It never ceases to amaze me when I see officials publicly displaying themself as blithering dunderheads, or are they?

Here's a recent case, you may have heard about, where a former U.S. Air Force JCS Assistant and a U.S. Navy Admiral are mimmicking - as gospel truth - what a conman told them, which because it was broadcasted and reported about so much that John Q. Public is likely to believe it more-so.

If a lie is told enough times it becomes easier for more people to begin believing that lie.

While the concept of intelligence agencies using folks as pawns furthering untruths, I find this case stretching minds along with the truth we'll likely never learn.
