Agree with MorningFox... with the exception that I don't think its so sad.

You don't think it's sad that the president of the united states tweets narcissistic, poorly written, emotionally charged drivel?

I do

We agree to disagree...

Obviously, one would find it hard to accept an opinion that differs from one's own. Removing the blinders that one has grown comfortably numb with can be quite discomforting. It is suggested to expand the view of the window one has been looking through, as this world is headed towards a major shift.

You may find the following of some interest, then again, on second thought - most probably not... seeing that being British may hamper the ability to find much of an interest, as would be likely expected... please disregard if you find it unappealing.

But I will still post the following for others that may have an interest in what this man, that goes by the name of 'Donald Trump', may possibly represent at this time in the making of our present American History.....

Truth & The Fourth Turning

If you aren’t familiar with the Strauss-Howe Generational Theory of History, I would encourage you to take it up. As people attempt to process the Trump election, a thing many are describing as the most surprising political development in American history, the writings of Strauss and Howe are proving remarkably prescient.

Those familiar with the model are in agreement that the West (and perhaps the entire world) is in the midst of something Strauss and Howe call the Fourth Turning or, The Crisis.

A key feature of the Fourth Turning crisis is the emergence of the Grey Champion. Trump’s ascendency (as Sander’s surprising relevancy) are manifestations of the Grey Champion phenomena. Those who could not understand how two 70 year-olds rose to such prominence in this cycle will find a satisfactory explanation in the Grey Champion writings of Stauss-Howe.

Jim Quinn at The Burning Platform does a good job of juxtaposing Trump with Gandalf (a Grey Champion archetype). If you haven’t read his two part post on the subject, I commend it to you now. His thoughts are more extensive and important than mine and what follows is merely supplemental.

Now that I’ve done nearly everything I can to point you to writings better than my own, I will get to the point. Here I am taking up a small but significant detail in the Gandalf arc, the transformation from Gandalf the Grey to Gandalf the White.

Early on in their epoch, Fourth Turning Grey Champions are faced with a choice. Either they will die to their political ego and tell the truth like the Lincoln did in the Civil War Saeculum. Or they will succumb to the allure of quasi-heroic "can-kicking" like FDR did in the Great Power Saeculum.

Gandalf the Grey vs Balrog

Such was the choice of Gandalf in the Battle of the Peak. When the Grey Gandalf, a wizard of the Hobbits (the deplorables?) came face to face with the Balrog, a decision had to be made. Would he stand or shrink away? Would he descend in a self-sacrifical melee? Would he die to himself?

In this present crisis, I cannot say what form the Balrog will take. In Tolkein’s work, the Balrog is a fallen entity, previously beautiful but now perverted into various shape-shifting manifestations of power and terror. The Balrog could be classical liberalism now twisted into the rootless fascist rage of the Social Justice Warrior or the Balrog could be classical capitalism now perverted into Wall Street’s formless greed. I suspect it will be a combination of the two. Social Justice Warriors and Wall Street appear to be in contradiction with one another but remember the Balrog is a shapeshifter who fights in fire and in water. Both movements employ circular reasoning and above all, both attempt to bully the culture with the aires of inevitability. To quote another more modern science fiction series, the Balrog postures himself as if to say, “resistance is futile.”

This turning’s Grey Champion will be faced with a choice. He will either fight or flee. He will either tell the truth at great cost or join the Balrog in self-deception.

Quinn writes:

The civic decay already proliferating during and after the election will be exacerbated as bad debt wipes out financial institutions, corporations, and willfully ignorant consumer borrowers. The lesson of 2008 has already been forgotten. Rather than rolling out his grand vision, Trump will be dealing with a financial crisis which will make 2008 look like a walk in Central Park. Will he follow the same failed policies used after 2008 — NIRP, QE, and saving Wall Street at the expense of Main Street?

Or will he level with the American people, allow Wall Street banks to go bankrupt, let the free market purge the system of trillions in bad debt, tackle the unfunded entitlement liabilities, and have Americans endure a Depression in order to reset our economic system? It will take a Grey Champion with a high level of moral fortitude and courage to demand such sacrifice from the citizens of this country.

The third turning (unraveling) involved a series of unveilings that revealed the true state of America’s cultural institutions.

- 911 and the subsequent terror attacks in America have exposed the tenuousness of our homeland security.

