This is important. Alex has a number of times said that he has detailed information about the Las Vegas incidents that he's not permitted to reveal yet, because of legally binding NDAs with his sources.

When Zak called in, Alex got quite excited and pretty much confirmed that this was also the information that he himself had been obliged to sit on.

Alex invited Zak there and then on to the show for a full hour today, 1 November, but immediately after this call (in the video above ^^ ) Zak, who is former military intelligence, was taken aside and prohibited from saying any more. That alone should prompt us to pay very close attention here.

Alex has also announced that this Saturday (4 November) Infowars will be broadcasting all day,* continuously from 1 pm to 8 pm, with reporters in a number of major cities. Everything suggests that he knows a lot about what may be planned to occur.

Communications Interoperability Training with Amateur Radio Community Set

Elements of the US Department of Defense (DOD) will conduct a “communications interoperability” training exercise November 4-6, once again simulating a “very bad day” scenario. Amateur Radio and MARS organizations will take part.



“This exercise will begin with a notional massive coronal mass ejection event which will impact the national power grid as well as all forms of traditional communication, including landline telephone, cellphone, satellite, and Internet connectivity,” Army MARS Program Manager Paul English, WD8DBY, explained in an announcement.



During the exercise, a designated DOD Headquarters entity will request county-by-county status reports for the 3,143 US counties and county equivalents, in order to gain situational awareness and to determine the extent of impact of the scenario. Army and Air Force MARS organizations will work in conjunction with the Amateur Radio community, primarily on the 60-meter interoperability channels as well as on HF NVIS frequencies and local VHF and UHF, non-Internet linked Amateur Radio repeaters.



Again this year, a military station on the east coast and the Fort Huachuca, Arizona, HF station will conduct a high-power broadcast on 60-meter channel 1 (5330.5 kHz) on Saturday from 0300 to 0315 UTC. New this year will be an informational broadcast on Sunday, on 13,483.5 kHz USB from 1600 to 1615 UTC. Amateur Radio operators should monitor these broadcasts for more information about the exercise and how they can participate in this communications exercise, English said.



“We want to continue building on the outstanding cooperative working relationship with the ARRL and the Amateur Radio community,” English said. “We want to expand the use of the 60-meter interop channels between the military and amateur community for emergency communications, and we hope the Amateur Radio community will give us some good feedback on the use of both the 5-MHz interop and the new 13-MHz broadcast channels as a means of information dissemination during a very bad day scenario.

Doug Hagmann: If I can impose upon you... And I know we're jumping around here.... You mentioned Stephen Paddock... I just have to say, I was on a radio program today, KAFQ - out of Tusla, Oklahoma - talking about that Las Vegas situation - how everything kind of just seemed to drop off. What do you know? I mean, what do you, Mr David Hawking, either through reason, measured speculation, or ... based on your research - Paddock, Vegas... What the heck... You want to tell me what that was all about?

David Hawkins: Yeah, sure. I believe that Stephen Paddock was recruited, hired & deployed by Kristine Marcy - Field McConnell's Sister - who was a super grade in the Office of Personnel Management in 1978. And this woman is an extraordinary power and dangerous woman. I think she's a psychopath, but she's beyond that.

She founded, as a child of (garbled) mem berg... what is known as.... which is a group of bureaucrats. I think now, that they're about 79,000 strong. ... Let me just back up...

When I was at university in my third year, I did Industrial Management & the professor there, he gave us a talk about what we might face as managers in industry. And he said, "When you go out into the world, gentlemen...", I think there was very few women in the faculty at that particular time... He said, "You're going to face three ideologies. And one is more dangerous than the other two." So, our attention was piqued, if you will, and he said, "There's Capitalism & there's Communism & there is Bureaucracy."

And everything, ever since, gentlemen, that I have done or understood is I realized that bureaucracy is extraordinarily dangerous, because it has no empathy, there's no compassion there, it just applies a process. If Hitler tells the bureaucrats to ship x-thousand Jews into the gas chambers, they're going to do it - there's no sympathy. And now, Communist & Capitalists... you know, you look at the group - capitalism - maybe gun share holders & successful business people, and as far as communism is concerned, well they can become slaves & serfs. But bureaucracy is very dangerous.

