what's the hold up? is it still about the petro-dollar? are covert agencies afraid of getting in trouble for all the secrets & money & casualties & murders to maintain secrecy? I know this would be an audacious injustice but how about a general pardon for whistleblowers? At least it would get us closer to open discussions.

what's the hold up?

They want to put a big spin on it and use it as a powerful device of societal manipulation. The work to do that is ongoing and making steady progress but they have to be very very careful to make sure we don't throw it back in their face, stand up straight as sovereign human beings, and demand the raw truth instead. For them, that would be the worst possible outcome.

The technological implications alone, are paradigm busting. A crazy, dysfunctional, abuse damaged population, from their perspective, cannot possibly be allowed to get it's hands on such 'empowering' technology. First they must lock down the population in a global grid giving the controllers an absolute veto over everything imaginable right down the most micro details.

Their work on progressing the global control, and the gradual revelation of their tailored version of disclosure, is a multifaceted interdependent complexity of hive mindedness. That's what the security state is. It's one big hive mind. It's not human. It's not what should be happening, not even if there is an exceptional case being pleaded, which I'm quite sure there is.
