    Based on the above post...

Anyone who is accused of any crime where the evidence is all and only based on what is obtained from someone's computer... a good lawyer should be able to argue the point that the evidence could very well have been planted and done so by one or more agencies outside of law enforcement who possess the ability to do such "false planting of evidence." In addition, it could be done so via a cooperative relationship between law enforcement and one or more agencies outside of law enforcement who possess the ability to do such "false planting of evidence."

In addition the "evidence" could be planted by any third party that may wish to harm someone who then only has to tip off law enforcement... evidence planted stealthily, remotely and where any "fingerprints" can be manufactured to implicate anyone from the original target to anyone else and for any reason.

    Ex-CBS reporter:
    Government agency bugged my computer

    Sharyl Attkisson The O'Reilly Factor

By Kyle Smith and Bruce Golding
    October 27, 2014 | 7:36am

A former CBS News reporter who quit the network over claims it kills stories that put President Obama in a bad light says she was spied on by a “government-related entity” that planted classified documents on her computer.

In her new memoir, Sharyl Attkisson says a source who arranged to have her laptop checked for spyware in 2013 was “shocked” and “flabbergasted” at what the analysis revealed.

“This is outrageous. Worse than anything Nixon ever did. I wouldn’t have believed something like this could happen in the United States of America,” Attkisson quotes the source saying.

She speculates that the motive was to lay the groundwork for possible charges against her or her sources.

Attkisson says the source, who’s “connected to government three-letter agencies,” told her the computer was hacked into by “a sophisticated entity that used commercial, nonattributable spyware that’s proprietary to a government agency: either the CIA, FBI, the Defense Intelligence Agency or the National Security Agency.”

The breach was accomplished through an “otherwise innocuous e-mail” that Attkisson says she got in February 2012, then twice “redone” and “refreshed” through a satellite hookup and a Wi-Fi connection at a Ritz-Carlton hotel.

The spyware included programs that Attkisson says monitored her every keystroke and gave the snoops access to all her e-mails and the passwords to her financial accounts.

“The intruders discovered my Skype account handle, stole the password, activated the audio, and made heavy use of it, presumably as a listening tool,” she wrote in “Stonewalled: My Fight for Truth Against the Forces of Obstruction, Intimidation, and Harassment in Obama’s Washington.”

Attkisson says her source — identified only as “Number One” — told her the spying was most likely not court-authorized because it went on far longer than most legal taps.

But the most shocking finding, she says, was the discovery of three classified documents that Number One told her were “buried deep in your operating system. In a place that, unless you’re a some kind of computer whiz specialist, you wouldn’t even know exists.”

“They probably planted them to be able to accuse you of having classified documents if they ever needed to do that at some point,” Number One added.

In her book, Attkisson says CBS lost interest in her coverage of the deadly attack on the US Embassy in Benghazi, Libya, and killed her stories of the federal “Fast and Furious” gun-running scandal.

Both CBS and the White House declined to comment.

    Cross-posted on another thread...

Here's something interesting from Steve Pieczenik's website regarding what's recently going on in Syria:
Keep in mind, Trump has previously said that he would be initially focusing on Domestic policy, thus trusting his military generals to do what they have more, supposedly, expertise in dealing with - the foreign situation.
It seems to me, that Steve is attempting to communicate a message to General Mattis & McMaster...
    From his recent article (below)...
    Quote Steve Pieczenik:

I beseech both Generals James Mattis and HR McMaster to cease and desist this madness falsely entitled:
    "training and assistance" ASAP!
You were placed in your respective positions by those who created and fought this Second American Revolution. We supported Trump and his team because we did not want any more of our brave men and women to end up in the mess that Clinton, Bush Jr, and Obama created. It’s time for you ex-generals to start thinking strategically. We have no political, economic, nor military reasons to be in any of those countries that we have been in for that past two decades. (Emphasis mine.)

