asylum process would remove the incentives for asylum shopping and rebuild trust among member states.

Fifth, a voluntary matching mechanism for relocating refugees is needed. The EU cannot coerce member states to accept refugees they do not want, or refugees to go where they are not wanted. A scheme like the one used by Canada could elicit and match the preferences of both refugees and receiving communities.

Sixth, the EU must offer far greater support to countries that host refugees, and it must be more generous in its approach to Africa. Instead of using development funds to serve its own needs, the EU should offer a genuine grand bargain focused on the needs of recipient countries. This means creating jobs in refugees’ home countries, which would reduce the pressure to migrate to Europe.

The final pillar is the eventual creation of a welcoming environment for economic migrants. Given Europe’s aging population, the benefits migration brings far outweigh the costs of integrating immigrants. All the evidence supports the conclusion that migrants can contribute significantly to innovation and development if they are given a chance to do so.
Pursuing these seven principles, described in greater deal elsewhere, is essential in order to calm public fears, reduce chaotic flows of asylum-seekers, ensure that newcomers are fully integrated, establish mutually beneficial relations with countries in the Middle East and Africa, and meet Europe’s international humanitarian obligations.

The refugee crisis is not the only crisis Europe has to face, but it is the most pressing. And if significant progress could be made on the refugee issue, it would make the other issues – from the continuing Greek debt crisis to the fallout from Brexit to the challenge posed by Russia – easier to tackle. All the pieces need to fit together, and the chances of success remain slim. But as long as there is a strategy that might succeed, everyone who wants the EU to survive should rally behind it.

    Kevin Dutton, Psychologist
YEARS AGO, as a student, I attended some lectures by a prominent anthropologist who regaled his listeners with odd and engaging stories about a group of indigenous people he had lived among in a far-flung corner of the planet. The tales stuck in the mind. Indeed, some of them were so amazing that I came away from his talks sure that counterintuitive but vital truths about human behavior had just been revealed. Only during the final lecture was I granted an inkling that these truths might not bear much relationship to reality. Fairly gleeful in her disdain, one of his indentured graduate assistants whispered to me that, in the field, the anthropologist had offered his subjects chocolate bars in exchange for stories about themselves—the more fantastic the stories, the more plentiful the candy. Avidly scrawling notes, his audience had become an illustration of how easily the foreign and the fascinating can assume the aura of science.

Though I have no reason to think chocolate was involved, I am concerned that a similar phenomenon may occur among readers of The Wisdom of Psychopaths by Kevin Dutton, a research psychologist at the University of Oxford. Dutton’s eye-catching thesis is this: “Psychopathy is like sunlight. Overexposure can hasten one’s demise in grotesque, carcinogenic fashion. But regulated exposure at controlled and optimal levels can have a significant positive impact on well-being and quality of life.” Psychopathy, proposes Dutton, is “personality with a tan.”

Strangely, nowhere in this book about psychopathy does Dutton accurately define psychopathy, so I will do so here. Psychopathy is a disorder of brain and behavior, the central characteristic of which is the complete absence of conscience. All of its other pathological features (such as callousness, habitual lying, and ruthlessness) emanate from this defining deficit. Yet, as a tip-off to the major fallacy in his argument, Dutton does not once discuss the concept of conscience, and, in the entire body of his book he mentions the word itself—conscience—a total of four times, and then only in passing.

What Dutton does include are elegant metaphors, a generous number of extremely well-written personal stories, and many allusions to intriguing psychological and neuropsychological studies. Unfortunately, most of the science that he cites possesses a relationship to his thesis that is equivocal at best, and at worst downright misleading. Overall, the book leaves its reader with the impression that psychopathy consists of fearlessness, “irrepressible irreverence,” and a life unburdened by what other people think. The reality is more literal: no one matters to a psychopath.

Dutton’s claim, if stated in language that is starker and more straightforward than he is willing to use, would be this: people who are devoid of conscience offer us some wise lessons. In particular, our leaders need to consider the mental and behavioral instruction that conscienceless people can provide. To support his argument, he asserts that Neil Armstrong’s ability to control his fear while executing a near-impossible lunar landing involved a temporary version of the psychopath’s permanent emotional detachment, which leaves the psychopath preternaturally calm. (For readers interested in how people achieve ideal performance, I recommend any of the books on the concept of flow by the eminent psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, whom Dutton mentions only glancingly and inaccurately.)

There are other surprising misunderstandings related to the ostensible lessons psychopaths can impart: Dutton confuses “mental toughness” and “turning the other cheek” with just not giving a damn, and the mental discipline of mindfulness with the psychopath’s indifference to future consequences. He conflates the permanent lack of emotion in “functional psychopaths” with the normal person’s ability to regulate emotions when decisions must be made under pressure. He seems to view normal emotional responsiveness as a maladaptive distraction. And he decides that, since the psychopath is fearlessly drawn to risks, the psychopath is better equipped to handle an emergency: a psychopath would be more likely to race into a burning building to rescue someone within. Really? Why an individual who feels neither conscience nor caring would wish to save another’s life is difficult to imagine, and Dutton’s repeated assertions that one might turn the predator’s ice-cold focus toward humane endeavors reveals an essential misunderstanding of the nature of the predator.

