ET Dreams and Sleep Paralysis

I am new to Forums, so forgive me if I make any faux pas...
As a child I never wanted to sleep, feared my closet, and would leave all my lights on...
I began to get sleep paralysis regularly and wake up with an impending doom feeling...
Years later...I have one dream that I remember very vividly and have had none like it since..

I had sleep paralysis, I could see everything in my room and had a feeling of being out of body...
I remember a bright orb floating around my room and a shadowy figure that resembled a cat following it but i could never distinguish a face. The light sat over my head.
At the end of my bed two figures appeared.
one was a tall, beautiful, purple female with golden eyes.
the other was short with elephant like skin. dark eyes. large mouth...almost frog like
I felt at peace, and I don't recall the information passed to me but I just remember -"prophesy."
...a few months later my daughter was conceived...
she is very advanced, sensitive, and a peaceful spirit. She is 2 years old and is bilingual and can count past 20 in both languages... she can operate technology very proficiently...
After she was conceived, I was compelled to research ETs and spiritual teachings.
Her and I also have an affinity for crystals and metals...

Can anyone help me with the dreams and how to protect her and nurture her...she is a very special spirit...

Hi Mjl, for your daughter, always keep her supervised, with a trustworthy adult always with her when she's awake, and use a baby monitor at night. Your love and attention is what she wants and needs. She also needs to be allowed to find her talents without being forced to meet someone else's preconceived notions. I am sure you will do well for her. The coming generations are going to transform this world into a place of peace and love.

I'm sure you will do a wonderful job in nurturing and protecting your daughter.
In regards to UFO type abduction scenarios, the only thing I can say is this, practice discernment, do not believe what they say, and sometimes you even have to question your own memories concerning what has taken place.
I wouldn't get caught up in the idea of being a "chosen" person for some mission as the word "prophecy" might indicate.
I'm of the opinion that thousands of people have heard a similar message in so far as their abductions were concerned.
It's best to be sober about these things, I would not look at these things as religious experiences for that lends whatever is doing this too much power and provisional authority in so far as speaking for God and light.
I'm of the opinion that there is no such thing as a "good" abduction, being as how can an ethically advanced race violate your freewill in such a manner.


If you are a religious person I see no harm in praying and asking for help regarding this situation.

Thanks. No I'm not necessarily religious in that sense. That is just what I can recall. I'm hoping to find someone who has had a similar experience, and to figure out if those are actual beings or if the dream was something completely different...

Why Monsters Sit On Your Chest and Try to Strangle You

Brazilians speak in hushed tones about an ugly monster – sometimes a giant man, sometimes an old hag, sometimes a scary demon – that sneaks into bedrooms while they’re sleeping, sits on their chests and presses down on their throats so that they wake up gasping for breath and unable to move. It turns out versions of the same tale are told in many countries by many cultures about many monsters. While science has not developed a get-this-monster-off-of-my-chest cure, it has come up with an explanation for them.

In Brazil, the monster is called Pisadeira and is most often described as an old hag with long fingers who jumps down from roofs onto the chests of unsuspecting sleepers. In Portugal, Pisadeira is sometimes depicted as old man (sadly, a Friar) and occasionally sits on the full belly of children rather than on their chests. In Spain, it’s a large black dog or cat. The indigenous people of Canada believe the creature is a shapeless demon created by an evil shaman. Nigerians describe it as a scary old woman while the Japanese say it’s a male spirit trying to suffocate his enemies. In Cambodia, it’s a “khmaoch sângkât” – “the ghost that pushes you down.” Victims all say they can see the monster or spirit but can’t move or breath until it finally goes away.

What sort of monsters are all of these people waking up to find on their chest, stealing their breath away?

With so many of the stories coming from Brazil, researchers there led by José F. R. de Sá of the Jungian Institute of Bahia in Brazil decided to collect the stories, conduct some research and find the reason. According to the study, published in September in the journal Frontiers in Psychology, the cause of Pisadeira and her scary friends is … sleep paralysis.

Wait … what?

Disappointed? You shouldn’t be. Sleep paralysis is a mysterious physical and mental state that is slowly explaining away a lot of scary nightmares, out-of-body and near-death experiences and alien abductions. Now it’s the reason for Pisadeira and other folklorish tales told to explain the unexplainable. As the study points out, sleep paralysis removes the ability to move while causing visual hallucinations, feelings of chest pressure, delusions of a physical and frightening presence in the room and a fear of impending doom. With all of this happening when the person is usually alone and in the dark, it’s no wonder the study found such a variety of different sorts of monsters that have been created to explain it.

Unfortunately, no matter which Pisadeira you find sitting on your chest and choking you to death, the only cure is waking up. The purpose of the study was not to remove the monsters but study them and “enrich the knowledge about these experiences and their psychological and cultural aspects.”

Remember that the next time you wake up with an old hag on your chest trying to strangle you.

Now, here are a few things to take into consideration beside the widespread, pervasive occurrences of this phenomenon:

• When YOU wake up and regain control over your body... where was YOU before that? In the company of the "Pisadeira"? Somewhere else?
• Are you retrieving the memory from your own memories or from your body's?
• ... so, maybe, it was YOU sitting on your body's chest and getting it to stand still for a minute so that you could get back into it and in control of it?

Which, accordingly, leads to this troubling question: Is one, one's own "Pisadeira" to one's own body?

Of course, the above question has vast implications... one of them being: Are these recollections evidences for a planetary programming of bodies (meat suits/"containers") to reject their asserted owners as body drivers/occupants/squatters?

... or is it evidence of a rebellion of enslaved meat bodies against their masters... the body-snatcher invaders? A movement claiming bodies' rights not to be overtaken?

Whose sovereignty is it, anyway?

Right... I am having one of these cognitive dissonant days... holding two contrary perspectives together...

I personnally would not write anything special about my daughter on any forums or anywhere when she was small. Just the daily things and impediments she may have. Nothing of dreams about her, prior, during or after conception, nothing on abilities that would not be ordinary, nothing special, except for the love I have for her.

It is very important to protect children and let them remain anonymous while they grow up. Later, they can do what they want by themselves. And believe me, even then, energitically they can be tagged and followed on.

Love, unconditional absolute love, is an extraordinary protector. It will make you do anything, more than you actually think you can, for your daughter. Also the feeling that your mission is to protect at any price, and repair when harm is done, at any price, will do great things for her. Learn about energetic protection from the heart.

Have no fears, be the armored knight with a firm decisive sword when needed, without hesitations, while filled with love pouring from all your pores, heart, self.

I used to experience sleep paralysis when I was younger. Probably the most terrifying experiences I have ever had (and I am a ninny who is afraid of heights and the dark!). I never saw anything, but felt an extremely malevolent presence and the inability to move. I was always lying on my right side when it happened so perhaps if I was in another position, I would have experienced the visual aspects of this experience as well.
