I suspect that people who are very successful have a higher than average sex drive.
    Goes with the package.

It doesn't have to be in a bar or anything to do with alcohol. I have heard this my whole life in guy only environments. If you are a women and are shocked by these statements, all I have to say to you is welcome to a man's world. Your husband or boyfriend may deny it if you confront them, but at some point in their life they have had a similar conversation.

There is a reason women are called the better half. Most men get better with age, but I would think men that are rich and famous very seldom do. At Least not any that would run for President. Look at JFK, probably one of our best Presedents, but he was a sexit pig. The thing I would say about the Donald is at least he likes women and not little girls.

When more attention is brought to the Bill Clinton rape accusations, and accusations of sexual assault from multiple women (not consensual sex as with Lewinsky, but actual assault and rape) then we'll see if these same people don't also call for Hillary to step down for defending Bill and attacking these women.

I've been giving this some more thought, First off trump was being taped between 2 guys some 11 years ago. The conversation was between trump and billy bush who I understand is related to the bush family. What a coincidence, lol. First off who carries around a tape for 11 years only to be released just before the election and I'll bet trump didn't give his authorization for it either. That being said any of us in social circles in life being just the guys or just the gals for a weekend or evening know the jabbing and jousting that goes on between our social groups , and sometimes its things that none of us would ever say in public let alone on major network news. I'm not making excuses for trump, all I'm saying is this conversation wasn't to be aired public, hell some of my conversations should never be aired public either, I've made mistakes and said things I shouldn't have.

What I do know is this , the man trump is a father, a businessman who has created thousands of jobs for people to support their families, a grandfather, and a proud husband. He does many charitable things for others very discreetly and above all else stepped up to the plate to run for president and self funded this movement for the longest time. He went up against the most brutal machine in Washington DC where the late vice foster said I believe,RUINING PEOPLES CAREERS ARE CONSIDERED SPORT! He knocked out 17 candidates for the nomination, fought the media and GOP the entire way and now the excessive dirt from a past is being boiled to the top with the main stream minions media trumpeting this to the heavens because its not their candidate. He is pulling thousands of Americans at his rallying when Hillary can't pull a little league baseball team to hers. He has took on a corrupt institution at its core that cannot continue to function on the path of self destruction -9 trillion in debt more in 7.5 years. The man doesn't drink nor does his family and he doesn't need the money or aggravation or the embarrassment within his own children from this dirt being thrown up in the air. Whenever I watch a successful person on TV ,criticize Trump , I think to myself yeah you can criticize him all you want but you didn't have the balls to do what he has done. And you didn't spend your own money doing it either knowing everything you spent could be for nothing at all. So before anybody starts throwing the first stones, think back in your life , did you do or say anything that you would have never done in public?

God Bless this man for stepping into the snake pit of the earth by himself to in fact make a difference for the right reasons. Debate is tonight , lets see if the moderators are neutral or are they going to pull a another lester holt on trump tonight.

I did say most men get better with age, myself being one. But when I was young my friends and I made Trump's statement look tame in comparison.

As far as women being just as bad, I can never know that in this lifetime. I can say that in my hometown there was a bar that had a downstairs that some nights would have male dancers. Us men would drink upstairs waiting for the dancers to get done. Looking to get with all the horney women. One thing I can say for sure is women go wild around male stripers. We couldn't see them but we sure as hell heard them. They are like a pack of rabid dogs around male stripers, while us men just sit quietly enjoying the view with women stripers.

I was just having this same convo with my husband. He is one of the nicest most respectful men I've ever met. He's a big tall guy but is a gentle giant. His mother taught him and his gay brother very well, and I credit not only her but their father as well.

Upon meeting my husband on a construction site, where we both worked. I was use to men talking when they thought women weren't around. Before I even got into the union I was warned by the men in my family that I may hear things that will be uncomfortable.

I've heard things come out of men's mouths that they would have never ever said in front of me, or to me, or any woman. I had excellent hearing. He he.

But all it was to me was a more "mature-immature " ( if that makes sense ) banter that boys in high school would say aloud in the presence of anyone because they hadn't learned discretion yet.

So what blows my mind is all the rapes and the sexual assaults Clinton has in his past. But what trump said to a another tool back in the day proves he hates women?!? What is wrong with people's logic here?

I mentioned I have a hard time talking about anything sexual without getting the giggles. And around the right women, I have said some of the most hilarious and sexually inappropriate stuff that would make my husband blush.

This is all silliness in the face of some really serious chit.

I agree Shannon with "This is all silliness in the face of some really serious chit".
The choice is between a rock and a hard place.

It is said that the the consciousness of the one elected reflects the collective level of consciousness of the electorate.
    I hope this is untrue.
One way or another every other country will be affected by the choice of President to be made soon.
    That is serious chit.
Where is the statesman--the states woman to be found?
Neither of these candidates fit that description as far as I can tell.

It is more about spiritual growth. Men act the way they do because of our hormones and animal instincts ( to have as many mates as possible ). It is our challenge to overcome these instincts to grow on a spiritual level.

