Impressive Cigar UFO Footage

Here's another very interesting piece of UFO footage from Spain, in August 2016. Hadn't seen it before, but to me it appears that what we see on screen is physically there in the sky, and not CGI. It resembles falling space debris, a booster rocket maybe, but if something like that re-entered the atmosphere it would burn up by this altitude. I do not know what it is, which technically makes it a UFO.