- Pedophile priests and the Roman Catholic coverup have exposed the darkness of our sanctuaries.

- The proliferation of online pornography and the Ashley Madison hacks exposed the unsoundness of our marriages.

- The Iraq debacle ranging from WMD alarmism to Abu Grab to political indecisiveness exposed the many weaknesses of our military industrial complex.

- The 2008 housing crisis exposed our financial leaders to be lemmings and our firmest financial segment (housing) to be Papier-mâché.

- Ferguson exposed our inner cities to be piles of sweaty dynamite.

- Snowden and WikiLeaks exposed our government to be dishonest.

- Dozens of reporting scandals exposed our media to be duplicitous.

Such has been the nature of the third turning’s unraveling. We were lied to. Even worse, we lied to ourselves.

The crisis will be resolved in one of two ways:

1) The Grey Champion may kick the can down the road like FDR, ignore simple math and lull the American people into another 100 year cycle built on self-deception.

2) Or, quite improbably, the Grey Champion will stand toe to toe with the demon of inevitability and engage in a seemingly suicidal confrontation.

Gandalf the White

Gandalf the Grey had limited power and may, at least for a time, have kept the Shire good. It took Gandalf the White to make Middle Earth great again!

Qualifiers [by the author]:
I did not vote for Donald Trump. The raw materials that make him a Grey Champion were the very qualities I found most objectionable. I am not optimistic that he will fight the good fight. Yet one thing is certain, the man does love to fight. Who knows? He certainly has a puncher’s chance.

By emphasizing “Gandalf the White”, I suppose I’ve set myself up to be called an alt-right dog-whistler. To which I would simply respond, “Hello Mr. Balrog, I am not at all surprised to see you here.”

Thanks for the vid explaining 'virtue signaling'. It's a good step when a phenomena is finally given a name, even better when humor is involved.

This past week someone posted a humorous vid by infowars with a donald trump being asked questions by the infowars guy.
A poster on that thread asked:

"Where are the Conservative Comedians?"

Humor, Sarcasm &Trivialization are powerful techniques that are much needed to throw the brainwashing back in the faces of those perpetuating PC Mythology. Identify and trivialize the rituals of pc religion. The regressives have been so spoiled in the last 8 years never getting any pushback.

I also believe there are many very young whites sitting on the fence. They are watching the new genre of self-loathing whites and intuitively they may not feel comfortable with it but they are not seeing any counter to this artificial cultivation of guilt ridden white mind control victims.

Young whites deserve to know they are innocent people and they don't have to waste their lives apologizing for things they didn't do and had no control over.

Notice the skillful dimishment of the carrot orange on the side, and how cleverly the white hair feathers back.

Sorry there is no before/after shot side by side as "proof", but I think we've all seen many examples of the orange carrot look to think he has a new hair beautician.

I hadn't noticed much about his hair, other than it's a bit shorter than it was 6 months ago.

I've noticed that he now reads speeches, or at least comprehensive prompt notes. He doesn't look or feel so good reading speeches. I hope he returns to his old ways and makes it all up spontaneously as he goes. That's the true way and the way to let the good magic into his actions, IMO

The very possibility is this:

A generation - the 'status quo' generation - expresses its reaction - (as MorningFox had done) a standard expected reaction to what is not understood...

A 'Reaction' is different than a 'Response'. A Reaction is based on past knowledge... it is a learned type of behavior... as in a 'knee-jerk' reaction. Whereas, a 'Reponse' comes out of an awareness of the moment... its not prepared in advance... not done out of an expectation - what one is 'suppose' to be like, what one is 'supposed' to act like. But comes spontaneously out of the present moment.

For example, MSM can only be a Status Quo Reaction... it is written, spoken specifically for those that are part of, and depend on, the Status Quo for its survival.

His purpose was to crush any thought of colonial self-rule. To everyone present, the future looked grim.

Just at that moment, seemingly from nowhere, there appeared on the streets “the figure of an ancient man” with “the eye, the face, the attitude of command.” His manner “combining the leader and the saint,” the old man planted himself directly in the path of the approaching British soldiers and demanded that they stop. “The solemn, yet warlike peal of that voice, fit either to rule a host in the battlefield or be raised to God in prayer, were irresistible. At the old man’s word and outstretched arm, the roll of the drum was hushed at once, and the advancing line stood still.” Inspired by this single act of defiance, the people of Boston roused their courage and acted. Within the day, Andros was deposed and jailed, the liberty of Boston saved, and the corner turned on the colonial Glorious Revolution.