So when this woman, in 1978, appears to have recruited Stephen Paddock, she put him through as an auditor of the IRS. Well, that gave him a huge amount of power & insights into how to track people, and ultimately, if they're hiding taxes, get them arrested and lock 'em up..., see.. And of course, Al Capone was taken in, as I understand it, on a tax cheating issue. And then, with the Defense contractor audit agency, he would know how to deploy these 80 protege programs ..... underneath the big Defense contractors, like Raytheon, Boeing & Lockheed Martin.

For example on 911, what I think happened, SERCO - this outsourcing company from the UK - it flicked what is known as the 'red switch'. And there's a technology called the "Defense Red Switch Network", where the terminal - you can recognize it on pictures in 2009 on Obama's desk - and shortly afterward, is the next picture is the IST-2 terminal, which would normally connect the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff & the Flag Officers in the Army, Navy, Air Force & Marine Corp, with the President of the United States, the Commander & Chief - that phone has been taken away. And its been replaced by an Alcatel Lucent phone made by a French company, and that, gentlemen, is not secure.

So sometime in the early years of the Obama administration, he either allowed, or was tricked, or persuaded, into detaching himself from the National Command Authority. And, having the responsibility of the Commander & Chief transferred to an organization, which I believe, is in the control of SERCO. So, the implications of this are huge, because this could have been done by expert economist, or business administrator, like Stephen Paddock, because he knows intimately how the IRS, the Defense contractor, audit agency & the United States Post Office operate. And he, or his friends, could launch what in espionage terms is called a Man-in-the-Middle Attack on the United States National Command Authority.

So when he [Paddock] shows up at the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino... here's what I think happened... He booked, or he had his room booked for him - it was a double room. The bellhops in the hotel were persuaded to carry up 10,000 rounds of ammunition. And I think 23 semi-automatic guns that had bump stock modifications - so they could actually fire as automatics. And I think very early on in the game, possibly the day before, he was murdered.

But now they had a snipers nest to die for inside those two rooms, with cameras looking down the hallway... And when this security guy called Campos came down the hallway, they fired 200 bullets through the door. Well, this is heavy-duty ammunition. And I'm told by experts, there wouldn't be much left of the door. It didn't kill Campos, in fact, he was hit in the leg. Immediately, he presumably tries to call the cavalry.

And inside the hotel there are already Las Vegas Police & armed security from the hotel. And I think they didn't show up till about 75 minutes later. By which time, I would guess, someone perhaps dressed as hotel security inside the room, shot up the people in the Harvest Festival. Apparently, there was 9 minutes of continuous firing to kill the people there.

And then, as far as I know, they could have gone down the service elevator dressed as hotel security people & merged with the group that then raided the hotel room.

Doug Hagmann: Okay. Mr. Hawkins, let me ask you a question... To what end? What was the motive for everything that happened there? Let's take what you said, and that's as good an explanation as any that I've heard. What would be the motive?

David Hawkins: Yeah. Now, this is a fascinating issue because in order to do that, we need to go back & look at the big picture... J Edgar Hoover said, "The individual is handicapped by coming face to face with a conspiracy that is so monstrous that he cannot believe that it exists."

David Rockefeller (bless him), I think he died after receiving his 7th heart transplant from his personal surgeons - the old bastard - really, he should had gone, I think, with the first. I think he died at 102. At a Bilderberg meeting he said, "The world is ready to move to a supernational goverment of world bankers & intellectual elite."

Here's the motive: I think there are people who, for whatever reason, have allowed themselves, or have been seduced by the idea the power & the wealth - they've sworn an oath of the most despicable nature, and have been photographed. And they're now in, say, a network of Greek-Life societies & Bohemian Grovest sector. They're rubbing shoulders with immensely wealthy people that are billionaires, but actually, they're all trapped, they all hate each other, but there's no where to appeal to.

Phil McConnell is a god-fearing gentleman. I think you two gentlemen are the same. I mean, it would be nice to think they could appeal to the indulgence or the forgiveness of God, and 'fess up. Because living as they do, I would think must be hell.

Doug Hagmann: Yeah... Unless you are a psychopath or sociopath by diagnosis - yeah, I would think.

David Hawkins: So, if I may just mention about some interesting members of the Greek-Life Societies. You see, George Bush Sr & Bill Clinton are both members of Phi Beta Kappa - which is a very prestigious honor society. But I believe Clinton got that membership in 1968, before going as a road scholar to Oxford. Well, he was kicked out of Oxford for ..... drug dealing. And his next stop was Moscow in 1969.