Let me invoke the great plea of our great POTUS General Eisenhower:
“Under the clouds of war, it is humanity hanging on a cross of iron!”
Let me emphasize what another outstanding military strategist, Gen. Douglas Mac Arthur, repeatedly warned:
“It is fatal to enter a war without the will to win it.”

Stop these Useless Wars! Raqqa Syria!
March 10, 2017 Dr. Steve R. Pieczenik, MD, PhD

11th Marine Expeditionary Unit [Artillery Battery] Placed in Harm’s Way Fighting Against Islamic State [ISIS] in Raqqa, Syria!

    WTH? What’s the Strategy??

    Answer: None
Once again, we are confronted by the unexplained implant of American soldiers in distant lands where we do not belong. Nothing has been more exasperating for me and other military veterans than the deployment of American soldiers in 770+ bases in over 220 different countries. On top of that expansive network of wasted money, citizens are presented with a military fait-accompli where our kids are deployed into combat zones which have absolutely no national security value to the USA.

Witness the major military defeats of past/present centuries: Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, Sudan, Somalia, Yemen, Libya, Syria… We have become a major player in minor conflagrations which have been fostered by our rapacious military/industrial complex. Our well-intentioned military elites have been consistently mistaken in formulating any winning strategies or effective tactics.

Hear the echoes of Vietnam redux: NYTimes, March 9, 2017:
“U.S. Sending 400 More Troops to Syria” - by Michael R. Gordon.
    • “We are preparing logistical and fire support to enable a successful assault on Raqqa…”
      ***
    • “… they will provide artillery support, training, and protection for improvised explosives..”
      ***
    • “..The USA has already carrying out airstrikes [more than 30 per day]in Syria… and has deployed surface-to-surface rockets in northern Syria.”
I will be damned, the US military has no idea which group they are supporting, given the reality of over 100 shifting terrorist cells fighting in Syria over a five year period. Our generals are at a loss of how America can define our specific role; other than ‘deter, intensify, and intercede’ among the different Russian, Kurdish, Turkey, Russian and Syrian troops.
“The Trump administration, however, has yet
to make clear which fighters will seize Raqqa.”
    Really ?

Gen. Joseph L. Votel, the head of US Central Command [CENTCOM] repeated the words I heard Gen. Westmoreland once pronounce:
“I am concerned about maintaining the momentum.”
After Westmoreland said those fateful words, my first assignment in the Nixon Administration was to prepare for the eventual evacuation of Vietnam and SE Asia.

Today, some of our soldiers have come home from Djibouti where they too were involved in ‘assistance and training’. Translated into every day terms, our American soldiers were involved in major firefights in Sudan, Yemen, and elsewhere in Africa. Yet Obama never declared a state of war. As usual, our cowardly congressional representatives never informed their constituents (the American taxpayers) exactly why we were spending countless billions of dollars in wars that are self-defeating and wasteful. We know that many leaders in Congress are graced with big bucks from weapons suppliers. Its time to vote these whores out of office.

Unfortunately, our military leaders are falling into the very trap that Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster, the present National Security Advisor, wrote about in his PhD thesis—“Dereliction Of Duty”. McMaster postulated correctly that all the relevant political/military elite lied which resulted in a unwinnable war.
    Sounds familiar?
Most of present day generals have very little experience in formulating a strategy for complete regime change. That is not to say, that each in his own time may have won a battle or two. Yet, not one of them has won a war. Or in the parlance of strategic singletons,
‘they never succeeded in changing one regime into another one successfully’.

The Iraq War was a complete disaster. There was no reason to invade Iraq. Predictably, the pathetic neocons under Rumsfeld [Wolfowitz, Perle, Khalizad, Feif, Bremer] never elaborated a coherent strategy for the post-invasion scenario.