“Who was this Gray Champion?” Nathaniel Hawthorne asked near the end of this story in his Twice-Told Tales. No one knew, except that he had once been among the fire-hearted young Puritans who had first settled New England more than a half century earlier. Later that evening, just before the old priest-warrior disappeared, the townspeople saw him embracing the 85-year-old Simon Bradstreet, a kindred spirit and one of the few original Puritans still alive. Would the Gray Champion ever return?

“I have heard,” added Hawthorne, “that whenever the descendants of the Puritans are to show the spirit of their sires, the old man appears again.”

Posterity had to wait a while before seeing him again—the length of another long human life, in fact. “When eighty years had passed,” wrote Hawthorne, the Gray Champion reappeared. The occasion was the revolutionary summer of 1775—when America’s elders once again appealed to God, summoned the young to battle, and dared the hated enemy to fire. “When our fathers were toiling at the breastwork on Bunker’s Hill,” Hawthorne continued, “all through that night the old warrior walked his rounds.” This “old warrior”—this graying peer of Sam Adams or Ben Franklin or Samuel Langdon (the Harvard president who preached to the Bunker Hill troops)—belonged to the Awakening Generation, whose youth had provided the spiritual taproot of the republic secured in their old age.

Hawthorne wrote this stirring legend in 1837, as a young man of 33. The Bunker Hill “fathers” belonged to his parents’ generation, by then well into old age. The nation had new arguments (over slavery) and new enemies (Mexico), but no one expected the old people of that era—the worldly likes of John Marshall and John Jacob Astor—to play the role of Gray Champion.

“Long, long may it be ere he comes again!” Hawthorne prophesied. “His hour is one of darkness, and adversity, and peril. But should domestic tyranny oppress us, or the invaders’ step pollute our soil, still may the Gray Champion come….” Although Hawthorne did not say when this would be, perhaps he should have been able to tell.

Had the young author counted eight or nine decades forward from Bunker Hill, or had he envisioned the old age of the young zealots (like Joseph Smith, Nat Turner, and William Lloyd Garrison) who had recently convulsed America’s soul, he might have foreseen that the next Gray Champion would emerge from his own Transcendental Generation. Seared young by God, Hawthorne’s peers were destined late in life to face an hour of “darkness, and adversity, and peril.” The old priest-warrior would arise yet again in John Brown, damning the unrighteous from his scaffold; in Julia Ward Howe, writing “a fiery gospel writ in burnished rows of steel”; in William Tecumseh Sherman, scorching Georgia with “the fateful lightning of His terrible swift sword”; in Robert E. Lee commanding thousands of young men to their deaths at Cemetery Ridge; and especially in Abraham Lincoln, announcing to Congress that “the fiery trial through which we pass will light us down in honor or dishonor to the last generation.”

Were Hawthorne to have prophesied yet another eight decades further ahead, he might have foretold another Gray Champion whose childhood would begin just after the “fiery trial” of Hawthorne’s own old age. This generation would come of age scorching the elder-built world with its inner fire—and then, a half-saeculum later, complete its self-declared “rendezvous with destiny” as “the wise old men of World War II.” By adding FDR’s Missionary Generation to the recurrence, Hawthorne’s Tale would have been not Twice, but Four Times Told.

When ancestral generations passed through these great gates of history, they saw in the Gray Champion a type of elder very different from the bustling “senior citizens” of America’s recent past—and from the old “Uncle Sam” Revolutionary War survivors of the 1830s, when Hawthorne wrote his tale. Who were these old priest warriors? They were elder expressions of the Prophet archetype. And their arrival into old age heralded a new constellation of generations.

Bannon is correct that the US media—indeed, the entire Western print and TV media—is nothing but a propaganda machine for the ruling elite. The presstitutes are devoid of integrity, moral conscience, and respect for truth. Who else but the despicable Western media justified the enormous war crimes committed against millions of peoples by the Clinton, Bush, and Obama regimes in nine countries—Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Pakistan, Yemen, Syria, Somalia, Palestine, and the Russian areas of Ukraine?

Who else but the despicable Western media justified the domestic police states that have been erected in the Western world in the name of the “war on terror”?