Bill Clinton, a Phi Beta Kappa member, sent the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, John Shalikashvili to Beijing in 1997 to give a talk the Peoples Liberation Army University in Beijing - and it may have been scrubbed - but the transcript of the address given by Shalikashvili to the communist general was at the end he said, "I have been instructed by my president to leave behind details of all America's weapons programs.

So, I am saying... when this guy got back, why didn't they line up Bill Clinton & Shalikashvili up against a wall & shoot them? Because the Chinese have made huge progress through stealing American weapons secrets... Well, they didn't even have to steal them because Clinton gave them away.

Doug Hagmann: Yeah, that's right. Morrell... among others... I remember that whole process back in the 90's. Okay... wow!

David Hawkins: So, I think the motive is to move to a super-national government of... world bankers - that's a very interesting term. SERCO, which is a company I sort of introduced earlier... It has a number of very interesting shareholders, including major banks & a few countries, and some very interesting pension funds.

Now SERCO had a meeting of shareholders on the 47th floor of the North Tower on the morning of 911, which must have been an electrifying meeting, given what was about to happen. But those shareholders would have included the representatives from the government of Saudi Arabia, the government of the United Kingdom, the government of Singapore. Well, if as is alleged, Saudi Arabia was behind the attack - I think they partially funded it, but fully not understanding what they were doing - it would have been interesting for the FBI, under Robert Meuller, at the time, to haul all the representatives of SERCO of that shareholders meeting on the 47th floor.

Now other shareholders include Goldman Sachs, and nine Global Custodians - banks like JP Morgan, Hong Kong & Shanghai Bank Corp & so on... with $81 trillion of assets under management. And then the two pension funds are very interesting, because the pension funds included the Teachers Insurance Annuity Association, which presumably would pay retirement benefits to people like Bill Clinton & Hillary Clinton - both were on faculty - Barrack Obama, who taught at the University of Chicago, Michelle Obama, who was on the board of University Hospitals in Chicago.

And, I may be stepping out of line, here, but I think I'm ready to go into court with Phil McConnell, and extend that claim - I don't think its an intellectual elite, I think its a pedophile elite.

Doug Hagmann: And, I agree with you on that. And I love how that... I don't know how you did it, but you just wrapped that up with a bow!

David Hawkins: Backing up to your question about Stephen Paddock & SERCO => So, SERCO had a very interesting birth in 1929 when it was called RCAGB-1929 - Radio Corporation of America - a wholly & subsidiary of Radio Corp of America in New York set up by David Sarnoff.

Now David Sarnoff is an interesting guy because he was the founder of this organization, which is described back in the 1920's as a radio patent monopoly company. And allegedly, David Sarnoff was on the Marconi Wireless Telegraph System when the Titanic got an instruction to change course 20 minutes before it hit the iceberg. And had it not received those instructions, it would have missed the iceberg. So we need to ask ourselves => Who was on the other side of the iceberg? And apparently, it was called the Steam Ship Mount Temple (SS Mount Temple) that was equipped with the Marconi Telegraph System that appears to have pulled the Titanic onto the iceberg where it sank & took down Jacob Astor and various other wealthy illuminaries.

So going back to what's going on here... I believe the proper title for Stephen Paddock, from the gaming industry, is that he's a promoter of what are known as "VIP Junket Rooms". VIP stands for Very Important Person, and Junket Rooms - you get into a Junket Room, for example at the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, or the MGM Grand Hotel in Macau, provided that have passed certain initiation tests. And unfortunately, the people who get into those rooms, they go to some kind of initiation ceremony where their face, as they perform some sexually deviant act possibly with a member of the same sex or a child, is registered on SERCO's Demon Face Recognition "Demon Face Recognition" software. Which can then track these human beings & actually be used for photoshopping to put the image - and we're talking about Virtual Reality, I guess now - you can create a virtual reality effect, where a person that is innocent of any sexual relations with a child is framed in a room, which was previously occupied by a pedophile, where the child was raped & killed. So, you can create virtual identities on the internet & inject them into this amazing technology, I believe, developed during the Clinton administration called the Federal Bridge Certification Authority Network. This is computer network, actually based on public key infrastructure which was unfortunately for America was invented in the United Kingdom at Government Communications Headquarters and perfected during the 70's, but kept under wraps. And developed in parallel with another amazing piece of technology which is the "Cesuim Fountain Clock", which is the basis for all GPS tracking today. And that was invented - the National Physical Laboratory (United Kingdom) in Teddington. And they used the GPS clock, or the Cesium Founder Clock, "Packet switching".