That absence of a winnable strategy, according to “Dereliction of Duty,” was the fault of our present and retired generals.
    • Some history for you……
Against my professional advice, Lawrence Eagleburger agreed with the Pentagon and POTUS Reagan to send a similar Marine deployment to Beirut, Lebanon. I had been professionally involved with PLO leader Arafat and the IRG, I warned the senior military/civilian leadership that if we sent the 1st Battalion 8th Marines [Battalion Landing Team –BLT 1/8] to Beirut in any capacity, especially as so-called “UN/MNF peacekeepers” we would rue the day. I was in the business of working with and against my constant enemy/friendly companions:
    • Iranians
    • Hezbollah
    • PLO
    • PFLP
    • Christian Phalangists
Kissinger already lost one ambassador in the Lebanese Civil War and there would be increasingly more fatalities if we were to send our warriors into Harm’s Way. On October 23 1983, two suicide bombers attacked and killed 241 US Marines, 58 French 9th Parachute Chasseur Regiment and six civilians.

    That was then.

Today we have the same enemies: Iran, IRG, Syria, Hezbollah—plus different factions of the Kurds who are being destroyed by our presumable friends, the Turks. Our potential ally, Russia, is supporting Dr. Bashar Assad and the IRG. This five year conflagration has killed over 500,000 civilians and displaced another 4 million refugees. Remember that ISIS was created by our illustrious CIA and it’s natural paterfamilias:
    • Salafist Saudi Arabians
    • Hashemite Jordanians
    • corrupt UAE [oops, don’t forget the Mossad, IDF].
    Could anything be more complicated?

    I think not!!

I beseech both Generals James Mattis and HR McMaster to cease and desist this madness falsely entitled:
    "training and assistance" ASAP!

Catherine Austin Fitts in this Greg Hunter interview supports the Steve Pieczenik contention that Wikileaks is part of the 'soft coup' put in place by the so-called 'white hats' in support of Donald Trump... "

Catherine Austin Fitts, opening comment [@1:20]:
"I don't think its an accident that Wikileaks shortly thereafter dumps out documents proving that the CIA has the capacity to do a hack & make it look like the Russians... lol! I don't think that is an accident, Greg."

If this playbook is as it seems right now, there's going to be every kind of SHT thrown at Trump for a long time to come. His job is to be the target of all their dirty tricks so they can show the world who and what they are. It's a far cleverer idea than sacking them up front and digging for the evidence behind the scenes. This way, we get to see it all and get the education we all need together as a population. The crooks and perverts will give us all a live show of squirming and lying and threatening and eventually collapsing in the horror that they have been outed full square in front of the world.

The only bit that's got me scratching my head is why can't the CIA/NSA/MOSAD/MI6 take Wikileaks out of action? I'd expect a terminally trapped and set up bunch of murderers like that to have dealt with Assange in short order......hmm?

A good reason to hold off on suddenly bringing down the crooks & perverts is that Trump, as the 'new kid on the block', needs them (to a certain degree) to get some things accomplished. If they don't go along to get along, then they could see the hammer coming down quite quickly.

What keeps Assange protected has also got me scratching my head...

According to Simon Parkes' info, it's actually US intelligence that is behind Wikileaks--elements in the CIA and NSA who want to see the elite exposed, which he said in his last Connecting Consciousness show.
(He didn't offer any proof or name his sources, but it would explain some things.
Right now Parkes is working on a barter developing project called Fair Exchange with seminal inventor Win Keech that you can hear about here, and why we're going to need it very soon during this time of transition) :

McCain predicts ‘there’s a lot more shoes
    to drop’ on Trump-Russia connection

    By Ben Wolfgang
    The Washington Times
    Sunday, March 12, 2017
One of the Senate’s leading Republicans predicted Sunday that there are “a lot more shoes to drop” in the probe of President Trump’s connections to Russia and said Congress must call top Trump associates to Capitol Hill to testify.

Sen. John McCain of Arizona told CNN’s “State of the Union” program that he remains troubled by growing evidence that leading aides to the president communicated with Russia throughout the presidential campaign last year.

