Reposting for documentation and preservation of video evidence to keep the public informed of what happened that night. I am not trying to steal work, but keeping things available for understanding and education of that night.

Good find Hervé, @ ~ 8m52s, there can be seen flahes coming from a window at the Mandalay. These flashes seem to be synched-up to the sound of gunfire.

Turiya, at what point in the video do you see the flashes and where exactly do you see them? I couldn't find any muzzle flashes anywhere. I focused mainly on the Mandalay but also examined other areas.

Time is correct - 8m52s. The cab driver video on the right. Its only is seen for 2-3 seconds... Its not the 32nd floor, imo. Btw, the Mandalay windows can be removed - popped out - from the inside.

Turiya, are you referring to the strobe light at about 8:50 in the video? If you look closely it keeps flashing AFTER the gun fire stops. The taxi is moving but a second or two later you get a couple more glimpses of it after the shooting stops.

Also, there's another video that shows it flashing long BEFORE any shooting starts.

If I run across that video that I saw of the strobe light BEFORE the shooting, I'll post it.

I would suggest that you keep in account that light travels faster than sound. And, also listen closely because there is a single burst after the longer burst set. That is what you are saying is a strobelight that continues after the longer burst. I would suggest to try looking at this several times over & listen for that last single burst. Then the bursts continue after the driver moves away from the scene. That is what I see in this.

Those who have obtained these technologies are the epitome of dirty and sick minded. I have zero doubt they are behind all manner of heinous events with these technologies worldwide. Do you think Paddock was manipulated by these technologies? Or was everyone involved in the event manipulated to play their parts? One more or: Was the entire event a virtual reality construct (created by AI or black project workers)? If I sound confused, it's because I am. There's so much that they can do with these technologies.

It appears to me that at least a sizable portion of these events are orchestrated with covert elements of these technologies. They at the very least are well aware of it being planned. Several sources have a full spectrum global surface thought surveillance grid. Several sources in the shadow government know when this will happen before it happens if they did not orchestrate it themselves.

The woman taxi driver whose video revealed at least two shooters reported that it sounded to her like someone was shooting out of the tenth floor. However, there are rooftops above where she was when she said that that theoretically could have been used by a shooter. And as I also pointed out there were numerous other possible elevated locations where a shooter could have hidden around and in the Harvest area (such as the double billboards which were closer).

This is strange. At 2:00 of the CBS interview in Cider's post an officer mentions "the flashing lights" that were in the room on the 32nd floor. The videos from the concert area do not show any light at all coming from those windows which were "allegedly" broken out.

The only flashing (strobing) lights that were visible from the concert area and video-recorded were on a lower floor and not on the 32nd floor.

Makes me wonder if they decided to write it into the script since the strobing light has drawn so much attention.

I rarely watch TV these days, but switched it onto a mainstream tv program, simply because the cat accidentally caused "cat"astrophic damage to the antenna attached, that ruined the reception, and I could only get the one channel when flicking through the channels. That one channel had a mainstream, national, current affairs program on that it usually very dull, and very mainstream. I happened to switch onto it just as they were canning alternative news sites. Alex Jones was one of them. They were canning all those that made the ludicrous suggestion that it was a false flag and there were no casualties, and those that made the suggestion that there may have been more than one shooter. So they mentioned Alex regarding the multiple shooter and Antifa.

Interesting how much alternative media is being mentioned now in the mainstream. I suppose mainstream realizes how much alternative media influence has on the masses.

I have not been following the aftermath of the shootings. But I cannot help wonder if one of the possible reasons is for the electro magnetic loosh rush. Videos that I see both Bill and LadyM have shared, the video has the words "spiritual warfare" in the heading, and yet, when it is shortened by google, it says on my feed, "...ritual warfare...". Perhaps it is that as well, not just spiritual, which would tie in with the loosh side of things.

That brought to mind, remembering what Munroe (I think it was him) said about his astral travel experiences. He noticed as he left the earth in his astral state that there were, archons or similar (what I imagine to be "Dementor" type beings from Harry Potter), draining the energy from heightened emotions as they gathered over war torn zones to feed on the energy. (I see now that a few others have mentioned the energy harvesting thing previously)

That then brought to mind the wondering if it could also be an intention to change the frequency of the consciousness of the masses. This is an interesting website many are all aware of that measures how large scale events effects the worldwide mass consciousness, through measuring how humanity is linked to and effects the world wide electromagnetic fields and energy systems.

Interesting thoughts. My own view is that I have been slowly self weaning myself off tv and the msm, so called for the past few years. This last "incident" has clarified in my mind that my path is right, none of msm or tv can be trusted, it's all propaganda and not good propaganda at that. We can go back and forth about the details of this latest plot, we can agree or disagree, depending on our viewpoint. One thing I hope Avalon members CAN agree on is this:

Whoever is involved is "big" enough to influence both the msm and the alt media, YouTube, google and Facebook being good examples. Ergo, therefore, this is big. It's not about some individual shooter, nor a small political group like IS / ISIS / DIESH, so called, this is even bigger still. This is NOT about bump stocks, democrats or republicans, or even gun control in general, it's bigger than that.

For me personally this is a reminder to trust no one but my gut instincts and do what I think needs to be done, time is short. My only consolation in all this distraction is that certain well funded and well informed individuals and groups seem to believe they are aiming for a 2020 timeline to cash in and or merge their companies for maximum profit, that gives me hope for the next few years may actually happen / exist at least, maybe we have a little more time left still to act...

That being said I do love all you guys for digging so hard and so deep, but as has been said before, this is just for ourselves, it's just an ego trip, just an echo chamber, we are preaching or singing to the choir. That being said please, please carry on...

I suppose what I'm trying to say is that we need to work harder to co create the future we all wish to see, even if we die trying. This so called civilization or society is not what we want and is not what we need as a species.