Dutton’s real argument seems to be that sometimes we could all use a little of what he terms “the seven deadly wins”—ruthlessness, charm, focus, mental toughness, fearlessness, mindfulness, and action. Yes, I daresay we could—but those behavioral features do not represent a “dose of psychopathy,” to use Dutton’s expression. In reality, a touch of psychopathy would mean a malignant streak of brutality, oiliness, predatory single-mindedness, callousness, carelessness, exclusive self-involvement, and clinical impulsivity.

Perhaps the most surprising obfuscation of all occurs as Dutton plays fast and loose with the definition of empathy. He blurs the distinction between cognitive empathy (knowing that someone is experiencing a feeling) and emotional empathy (the ability to experience that feeling oneself), and having created this fuzziness, he declares—despite the mountain of scientific data to the contrary—that psychopaths are emotionally empathic.

Like so many of us who have good hearts, Dutton would like very much to demonstrate that not every psychopath is utterly heartless. (The first sentence of the book is a startling declaration that his own father was a psychopath.) He summons a conjectural subset, called “functional psychopaths,” who are somewhat warmer. As it happens, there is an existing diagnostic term for the nearly psychopathic—the self-centered, unempathic people who nonetheless, in their own way, can love. The term is narcissism; and, reading with a psychologist’s eye to the distinction, I suspect that a number of the undiagnosed individuals described by Dutton, including perhaps his charismatic father, were narcissists, rather than living beyond the boundary line in the icy wasteland of psychopathy. If Dutton had titled his book “The Wisdom of Narcissists,” he might have made a more credible case: psychologists largely agree that human beings need a certain amount of “normal” narcissism to be healthy. But narcissism varies by degree. The emotional black hole of consciencelessness does not.

It is quite true that the majority of psychopaths are nonviolent, and that all too many “use their detached, unflinching, and charismatic personalities to succeed in mainstream society.” (This fact has been emphasized by several writers before Dutton.) But—unsettling as it may be to understand—these mainstream-society-dwelling individuals do not constitute some special type of tamped-down wannabes who have retained a “functional” level of human warmth, as Dutton proposes. They are psychopaths, cold and conscienceless. We judge some of these people to be worse than others because some of them exhibit more horrific behaviors. We consider the psychopathic serial killer more terrifying than the psychopathic person who steals his employees’ pensions. But the underlying pathology is the same. Psychopathy is a profound and tragic disorder, one for which, at present, there is no cure. No matter how successful he or she may be, the psychopath is not wise. He or she is a loveless and empty individual whose life will be wasted, inexorably.

If you are entertained by well-written tales from a research psychologist who has used himself as a subject in a questionably pertinent neurological lab procedure, has toured Italy’s Museum of Serial Killers, and has visited some actual psychopaths at Broadmoor Hospital in England; and if you have an interest in reading about famously pathological criminals—such as the serial killer who inspired Hannibal Lecter—then perhaps you will enjoy Kevin Dutton’s book. If you want a scientifically informed argument that speaks meaningfully to the arresting question raised by its title, you will be disappointed. The book neither answers that question nor validly associates psychopaths with stoic saints and contemplative Buddhist monks. As a professional who has spent decades studying the bleak disorder of consciencelessness, I can say with a fair degree of certainty that there is no wisdom in psychopathy. There is only an irredeemable emptiness that should not and cannot be served up in “doses.”

I have Dutton's book (purchased it 3 years ago). As I read the book, I also noted that the proverbial 'elephant in the living room' was completely missed.

    Consciousness.

Again, we have another example of how an incomplete study comes forth at least in part due to a metaphysical world view based on materialism.

    Stout has it right IMO.

as for what we can expect from "The Independent" -

These days it's important to examine information in light of the inherent bias emanating from the information source... nothing new to most readers here. When we do that, we are able to see the agenda is driving the information.

All the above is all and only my opinion - all subject to change and not meant to be true for anyone else regardless of how I phrase it.

Well said, Sam, "the agenda is driving the information"... or perhaps the preferred the agenda is driving the 'disinformation'. The mind can be a very strange place to be... as it can generate its own set of colored lenses to look through to perceive a world-of-one's-own choosing. Creating a kind of an underlying self-hypnotic-mantra if one is not astutely aware of what one's own mind is capable of doing.

This image is circulating on Facebook. I didn't fact check, but it does seem likely to me that this whole election has been a setup.

    ‘We Got Played!’ CNN Reacts
To Trump ‘Birther’ Troll Press Conference

Top CNN employees are frustrated. They breathlessly went live to Donald Trump’s news conference at his new hotel in Washington D.C., only to wait helplessly as veterans stood up to explain why they support Trump as commander-in-chief.

“It’s hard to imagine this as anything other than a political rick-roll,” anchor Jake Tapper said wryly as CNN cut away from the broadcast of the Trump event and asked him to comment.

The Trump campaign signaled that the Republican presidential nominee would address the birther controversy, but the first 20 minutes of the event featured veterans telling the media why they supported Trump.

CNN eventually cut away from the event – even as veterans continued to speak, as anchors griped that the event was not what they thought it was. But they were forced to return to Trump just minutes later as he made a short definitive statement that he believed that Obama was born in the United States.

“I really don’t quite know what to make of that except for that we got played again by the Trump campaign which is what they do,” said John King afterward, pointing out that Trump tricked them into covering a live event.
