    Question A civilization without hierarchy?

(Wasn't sure wether to post this in "spirituality" or "Personal Sovereignty" or "General".)

Cameron Day stresses on his website in his blog article
Tell the “Lords” of Karma That You Are Sovereign – No Longer a Lightworker Part 2:

    Quote "Hierarchy

One of the major roots of these worldly and metaphysical problems is the concept of hierarchy. Everywhere we look in the world, we have (usually male-dominated) hierarchical systems of organization. Hierarchy is an insidious, disempowering system of authority, obedience and enslavement that we MUST transcend in order to begin to heal ourselves and our world.

Likewise, we must also transcend "spiritual" hierarchies that foster enslavement, subservience and blind obedience. The corrupt demiurge and its minions of archon-angels, fake ascended masters, ETs, demons, etc are the ultimate representation of degenerate hierarchy that consumes life-force and leaves only destruction in its wake.

Transcending metaphysical hierarchy is a process of self-liberation / clearing, gaining self-knowledge, gaining knowledge of Universal and Earthly Natural Law, and exercising our Sovereign Will. First, we have to KNOW through and through that we are fully connected extensions of the Divine Infinite Source of all creation. When we know that, not just think it on an intellectual level, we realize that there is NO legitimate authority outside of ourselves. There is only inner authority and self-governance, which when guided by understanding of Universal Law prohibits us from instigating actions that would harm another.

Enlightened Self-Governance and adherence to Universal Law is the foundation for a free society. Only with this foundation in place will we be able to avoid the ego trap of exerting "authority" over others to control and regulate their behaviors which do not harm anyone else.

Only through Enlightened Self-Governance will we be able to build an entirely new type of society that is self-organized to solve problems and see to the needs of the many as a genuine expression of the desire to cooperate and make a world that benefits everyone. This has to be an ever-evolving, co-creative process that we will continually discover as we engage it.

Every idea needs to be tested and applied where it is willing to be accepted in an open-source manner through voluntary participation of all individuals involved in a non-hierarchical, uni-level, self-organizing process. This requires an entirely new way of thinking, organizing and taking action, and all old models of centralized, top-down authority need to be abandoned, because as we have already seen, any attempts to impose a single "best system" onto the world will always result in oppression and will ultimately fail.

We have within us the potential to FREE every single human being from the shackles of enslaving systems of hierarchy and external authority, to work together and create solutions to provide the basic needs of food, water, power, shelter, clothing, transportation and knowledge to EVERYONE on the planet. Creating self-generating systems to support all of these needs is totally achievable, but only if we can cooperate as sovereign individuals who respect the rights and boundaries of others.

Such a shift in our world depends on all of us to know that we are Sovereign, to proclaim our Sovereignty, delete our slave-think programming, and then to work together in cooperation as Sovereign individuals with a common goal of maximal empowerment of everyone on the planet."

It's very hard to envision a civilization without hierarchy to exist. I mean a technical advanced civilization, but without envy or other "blame each other"-nonsense.
Just imagine a company where each worker is on the same level, from the worker to the distribution manager.
How could this be realized and stably maintained without overriding anybody's sovereignty?

Is there any fiction that describes such a civilization?

It wouldn't be impossible to get to. I just heard an awesome interview and story on the radio the other day where a Swedish company felt the company structure was being to restrictive to allow the company to flourish properl, so the did some math and analysis and determined that their structure was impeding prompt decision making.

So they decided to get rid of the CEO position altogether (and yes the CEO was on board - in fact he was a main instigator of all this), and adjust their decision making structures. Certain types of decisions or ones that exceed a certain capital to implement are elevated to a group discussion, while small decision with less company wide impact are allowed to be made at the level they occur. There was specific discussion groups for varying decisions, but no sole point of leadership. The anecdote was that this allowed the company much more freedom to meet customers desires / needs, and allowed the company to be flexible and fast acting. It was a far superior system.

Humans have one mind disease that we still have to rid and that is the hypnotic reinforced belief that what you do determines your value. Once we get past that cave man like mentality and see that all humans are of equal value, then what you do (your "work" position does not matter - one attains their satisfaction elsewhere - like enjoying free time, arts and entertainment; we don't need a "title" to give us a false sense of security and satisfaction.

Humans still have far too much fear in their minds, we still make "career" decision based generally around money and stature it brings us (because we fear the lack thereof), but rarely for the love of what we want to contribute to this world. We need cast that fear aside or we stay slaves to the current structure - in fact it is us who will determine whether our society can ever reach this level or not -- the structure will have to adjust to us - it'll never happen the other way around because the change that is needed to make the landscape fertile for this is within the minds of the individual ...

Why do I have to imagine a company? I want to imagine no companies and just entrepreneurs that come together for a project then disband.

Then simply change the term "company" to something with less stigma, like "project group". Some "project groups" would have to be more or less permanent though -- but it would be the people that might change their tasks from project group to project group, with no artist / worker / craftsman / service provider / analysis provider, etc. tied down to a specific group, but naturally flowed to where their talents where best expressed at any given time for any given task.

It is hard to imagine our world without hierarchies, just as it is difficult to envision it without evil, though it is not impossible. I wonder, as many have suggested, whether both are necessary for our evolution here and in other realities and dimensions that we incarnate into. "Might this 'kindergarten' Earth environment be here not merely to teach us how to focus our intent, but also to help us determine our initial orientation: are we going to take the 'other-serving' path of Light or the 'self-serving' path of Darkness? Some say that true wisdom requires experience and understanding of both polarities," writes Ben Iscatus in his review of Tom Campbell's My Big Toe.

Thank you for this interesting article.

Of course, companies or corporations which are owned by workers would put all on the same level,
but some would be more valued as to vision and solutions to working problems and the future of
the company. This might also presume that the idea of corporations would once again be something
which is raised to fulfill a temporary need and then collapsed again when the project is finished.

Perhaps all financial profit has to be eliminated in order to bring this about. Every citizen would have
to see themselves as connected to the interests of every other citizen. Concepts of wealth would have
to be based in enrichment of lives different from accumulation of financial wealth and power.

First step, rid every nation of Royals and any concept of Royalty.

PS: Btw: Anyone noticed the total obsession of PBS with Royalty over at least the last decades?
