While listening to various commentators around the alt media I'm hearing people repeat a wrong meme. The polls are not being fiddled ( scientific polls ) to cause people to give up and not vote. The polls are being fiddled to align the percentages with where they intend to set the "Fractional Magic" percentages in the main database on November 8th.

Granted, Polling Service entities sell their service to those that have an interest in knowing, or showing, such skewed ratings. In order for those polling entities to keep right with reality, so that their clients keep coming back - i.e. they have to show that their statistics are correct with the final outcome of an election - the closer we get to election day, the closer they need to come to the actual reality of what is to be the final outcome. Otherwise, if they are shown to be way off the actual outcome, the service they provide will not show that they are very good at what they do....

Unless, of course, they are totally bought off by those that are rigging the system... then, within the final days of coming close to election, their stats have to come close to what their Vote Rigging Masters have paid them to show, in order for it to substantiate the 'rigged system' outcome.

With the latter, in this last paragraph, is this what you mean by "Fractional Magic"?

Fractional Magic is the software plugin they use to shuffle the data to arrive at the exact results they predetermine by entering them into the boxes that pop up in the software like magic when the plugin runs.

Regarding the "Fractional Magic" video put out by Bev Harris, you may be interested in what Joel Skousen had to say about what his thoughts are on the subject... the transcript below is taken from the Jeff Rense interview (Post #823)


Joel Skousen: Let's talk about the voter fraud thing, because its very, very real.

I'm a fan of Bev Harris... she's done yeoman's work in documenting voter fraud, but this latest video on the "Fractional Magic" thing is a very confused and unclear...

Jeff Rense: The alleged "Gems Software"... I have to confess that I haven't had time to sit through the whole video. I've looked at a portion of it - and it seemed okay to me. What are your thoughts?

Joel Skousen: I've looked at & its not okay. Here's what I've researched & found out, which is accurate: In the 'Gems' software, which is now in use in most States of the Union, here, they have a... most of them have switched to a decimal fraction for counting the actual votes, instead of a whole integer. So instead of a whole number, you've got a decimal fraction of votes.

And... you know, the computer programmer that she brought in - I think his name was Dennis Smith, or something - he said that 'this means that you're going to have a software that says that I want to program in & get a certain percentage.' And so, if you're going to get 27% of the vote, you're going to come out with 89.9936 votes, which is impossible.

A whole vote is a whole vote. If you're switching to a decimal, that means you're fudging the votes.

The problem with this is that this programmer develops the software to show how that is done. And she asks him in the video, "Now, how much of this is in the software that you saw? And how much is your own work?"

And, he doesn't answer the question... and she let's it go. And that's the dying question I want to hear! -- Alright, tell me how much of what you just showed us up on the screen is your software... And what I've determined from looking at it closely is that all the entire Windows software that built called 'Fractional Magic' is his software & not something that came from 'Gems' - wasn't on Gems.

He's just hypothesizing: this is how you can use - the fact that they have - the only reason to do that is because they're using a fractional type software. So that isn't proven - there's no proof really. He's showing how it can be done. But, its just not a good video to recommend because he developed the software which overlayed upon it.

Now, I happen to think that that is in part what they're doing, and what they did, in 2012. Because we know there was manipulation at the tail end of this... because of the undercounting of 8 million less people voting in 2012 versus 2008 - when it was just unbelievable - on the face of it. 2008 was such a dead election that nobody was enthused about McCain & it was Obama's first time. It was just awful. I mean, there was alot of enthusiasm for Obama - he got all of the youth & everybody excited about somebody new & a black running for president ... And McCain just couldn't fire up anybody. But when it was Romney versus Obama and everybody had experienced Obamacare... they can make votes disappear, and they can do it at the tallying level.

The thing that they don't answer in the video that Bev Harris produced in Black_Box_Voting. Org, which otherwise has got alot of good information on it - especially the camera work that they show, about pulling out monitors & pulling out computers, & taking things into a room & changing things, and getting into concealed computers on video survellance cameras.... I mean...

These election officials, I just can't believe that the liberal media is making such a storm about 'how dare they say there's any election fraud!' I mean, all they have to do is show any number of hundreds of people who have witnessed about vote-flipping going on... that, 'I've voted for Donald Trump & it came out Hillary Clinton. And I did three times in front of the election official & it still came out 'Hillary Clinton!' ...until a supervisor came along and knew how to override the thing'... meaning override the...

But you know, computers just don't make mistakes like that. You have to program a computer to flip votes like that. And so, its happening all over the nation.

But as I pointed out in my World Affairs Brief, they only have to do a few computers, they don't dare flip too many. Otherwise, you get... it gets beyond the Exit Polls and the other things that make it very obvious.

You see, the problem with the scenario that Bev put out is that, if you're going to program it to come up with 47.8% for Hillary Clinton, that's not the way the real election comes out. It starts out 46.3, and it may go up or down. And then it may when certain voting districts come in that are more Democratic, it may go up.

So you'd have to constantly be tweaking that percentage type result in order to make it look like a real election.

And so, I think if there's any of that type of software going - and there is - and that's the reason you change to a decimalization of the vote, its at the very, very tail end when its been established by the vote-flipping, and the other smaller levels of manipulation, what the final tally is going to come in at, then the certify it at the final count with the manipulation.

That's how I think its set.

That's how I think it's set too. Skousen's point is a sledghammer cracking a nut. He is absolutely right by court of law standards. How can we know how much of that manipulation was just the extra software her IT expert wrote himself. It was obviously his software that did it, in my opinion.

What he proved was that the GEMS software was constructed in such a way that he could even do that. We will have to have our own opinions on whether there are people in the system actually doing what he did. I know what I think.

He shows how it is at the very tail end that the 'trick' is played but they have to set the trajectory from the get go, otherwise it will not look right to the watching eyes. That's why all this rigged polling is going on, it's to set the expectation that Hillary is winning by a whisker even though it's obvious Trump is miles ahead. Even if it isn't actually fooling many people, it still records an official position that will have to be challenge legally and slowly. People will have to grab computers and records etc and that is tricky dicky land that they will try to out maneuver their pursuers in.

Anyway, it's most likely the case they had no idea this was going to be exposed as much as this so it's likely they are thinking up an alternative plan.

What is still very frustrating for me is that even with the list of people we see that are almost definitely going to jail. There are still no really big fish on it. Soros is miles away out of it and so are any of the Rothschilds or their Italian brethren. These Clintons and their ilk are just useful crooks and sickos.

Of course they know. I know it's counterintuitive, and I also know we all already know this, but I still think it's sometimes necessary to remind ourselves the dynamic of what's really going on here. People continually condemn the media for being incompetent, but the truth is, the MSM is actually doing an exemplary job, if you consider what that job actually is. That is, their job, as statist propaganda arm of the Deep State, is to blackout, or at best whitewash all the stuff we cover here... I'd give them an A-, given a brazan and out-in-the-open crime syndicate is literally days away from assuming overt control over the U.S. Government, with millions of people being none the wiser. Before they were content to operate in the shadows; now it's a fully covert take down and out in the open. Scary stuff.

I guess we'll see on November 8 how good of job they've done...