I remember an interview of a women who had a sex change to become a man. She said once she started taking male hormones she was overwhelmed with the sex drive. She said she doesn't understand why more men don't rape women because the sex drive was so overwhelming for her. Of course as men we have more time to get use to the feeling but for her it came all at once. But it does explain why rape is a big problem in college. We are going through our sexual peek at that time and consuming a lot of alcohol. Not all men have problems dealing with their sex drive, but I would think it has to do with our spiritual development.

He is far from giving up, actually I agree with Adams response to Erickson here....

"Dirt dished on Trump will make him president"

    http://theblacksphere.net/2016/10/di...him-president/

    Snip:

    11. I’m adding context to the discussion, not condoning it. Trump is on his own to explain his behavior.

    12. Clinton supporters hated Trump before this latest outrage. Trump supporters already assumed he was like this. Independents probably assumed it too. Before you make assumptions about how this changes the election, see if anyone you know changes their vote because of it. All I have seen so far is people laughing about it.

    12. I hereby change my endorsement from Trump to Gary Johnson, just to get out of the blast zone. Others will be “parking” their vote with Johnson the same way. The “shy Trump supporter” demographic just tripled.

    13. My prediction of a 98% chance of Trump winning stays the same. Clinton just took the fight to Trump’s home field. None of this was a case of clever strategy or persuasion on Trump’s part. But if the new battleground is spousal fidelity, you have to like Trump’s chances.

    14. Trump wasn’t running for Pope. He never claimed moral authority. His proposition has been that he’s an asshole (essentially), but we need an asshole to fight ISIS, ignore lobbyists, and beat up Congress. Does it change anything to have confirmation that he is exactly what you thought he was?

I don't think Trump has come this far just to drop out. He's shown that he can't control his emotions and choice of words in a private or public setting. In the circles of business tycoons that sort of behavior is acceptable.

The words are offensive, granted but we women are not stupid about these remarks. It happens in private and in locker rooms and bars and all the male frat bravado is talk. My husband had a comment who is the same age as Trump. He said, I would not be surprised if he takes testosterone which would bring up these kinds of remarks. He may be oversexed or on the down side, wishing he was. Either way, it does not sway my vote simply because to go the other way would be death to America.

I also found it cryptic that Billy Bush ( of the Bush family) would dig out an 11 yr old private conversation. It almost feels like it was a lying in wait ace in the sleeve when things got tempermental. This is a high school tactic. Not Presidential. I hope I can sit thru another debate. I left half way with Kaine and Pence.

I seriously doubt that billy bush dug out the hot mic recording himself. He is in deep doody himself for whatever lame reason now because of all this.

Having worked years and years with young male, often being the only female in the group, at one point they would stop holding their tongue and start chatting as if I was one of them, and gosh, those comments are oten almost usual, even with white collars - I always diliked them, but I must admit they are usual.

And yes, guys brag about women and their supposedly manhood - just makes me laugh of despair, so teenager like. And very mysoginistic in the way of thinking of women as sex objects.

So, me and my girlfriends, we started to talk like......... them regarding males attributes almost kidding here.

I am French speaking, and as long as we are respected in the street, on the job, etc, we do not dive into other's sexual conduit and thinking.

I find rape as presumably Bill Clinton did, much much much much more reprehensible and unacceptable. If rape dirt (some seem to exist) comes around for Trump, I will place him in the mysoginistic asshole ready for jail. as I would Clinton for his presumed rapes.

But it does explain why rape is a big problem in college.
That is another injected meme, just not true. There's a lot of subtle and not so subtle anti men **** out there right now for some reason.. most of it is misleading at best, mostly wrong is the norm.

But then at times, I wonder why these lies are so readily picked up and repeated by people.. it's like we WANT to think the worst about eachother...

I disagree that the basis of these conversations is mysoginistic.

If rape dirt (some seem to exist) comes around for Trump, I will place him in the mysoginistic asshole ready for jail. as I would Clinton for his presumed rapes.
now I could see THAT effecting his campaign strongly.. have any links?

What lies? Those are articles you found not me. I don't care if their %s are wrong, I wasn't referring to them. I have been to college twice I know what it is like. It is much different than life after college. You can debate if what happens in college, if it is really rape or just taking advantage of drunk women by drunk guys. I am a guy, I know what is right and what is wrong. I also know what it is like to be in my early 20s. To me now, it is wrong, then, I didn't think it was that bad. But I was also under the influence of large amounts of testosterone.

I also don't like to find the all the bad in people. But I also try to be honest and not lie to justify my actions or the actions of others. The human race has the ability for great actions but also really bad actions as well.

Fair enough, I certainly do not know what actions you took or what you observed in others.

I only know statistics and my own personal experiences in west-coast colleges. (California, Oregon and Alaska.. I only have 110 credits, so no super long term exposure)

And I'll say,I'm baffled at what you are saying, maybe I just hung around good people (jocks and science majors?).

I am completely dumbfounded that here in the Avalon forums, the forums that I used to admire and respect, that there are so many Trump apologists and supporters. This community has let me down. You are so virulently anti- Hillary, and God knows, that I don't trust her and am not a supporter, but that this blind hatred of her makes anyone think that this vile sack of **** named Trump would have anything positive to offer this country is unbelievable. I weep for those rallying around this lying mysogisnist pig.
