some people believe it and take it one step further and be it....with quite astonishing and amazing scientific results on the effects that the energy of the sun has not only on our beings physically, but emotionally and spiritually too...

its quite an ''out there'' notion and one that not only makes some kind of sense to me personally but resonates deeply with some people and they enjoy deep and fulfilling lives without having to eat food as we know it for yrs on end....
understandably for others this topic quite simply isnt their cup of tea...

    peace always

In India i had a daily ritual to watch the sun set. I used to watch the sun for about 30 minutes every evening, and the sky around it would dance and all sorts of patterns popped up.. I never realised about the 'food from the sun' aspect, but at the time i was pretty much not eating after 2pm, mostly through yoga practice/ advice.. never felt hungry lol, and the sun and sunsets are deeply spiritual experiences for sure

Tread lightly on this one. I belonged to a sungazer's chat group. Others on the group enjoyed sun watching, but were not able to cut down on food because of it. I tried this for awhile with no results. But that may be my own doing, as I was unable to get a routine going that hit all the points. But, from those who are serious about it: dawn sun works best. Midday sun don't even try, it is dangerous and can cause permanent damage to your eyes. Always stand outside with your bare feet on the ground while doing it, even in winter. (This is the one I failed on.) Good luck if you want to forge ahead.

I am up to 14.40 minutes of sun-gazing. I haven't done any lately because in Melbourne, we haven't had much sun. I always stand with my barefeet on the ground. I only ever sungaze at dawn and at sunset and I still enjoy my food because the ritual of eating is the "key" to all.