Along with the war criminals that comprised the Clinton, Bush, and Obama regimes, the Western media should be tried for their complicity in the massive crimes against humanity.

The Western media’s effort to sustain the high level of tension between the West and Russia is a danger to all mankind, a direct threat to life on earth. Gorbachev’s warnings are correct. By refusing to acknowledge and to apologize for its lies, euphemistically called “fake news,” the Western media has failed humanity in a number of other ways. For example, by consciously telling lies, the media has legitimized the suborning of perjury and false testimony used to convict innocent defendants (such as Walter McMillian in Bryan Stevenson’s Just Mercy) in America’s “justice” system, which has about the same relation to justice as genocide has to mercy. If the media can lie about world events, police and prosecutors can lie about crimes.

By taking the role of the political opposition to Trump, the media has discredited itself as an honest critic on topics where Trump needs criticism, such as the environment and his tolerance of oppressive methods used by police. The presstitutes have ended all chance of improving Trump’s performance with reports and criticism.

Trump needs moderating on the environment, on the police, and on the war on terror. Trump needs to understand that “the Muslim threat” is a hoax created by the neoconservatives and the military/security complex with the complicity of the presstitutes to serve the hegemony agenda and the budget and power of the CIA, Pentagon, and military industries. If the US stops bombing and slaughtering Muslims and training and equiping forces to overthrow non-compliant Muslim governments such as Syria, Iraq, and Libya, “the Muslim threat” will disappear.

Maybe Trump will add to his agenda breaking into hundreds of pieces the six mega-media companies that own 90% of the US media and selling the pieces to seperate independent owners who have no connection to the ruling elites. Then America would again have a media that can constrain the government with truth rather than use lies to act for or against the government.

Dear President Trump:

In business one never hears about the ten things you do right, only the one you do wrong. Well I would like to talk about all the things you are doing right, before I talk about the one thing you are doing wrong. First, congratulations, a lesser man in your position at your age would have said, “screw this who needs it?” All the spittle and phlegm directed at you from the cacophony of idiots that make up the chattering class was like nothing in recent American history. This was the first hint to most of us nearly two years ago that you were on the right track.

Many of us knew from the start of this that you had a real shot, as long as you never scraped and groveled like those flaming losers Willard Romney and wet start Johnny McCain. You had faith in us, the voiceless, and we had faith in you. Even if you were to go down to the foul queen of corruption, one thing was certain, you would go down fighting. This was the first time in many of our lifetimes’ we had seen this. It was spectacular to behold as the arrogant snot-nosed "fake media" lost their collective minds.

Mr. President, a grateful nation owes you a debt of gratitude. You have placed yourself, your family, and your sacred fortune in grave danger. In so doing you have exposed the cheating, lies, fraud, and abuse of the last thirty years. If there is still a majority of Americans with a single functioning brain cell, we the people should never have to suffer junior Bush, Willie, Barry, or any of their corrupt family members anytime in the next twenty or so years.

Thank you. This, along with your slaying the beast of political correctness has given America a little breathing room. You sir will still have to deal with THE nasty woman. Make sure she is held to account for her crimes against humanity. Here’s hoping you have already delegated that task. Right now there is more pressing business facing the country.

Thank you for raising the issue of voter fraud. As this debate gets into full gear, I would like to encourage you to not give up this fight. First and foremost the war criminal George Sorrows has committed treason against this country, by fomenting insurrection, paying people to commit violent acts against American citizens, and buying local politicians/voting machines.

Please direct the attorney general to ENFORCE THE EXISTING LAWS. Most people left and right, would support locking this admitted Nazi war criminal in the bottom of a pit for whatever remains of his slimy wretched existence. Many other countries are coming to the same conclusion as Sorrows’ links to ISIS and other stone-age throat-cutters are beginning to be exposed and unraveled.

Let’s elevate the debate on the value of citizenship in this republic. No longer to be diluted by giving it to those who don’t aspire to the American Dream of working hard and building something, never-mind learning English. There are too many gimme-dats that couldn’t even be bothered to stay in their country and fight to fix things. Instead, they ran away, coming here and then trying to remake this once prosperous country into the graven image of the failed state they just fled.