He specifically said longtime Trump confidant Roger Stone, who admitted last week to having conversations with the hacking group that claimed responsibility for the breach of Democratic Party emails, must come before Congress to answer questions.

“There’s a lot of things about our relations with Russia that trouble me a lot,” Mr. McCain said. “There’s a lot of aspects of this whole relationship with Russia and Vladimir Putin that requires further scrutiny, and so far I don’t think the American people have gotten all the answers. In fact, I think there’s a lot more shoes to drop from this centipede.”

Suspect in House IT Security Probe
Also Had Access to DNC Emails

    By Luke Rosiak
    March 12, 2017

Imran Awan—the lead suspect in a criminal probe into breaches of House of Representatives information security systems—possessed the password to an iPad used by then-Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz when DNC emails were given to WikiLeaks, The Daily Caller News Foundation Investigative Group has learned.

Wasserman Schultz resigned the DNC post in the wake of WikiLeaks posting damaging internal emails, blaming the scandal on hacking by Russians.

    Imran - Family - Members - IT - Members
Imran and his family members, all of whom worked as IT professionals for members of Congress, were banned from the House network Feb. 2, 2017, by the House Sergeant at Arms, but Wasserman Schultz has declined to fire him and circumvented the ban by having him “advise” her office.
    Wikileaks - Imran - House - Office - Florida
Wikileaks emails show that although Imran was employed by her taxpayer-funded House office, the Florida Democrat’s world–and iPad–mixed DNC, House and campaign business, and that Imran was on call for, and on a first-name basis with, top DNC staff.

Garret Bonosky, deputy director of the DNC, wrote in a May 4, 2016 email: “Amy — I will call you shortly. I have to get this iPad thing figured out. Need to make sure I have her username and password.”
    DNC - Assistant - Chair - Amy - Kroll
DNC Assistant to the Chair Amy Kroll responded: “I do not have access to her iPad password, but Imran does.”

Bonosky replied: “Just gave AK the cell phone for Imran.”
    Kroll - Imran - GB
Kroll responded: “Just spoke to Imran, call me whenever GB and I’ll update you.”

WikiLeaks began publishing July 26, 2016, “44,053 emails and 17,761 attachments from the top of the U.S. Democratic National Committee … The leaks come from the accounts of seven key figures in the DNC.”
    Past - DNC - Chair - Donna - Brazile
Past interim DNC Chair Donna Brazile initially claimed after the emails became public that they were fabricated, then switched explanations and said the Russians stole them...

    [continued]

...The FBI requested access to the DNC’s server to find out who was responsible, but the DNC refused, FBI Director James Comey said, according to The Hill.

Politico reported that New York Rep. Gregory “Meeks and, to a larger extent, Wasserman Schultz, are said to have a friendly personal relationship with Awan and his wife, according to multiple sources.”

House authorities set their sights on the Awans while investigating the existence of a secret server that was funneling congressional data off-site.

They also suspect Imran of stealing money and equipment. Soon after he joined Wasserman Schultz’s congressional payroll in 2005, four of his relatives and one of his friends began getting paid by House members. It is not clear whether ghost employees are part of the theft being investigated, but the family collected a combined $5 million.

Over the last six years, the individuals in question worked for some 80 members of Congress, all Democrats, including members of the Homeland Security, Foreign Affairs, and Intelligence committees. They worked for multiple members at once, since the offices did not require full-time IT services.

Wasserman Schultz spokesman David Damron did not respond to questions about whether the stolen emails might have come from Imran. Damron also declined to respond when asked if Wasserman Schultz has stronger evidence the theft was committed by a Russian.

Computer security experts say the most common threat comes from someone abusing a position of trust, trusting the wrong person or a perpetrator manipulating someone using “social engineering” to gain access; all such explanations defy the prevalent stereotype of distant strangers using high-tech tricks.