So, you can inject fake news, crisis actors & digital identities into the Federal Bridge and create any - I think they use "Script Kiddies" - any material for Script Kiddies to read and say, "We've just been subjected by Stephen Paddock to a lunatic attack on the Harvest Festival. He's killed 59 people." And then we dig a little deeper & we find out sedentary individual - he's 64 years-old - and he's supposed to have carried up 10,000 rounds of ammunition => high-grade heavy caliber ammunition & 23 semi-automatic guns modified with bump stocks, that allowed him, or whoever it was at the other end holding the trigger, to fire continuously, multiple round for 9 minutes.

Good morning, I’m still reporting on: Update - Vegas Security Guard Says “It’s a

Synopsis: A lot of you have written in wondering what happened to this report. It
disappeared for a day.
We first published this report about 10pm Eastern on Sunday, Oct. 29th. But the
security guard featured in the story got nearly 300 threatening calls before sunrise
on Monday from a number his caller identified as 0000. So he called me and asked
me to remove his name from the video, but to put the story back up so that people
could know the truth. This is a brave, brave American, and we salute you, sir.
So, with some modifications, here is the video we first ran on Sunday.
On Thursday, Tucker Carlson interviewed David Dickey, the head of Jesus Campos
union. He told Tucker that Campos did not need a so-called guard card, that’s why
he did not have one. However, on Sunday, we got a call from a 15-year veteran
security guard in Las Vegas casinos who called that a “big fat lie.”

Let’s take a look at a segment of Tucker’s interview with Mr. Dickey first. Also note
that he claimed Campos was treated at a QuickCare Clinit, but this too, is denied by
the guard who says these facilities are not allowed to treat gunshot wounds
because they don’t even have an x-ray machine as well as other essential
equipment for that kind of surgery. Also note that Mr. Hickey says that Mr. Campos
was not taken to the QuickCare Clinic until Thursday 11 days after the shooting???
Does that make sense to anyone.?

So here’s a guy who was called a hero because he was evacuating people from
rooms while bleeding after he was shot. Remember in version #1 of the story, it
was police officers who insisted that he go to the hospital? But then Tucker Carlson
the day after the shooting called all the Quick Cares in the city and they reported
that Campos had not been there.

Tuesday afternoon, a suspect, identified as Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov, according to
two law enforcement sources, rented a pickup truck, drove it onto a busy bicycle path
and mowed down innocent people before getting out and brandishing toy guns. Almost
immediately after the horrific attack that left 8 dead and a dozen more injured, video
of Saipov, an Uzbekistan native, was released.

There were multiple videos, taken from multiple angles showing the attacker flee the
truck and run through traffic. Police eventually caught Saipov, who they say is a
“lone wolf” attacker. Nearly as fast as the video was released, so were the declarations

“After he came to the United States is when he started to become informed about ISIS
and radical Islamic tactics,” Gov. Cuomo said on CNN. “Again, ISIS has gotten it down
to a simple formula that they can put on the internet and it doesn’t take a rocket scientist

The House of Saud that runs the country is one of the most corrupt in the world
I have a thread about it somewhere......It was common knowledge decades ago
that the Saudi elites came to London and other cities to gamble and visit
prostitutes despite having harems at home. The camel jockeys are well known
so is the exploitation of foreign workers , women and brutal judiciary that has
the same code as ISIS which they help create and fund the list goes on.....

They also buys weapons and oil flow to keep the west off there back who created
Saudi Arabia as it is today after WW1 and the collapse of the Ottoman Empire..
Allowing for anti government bias with some witness's, the allergations are hard
to hide but easier to overlook, and the western press only criticises now and then.
This is not to say there are corrupt officials in all countries...

Interesting angle Target. I wasn't aware of 'moves against the FBI'. I don't go to 4chan as I find it confusing but I just can't wait for tomorrow (sarc). I may bury myself in sports until Sunday and read the aftermath.

I have no doubt our ruling class media will do the opposite of what they did for trump's inauguration. Then they made it look like no one wanted to show up for an american president's swearing in. Tomorrow they will make it look like everyone in the country wants trump impeached.