Not all but many hate us, rightfully so, for our sins, sins the uni-party, neocon, deep state pizza worshipers have committed. Sins which they still commit to this day. Citizenship given so freely ends up having little value. People who are not citizens of a country should have no say in any affairs involving said country. Were it to be otherwise, America should lay down and slit her wrists and bleed out. This is the biggest dilemma facing our country, as I’m sure you are aware.

A suggested solution for this problem follows. First and foremost, only American living, breathing citizens are allowed the franchise of voting. Ignore the 'south-side effeminate ping-pong' ex-president who told the country preceding your election that it was OK for illegal-aliens here illegally to vote. In fact, he went so far as to assure them they would not be prosecuted for said crime. Ignore the fake media trying to drag you into the weeds about how many illegals voted and where is your proof.

Our once great media has become a fifth-column full of degenerate quislings. The proof is all around them yet their ideology blinds them to the truth. Don’t let the fake media goad you into a debate about crowd size, hand size, or whatever. If you think you need to fight these people on a personal level let Kellyanne put in the work. On policy, delegate vice-president Pence to be in charge of fight club. He proved his mettle by destroying Hillary’s little gimp buffalo bill. Save your twitter fights to pulverize those cowards that go after your wife and kids. In all of this we will have your back.

Next, delete all the voter roles in their entirety, without prejudice, no whining, sniveling or quibbling. All American citizens who care about being part of the process will have 700 or so days to register before the next national election. If you want to vote produce a government issued ID the same as for flying or even checking out a book out of the library. The only argument the race hustlers, poverty pimps, and aggrieved groups would have is “Hitler, Hitler, Hitler, everywhere Hitlers.”

Tough sh¡t, the people of this country know by your deeds that you are not a racist, and we are educating the majority to the history of sheets Byrd and the demoncrats long standing ties to the clan. I am sure we will hear wailing and moaning about minorities being disenfranchised. It is a racist display for the Dims and their lawyers/liars to suggest that African Americans are incapable of obtaining an ID. The only ones disenfranchised by this action have no franchise to begin with that’s why they are called "illegal" aliens.

Maybe you could direct the NSA to produce a master list of all American citizens who are eligible to vote [no convicted felons, illegals, or dead folks from chiraq] to verify the new voter rolls. This should be easy for them to do in a day with all that super-computing ability they have up in northern Utah with all that money spent spying on Americans finally put to good use. Now that is what I call winning, and no, Mr. President, we are not tired nor will we ever be tired of winning. This could be a monumental legacy, restore faith in our voting system, and make America great again, because it’s what Americans crave.

In closing, please continue to try and elevate the argument to the real problem which is the 'fake ping-pong' media’s persistent manipulation of perspective. Strike at the root. There are fifty million patriots in this country who, may not agree with you all the time, but will have your six as long as you keep working hard, like we all do. We can successfully make the winning arguments above to the vast majority of Americans, black, white, red, yellow, brown and rainbow. I hope this letter finds its way to you.

With banners and chants proclaiming "build a wall... we'll tear it down", "let them in", "hey, hey, JFK, no more fascists USA", and "refugees in, racists out", hundreds of protestors are assembled at JFK airport (and Chicago O'Hare) following President Trump's 'Muslim' ban.

As NBC4New York reports,

With chants of "No hate, no fear, refugees are welcome here," protesters gathered at John F. Kennedy Airport where 12 refugees were detained Saturday under President Donald Trump's executive order to ban refugees from entering the United States for four months.

More than 300 demonstrators held homemade signs that read "No ban, no wall" and "Refugees welcome" in front of Terminal 4's international arrivals area. One sign called for President Trump's impeachment and the deportation of the first lady.

"We're here to tell Trump that we are not going anywhere," said lawyer and refugee advocate Jacki Esposito, who helped organize the protest. "Today is the beginning of a long opposition from us, and our neighbors all over the country."

Additionally, the NYC Taxi Workers just called for a work stoppage, starting at 6 pm. No pick ups or drop offs to JFK.

From 6 to 7 p.m., drivers are not picking up passengers at Terminal 4.

"As an organization whose membership is largely Muslim, a workforce that's almost universally immigrant, and a working-class movement that is rooted in the defense of the oppressed, we say no to this inhumane and unconstitutional ban," the NYTWA said in a statement. There are approximately 19,000 drivers in the union including yellow cab drivers, green car and black car drivers. The union also represents Uber and Lyft drivers.