“Meeks said he was hesitant to believe the accusations against Alvi, Imran Awan and the three other staffers, saying their background as Muslim Americans, some with ties to Pakistan, could make them easy targets for false charges,” Politico reported, adding that, he did not see a “smoking gun.”

Earlier this year, the brothers were accused of using high-tech listening devices against their own stepmom as part of a scheme to ensure that she didn’t stop them from accessing money stashed in Pakistan under their father’s name. A relative said they threatened to have the woman’s loved ones in Pakistan kidnapped if she didn’t give them power of attorney to access assets stored in their dying father’s name.
Their stepmother called the Fairfax County, Virginia, police shortly before the Capitol Police disclosed the individuals as targets of the investigation.

In a May 12, 2016, email that went out to Bonosky and other top DNC staff, Wasserman Schultz staffer Rosalyn Kumar wrote: “Pelosi is doing s closed-door meeting. No staff or anyone allowed. Kaitlyn come to Rayburn room and get her iPad for Imran.”

As the IT employees who set up user accounts, they had superuser privileges and could read any emails and files saved on the computers of House members’ offices.
While they were supposed to be working for the House, they were also running a limited liability corporation called “CIA,” apparently a car dealership, that racked up massive debts and fraud accusations.

CIA took and never repaid a $100,000 loan from Dr. Ali Al-Attar, an Iranian-Iraqi who is a fugitive from U.S. authorities and has been linked to Hezbollah.

Abid Awan filed for bankruptcy in 2012, listing $1 million in liabilities. Employers typically don’t allow people with money problems to have access to sensitive information, because the financial pressures can cause them to misuse it.

Former Secretary of Labor Tom Perez was elected the DNC’s new chair in February, along with Minnesota Democrat Rep. Keith Ellison, as his deputy.

Neither Perez nor Ellison responded to a request for comment on what the House and DNC are doing to accurately assess whether the Awans stole data.

The prominent U.S. attorney fired by Donald Trump this weekend has been justly acclaimed for his pursuit of political corruption. But his treatment of the Wall Street executives involved in the financial meltdown was far less confrontational.

Have raised these concerns on the Vault 7 thread; If the Deep State want Pence, that could mean they see Pence as controllable. ("double-agent?"). And if the Deep State want it, that can't be good...

Let's not forget that Pence "allegedly" wanted Flynn to strike off his friend from the Pedophile list, too.

So what if he doesn't have 'proof' it was barry, then what? Don't tell me you can get impeached for saying something bad about barry. Vault 7 has made a strong case for our intel posing as russians but they are of course going to concentrate on him naming obama.... damn...

he should have followed up the stupid tweet with another to the effect of he was upset with info he was advised with and was imprecise and he apologizes for being imprecise or impetuous or something to that effect... I mean lay on the bull... I mean this isn't time to be an honest injun boy scout trying to obtain all the 100% proof with people who are out to kill ya... but what do I know except I'd prefer secession to living in this country ruled by leftists; it was bad enough for the last 8 years but now that the hatred and insanity of the left has been so blatantly revealed...

Don't the repubs see that their party is finished if they don't get behind trump... what future is there for them by being limp di**s?

It would certainly mean that Trump would lose credibility amongst the Houses & Senate which would make it more difficult for him to get things done. He would loses support.

My sense tells me that Trump, on a number of occasions, has made several statements without showing any facts or evidence to back him up, but those facts come along later to prove that he had been correct in what he had stated. If I didn't know any better, the man seems to have a kind of Sixth Sense about himself, that pulls and/or pushes him to make these seemingly obscure statements, which later become true.

This appears to me to be a word game that is being played. Obama claims he did not 'order' the surveillance. But its clear that he signed an EO that made it possible for surveillance to be carried out prior to his leaving office.

Here we have Dennis Kucinich coming forward with what happened to him regarding the wiretap that went on with his call with Gadaffi's son. Perhaps, more Congressional members will step forward with their stories.

