relatively simple and straight forward keeping to much of his election
rhetoric as well as trying to heal the nation under one goal and ambition
of rebuilding America. No doubt we will hear the opposite from the mainstream....

I felt the same and mentioned it early in this thread, there are a few reasons for my 'extra '
interest in this US election, first of all it goes back to around 2009/10 when David Icke
was saying that he did not see change in 2012 which was the hot topic then , but did
see 2016/17/18 as pivotal years and is why he embarked on his on going world wide
tour starting late 2015 into 2016/17 and 18 if demand continues to listen to his talks.

After neo - con/dem years since the early 1990's , Obama was thought/hoped to be
the one to stop the Bush/Clinton cabal but ended up either incompetent or complicit
in the on going 'proxy war' agenda's which Hillary would have continued and probably
escalated with Russia.

The last UK general election was tame , but Brexit brought out the possibility that a UK
referendum could actually change something. This transferred into the US election and
Trump coming from no where to the Whitehouse has encouraged and lifted spirit if
nothing else. Obviously there is a long way to go but it does fit into the 2016/7/8
paradigm change. The other thing for me is Bob & Ion a source I have listened to
since 2009 and they predicted Trump as president early on as well.

So we are definitely living in interesting times.......

I have refrained from replying to some of my loving family's posts regarding Donald Trump here on facebook. It is time to come forward.

Our dear mother was a solid Democrat and loved John Kennedy. Donald Trump and his associates in government and around the country are going to bring to fruition many of the things that Kennedy attempted to do, including and not limited to bringing back the 'gold standard' for our monetary system.

He and his associates are fully aware of the dangers he is stepping into...he will do things in such a way that will put him ahead of the curve of danger, imho. There are too many watching his back and he will present matters of utmost urgency in such a way that all of his public moves will have the full awareness of the dangers in front of him and he will name names if needed. He will be protected. There will be immense change for the good this year and the years to follow. It will not be easy and all involved are going to work their butts off to bring the newness to fruition.

Despite some violent protesters earlier in the day, President Trump and his wife were briefly walking along the inaugural parade route. (thereabouts, 1615 East Coast time.) Large crowds, large amount of security (looked like about 30 US Secret Service were a visible presence). Officers and security every 5 feet along the security fences along the route. Some protesters had just now torched a private limo driver's car, apparently indiscriminately attacking anything looking like "the establishment". C-SPan live (source) and FBN network.

His young son was there too walking with them. Quite an interesting sight.. They are continuing walking and waving. The crowd is going wild saying "Trump Trump Trump", the saying that was so present during the earlier campaign rallies. Shortly thereafter the crowd started the chant, "USA, USA..."

Every now and then Pence and his wife point to someone in the crowd who has caught their attention and they interact, 1 on 1. The two retired Marine generals were approved by the Senate on Friday, just hours after President Donald Trump took the oath of office.

Republicans pushed for fast approval of Mattis to ensure the post would not be empty even for a brief amount of time after Trump's swearing-in.

He will replace Ash Carter, who has been former President Barack Obama's defense secretary since February 2015.

Congress had to pave the way for Mattis to serve. Lawmakers last week passed legislation that Trump signed granting Mattis an exception from the law barring former service members who have been out of uniform for less than seven years from holding the job.

Mattis retired from the Marine Corps in 2013.

Kelly will be in charge of overseeing Trump's pledge to crack down on illegal immigration.

If Trump keeps his campaign promises, Kelly's agency will be responsible for strengthening the screening of immigrants permitted to enter the US. His department also will be charged with finding additional resources to locate and deport people living in the country illegally.

Watched Michael Moore, Robert de Niro and some other guy speaking at a protest in New York on TV today. The dude whose name I forget, appears to kickstart the speeches with praise for the outgoing administration. They truly don't get it. So so out of touch. I don't like Trump and have grave misgivings about that part of the deep state that supports him ( military intelligence, most likely), but Obama was a war monger, a liar, and an all around smooth talking creep. Hillary...same. Clinton lost out, I figure, because Sanders democrats crossed over and voted Trump rather than Clinton.
