Prior to what the video clip shows, a woman often identified as a doctor traveling with Clinton was doing a neurological test. She requested Hillary squeeze her hand to show her awareness after having an event prior to collapsing into the van.

No cuffs, Clinton was steadying herself against the barrier while waiting for her SUV to pull up.

My wife suffers from seizures, and overheating can bring on and event.

Major world power struggles and changes due in October

Multiple, reliable sources inside the world’s intelligence agencies and secret societies are predicting major changes in the world’s power structure in October. The struggle is centering on who will control the United States and its military industrial complex, the sources agree.

CIA and Pentagon sources are now both saying neither Hillary Clinton nor Donald Trump will become the next president of the United States. However, they disagree on who will become president, showing that the issue is still up for grabs.

US based CIA sources are still insisting Vice President Joe Biden will become President only to be quickly replaced by VP candidate Tim Kaine. These sources are also saying there is a faction pushing to have Michelle Obama become President thus de-facto prolonging the Obama Presidency.

However, Pentagon sources say a Biden Presidency “would be a disaster.” They are saying that instead “The October surprise may have the Republic restored and new candidates for President like speaker Paul Ryan (R) and Senator Elizabeth Warren (Dem), who gained national profile for publically flogging Wells Fargo CEO.”

The White Dragon Society, for its part, is recommending that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau head a North American Union. When the US and Canada parted ways in 1776, the Americans opted for “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” while the Canadians promoted the more prosaic “good government.”

The institutions of the United States are now so corrupted it may well take friendly outsiders like the Canadians to clean them up. It is also worth noting that Scotland only became part of England because a Scottish king ended up ruling both, so having a Canadian rule the US would have a similar result in the long term. Also a United States of North America would have a population of 475 million and would thus be a much stronger entity. Absorbing the 122 million relatively poor Mexicans would be the main drawback to this proposal but at the same time, these Mexicans would help North American industry compete with the Asians.

These topics came up during negotiations between WDS representatives, CIA white hats and Asian secret society plus Chinese government representatives last weekend. The talks went very well.

Alot of this stuff I've read about or heard of way back , domestic and international dollar, never heard about the Biden connection to the oil pipeline, this could be a made for tv movie with this plot. The 30th is friday and thats interesting to because here we go thru a weekend of digestion should any of this take place. The Mexican peso is extremely low to the dollar, Greece has been propped up, Puerto Rico was borrowed millions. Duetche bank is in bad shape, I say anythings on the table now, hell even that one Rothschild said some of the financial institutions were in uncharted territory . Debate is tonight here in the US and the 30th is Friday . Will just have to wait and see now. Anybody want to chime in on this ? Possibilities?

It's a bit of the "Night of the Living Dead Conspiracy Theories."

That idea of a "North American Union" back by a currency called the "Amero" is not at all new. Rumsfeld & Co. allegedly did a lot of work on this project during the Bush II administration. Lou Dobbs was talking about this being a secret plot as far back as 2006. Goggle "Amero currency" to read some of the backstory.

A bit surprising and dismaying to hear this line coming out of Fulford now, seemingly with an uncritical slant. Fulford presents it as if Canadian sensibility will save the corrupted Americans. Any talk of outside saviors always seems VERY dubious to me. As if the massive powers on Wall Street and in Washington would accept a friendly Canadian overlord.

Smells a lot like "Problem-Reaction-Solution" to me.

EDIT: None of this is to say that Fulford is right or is wrong on his facts -- I have no idea. I'm just offering up a perspective on how I'm interpreting the report.

I never believe a word of what Fulford says these days, but Redstar Kachina (now TODD & NORA) posted a while back that Tim Kaine would be the President. That got my attention, because it seemed that the dominoes that would all have to fall for that to happen required a pretty complex series of necessary events.

Ben's past few months have been a few plausible hit points loaded with almost complete Chinese demagoguery. The Chinese must hate Trump because he has at least 70% of the true public vote here in the US.

The US shouldn't have to absorb poverty level workers from Mexico to compete with slave labor in China. Maybe China's economy needs a reset as well as the rest of us.

Sorry to pop your balloon, folks, but there is no White Dragon Society. There is no WDS that will save us from TPTB. Actually, that may be good in the long run. An organization as powerful as Fulford's WDS would easily take over the world and become the new Power That Is. We would be out of the frying pan and into the fire. I am most uneasy about Folford's concept how powers outside of the USA would be deciding the future outcome of North America. He seemed pleased with the thought, and no one posting on PA has objected.

While reading Fulford's report, I was struck by the parallels in Folford's epic struggle between the powers of good and evil and Tolkein's Lord Of The Rings. The reality is that right now the situation is unbalanced. There is great evil in TPTB ruling over us, yet only a few people have discovered the great power of good that is inside them.

Not that I have much of a balloon to pop about saviors. I also tend to think that the U. S. receiving some payback for things it has done and continues to do, is somehow inevitable.

These weekly tales are borderline Wagnerian for sure. But at a very basic level, one can watch a curve of the spread of industrialization and population boom. Portugal was once a mighty nation; Russia was once decrepit; and the arc will simply land in the world's most populous areas, and the U. S. day in the sun fades. It's more in terms of physical energy than it is better/worse governments.

My guess is that Benjamin Fulford speaks for (is provided a significant portion of what he tells us by) people and organizations working for or under the control of the Rockefellers . As evidence in support of my guess, recall the famous 14 November 2007 interview of David Rockefeller by Benjamin Fulford (Youtube video here and other places.)

To place this in context, as I see it, consider also the extensive, very powerful, but substantially hidden role of the Rockefellers and a couple other wealthy families in controlling the United States over the last century, as described in the "far out" views of Miles Mathis, in his paper that I mentioned again a half day ago here.

My guess is that the Bush-Clinton-Neocon crime syndicates are being thrown under the bus by the more powerful Rockefeller and associated families that sponsored them in the first place, and that Bemjamin Fulford is charged with providing one of the partial hangouts that provide cover for the Rockefeller and associated interests. The White Dragon Society becomes a cover story. It's a cover story that is not entirely fabricated; good cover stories are interwoven with some truth.

Too many of us will see that something or someone seems to be acting behind the scenes to make life difficult for the Bush-Clinton-Neocon crime syndicates ... so a cover story is needed that explains this but doesn't reveal the true (in Miles Mathis view, and I suspect he's substantially right) nature of the power structure that has exercised major control over the United States and its "colonies" (such as Japan and the nations of NATO and the European Union) over the last century.

Bill, it worldn't surprise me if this election falls into complete chaos; I somehow do believe Kaine could possibly become president because Clinton/Trump (whoever is "selected") just might die or is assasinated before they take the presidential oath-

if/IF Clinton becomes president and dies (for whatever reason- she's reportedly terminaly ill) shortly after her taking the presidential oath then it's possible Kaine could become president-

but who is Kaine?- not much info posted about him and his true objectives-