    Former congressman (Kucinich)
    claims he was wiretapped

    (Published on Mar 13, 2017)

Now the above ZeroHedge article says "Trump Requests More Time to Prove Obama Wiretapped Trump Tower" (Post #2530), tells me that Trump may have something that George Webb has been finding in his research... That the Awan Brothers is from where the original hacking was taking place.

For those not familiar, the Awan brothers were Pakistani IT specialists that were hired by various Congressional Democrat Senators. Their step-mother had made the statement that she was held captive within the house she was staying in with them. After a time, this woman later called the police & gave the statement that these Awan brothers were in the business of hacking cell phones. They also had access to 30 some Senators computers - the Congress members had employed these Awan brothers for their IT capabilities. After they were let go / discharged from their Congressional employment, Debbie Wasermann Schultz kept one of the Awan brothers on to work for her in a private / personal capacity.

George Webb contends that the Awan Brothers are the true source of the hacking of emails. And that the Congressional investigation of the so-called 'Russian Hack' should include investigation into the Awan Brothers access to the above mentioned Senators, including Debbie Wasserman Schultz. In the latest Wikileaks dump, there is a document that shows that an Awan brother was seemingly given the password to an email account by someone that thought it would be okay to do so... See Post #2529 that contains the Daily Signal article along with the related George Webb videos.

I am waiting to see how this particular episode unfolds...

As Jeff Rense pointed out recently, if Pence becomes the President, he will need to appoint a Vice President.

That's where it gets very interesting. What if that Vice President is Jeb Bush ?

Hi KiwiElf, I believe the desire for Pence over Trump might be because Pence is a politician and all politicians rise by proving they are adept at playing "the favor game."

And I have a request... where is this Flynn information suggesting Pence tried to get a pedo friend protected via Flynn? I see this mentioned here and there but have not yet stumbled upon the sourcing.

I think your 'sense' is also correct about trump and hope it will come through once again.

I have gone to youtube to george webb to try to find a beginning to all his research but it's enormous. I wish I had the time...he has multiple threads going at once, multiple Part I's, multiple Part II's... and I still don't know who exactly he is....when people know soooo much and are still walking around I wonder...

I'm also waiting to hear what our friend Steele has to say about Vault 7.

along the lines of Trump's "tweet" regarding the suggestion "Obama wire tapped me" -

Finally an MSM source says how and how it cannot be proven...

Judge Nap: Obama 'Went Outside Chain of Command,' Used British Spy Agency to Surveil Trump

(see the less than 3 minute video)

The Justice Department on Monday asked lawmakers for more time to gather evidence related to President Trump's claim that former President Obama ordered wiretaps on Trump Tower's phones during last year's presidential campaign.

The House Intelligence Committee said it would give the Justice Department until March 20 to comply.

Current and former administration officials have been unable to provide any evidence of the Obama administration wiretapping Trump Tower, yet the president's aides have been reluctant to publicly contradict their boss.

On "Fox & Friends" this morning, Judge Andrew Napolitano said that even if the Obama administration did spy on Trump, there may never be a way to prove it.

He explained that the statutes allow the president to order the surveillance of any person in the U.S., without suspicion, probable cause or a warrant, but that would leave "fingerprints."

In this case, the alleged surveillance was reportedly ordered in a way that left no record, he said.

"Three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command," Napolitano said. "He didn't use the NSA, he didn't use the CIA, he didn't use the FBI, and he didn't use the Department of Justice."

Instead, Napolitano said, Obama used GCHQ, a British intelligence and security organization that has 24-7 access to the NSA database.

"There's no American fingerprints on this," Napolitano said. "What happened to the guy who ordered this? Resigned three days after Donald Trump was inaugurated."

    and then see this post

Perhaps it is time for Americans to stop believing that "Americans" (and their 'exceptionalism'... specifically in relation to suggestions of their 'morality' such that "they would never do something like that) would never spy on their own and would never do so to gain political advantage.

But I won't hold my breath.
