Biography of Bret Colin Sheppard

Bret Colin Sheppard was born in Gary Indiana on September 17, 1966. He has been through an extraordinary amount of childhood trauma, and early ET abduction by benevolent ET’s helping him through his trauma. During his childhood he was taught esoteric knowledge from various books given to him by members of his mothers friends and cult members of various organizations. He was groomed as an artist by a beautiful Nordic woman named “INO” who worked at the time as a caricature artist for Playboy magazine. She taught him all about perception, and how to draw what he sees in nature.

Bret Colin Sheppard experienced a time anomaly where his anomaly finds from the future were shown to him in art class at his high school. Who ever did this time mission also knew that Bret has a photographic memory. Years later, he feels compelled to pursue looking for anomalies in NASA images of the moon and Mars. He is known in the anomaly community for some of his finds, the Lunar Acropolis, the "Jupiter 2 UFO on Mars" and the Lion of Cydonia. Bret is writing his book on his anomaly finds, plus what he found deconstructing the manipulation of photos from space by our space agencies. His current book is called "Flyover Tsiolkovsky Crater" about the base on the moon seen by Ken Johnston Sr, NASA Whistle blower. His new book is "Digital Moon" published in August of 2017, is about the processes of Computer Generated Imagery, and other methods used by NASA to obfuscate anomalies, plus Bret's extraordinary journey as an experiencer, shown the future at 15 years of age by an agency operative of the government. He went on to found the “Lunar Anomaly Research Society” to reveal what he has discovered in Lunar images.

Sierra Neblina, of Cherokee and Irish heritage, is a Pleiadian Volunteer, founder of GalacticU Radio Network, an ordained minister, a Desert Storm Veteran, retired Custom home builder and crystal healer.

As a volunteer from the 6th Dimension, Sierra had no veil as she entered into a physical body, she came in with all psychic awareness in tact. From a very young age Sierra experienced heightened psychic abilities including astral projection, astral travel, prophetic dreams and the ability to see through the veil communicating with Angelics, Elementals, deceased people and animals.

This got the attention of the military at an early age and Sierra found herself in the Super Soldier project at age 5. Sierra was saved from this program by a mother who was very transient, but was later tracked down by the military and by an implant was coerced into joining the military at age 19.

Later on while in the reserves Sierra had her first conscious ET experience. Later in her life she would learn that her parents consented to a human/hybrid ET experiment program.

She plunged into a deep investigation of military cover-up of ET contact and Human abductions. This caught the attention of the military, resulting in a chilling trip into NORAD and serious threats to harm her family if she continued her search. Later in life Sierra would come to find out that her father, is a high level commander in the Secret Space Program, and was present during her trip into NORAD.

The threats worked and she spent the next 10 years off the grid. In 2007 Sierra was struck with a series of strokes, caused by Desert Storm Syndrome, effectively crippling 25% of her brain, that resulted in left side paralysis and prolonged outer body experiences. While recovering, Sierra learned about her soul agreements, she met her Galactic Family, learned about her life as a Pleadian Ship Commander and then began her Galactic training. She also made an agreement to have a braided Walk-in help her in her recovery and help her complete her mission here on earth.

Since fully recovering from her stoke, the Galactic training has consisted of Time/Space travel and repair of Timelines. The help in capture and containment of high level Cabal, sitting on an Earth/Galactic counsel representing both Galactics and Humans during this time of the Great Shift.

Sierra is currently in these and many other projects to help the humans free themselves of the slave system currently on the planet today...

This type of orb was visible for a couple of hours here this morning above Morro Bay. I viewed it for a while with the binoculars and it changed shape and colors a few times. At first I thought it was a balloon but I never saw a balloon change shape and color like that...just another ufo in my book.

Cassini Diving Into History

Following over a decade of ground-breaking discoveries, Cassini is now approaching its mission end.

With little fuel left to correct the NASA's spacecraft trajectory, it has been decided to end the mission by plunging it into Saturn’s atmosphere on 15 September 2017. In the process, Cassini will burn up, satisfying planetary protection requirements to avoid possible contamination of any moons of Saturn that could have conditions suitable for life. These include Saturn’s largest moon Titan and Enceladus, which has a liquid ocean under its icy crust.

The grand finale is not only a spectacular way to complete this extraordinary mission, but will also return a bounty of unique scientific data that was not possible to collect during the previous phases of the mission. Cassini has never ventured into the area between Saturn and its rings before, so the new set of orbits is almost like a whole new mission.

These close orbits will provide the highest resolution observations ever achieved of the inner rings and the planet's clouds. The orbits will also give the chance to examine in situ the material in the rings and plasma environment of Saturn. It will also probe the planet's magnetic field at close distances.

This video explains Cassini 's final operations, what the Cassini-Huygens mission has taught us about Saturn, the potential for life on its moons and the promise of more science to come.
