Their helicopter collided with Cessna 152 at 1,000ft over Waddesdon Manor.

Saavan Mundae, 18, died alongside flight instructor Jaspal Barha, 45, in Cessna.

The Vietnamese Ministry of Defence confirmed Nguyen Thanh Trung's death in a statement last night, they said he was taking part in an advanced flight instructor training session in an Cabri -G2 helicopter. The pair were just 15 minutes into a training flight when the light Cessna aircraft, that was also on a training session, struck the rear of the helicopter.

Those are the official facts so far, concerning victims and flight data. Although I have noticed that both flights are now said to be training flights, as opposed to the original statement that said the helicopter was on a 'gift, sight-seeing flight'. It's not uncommon for details to change as, once relatives have been informed, the details are confirmed.

About the meeting of the Democratic Alliance. He said that a report from Fox News said it was a "Dark Money Donor Network" and that Soros was directing his $18 M funds to organizations. One objective stated by Fox News is to impact what prosecutors get elected.

There are media representatives on the conference list and the Democratic Alliance partners and participants are discussing which narratives to push to steer the public will.

The document can be downloaded from Google, but you have to sign in to get it. I didn't do that!

However, I do see all of the names and affiliations, and the topics covered reveal their agenda. It's a George Soros club!

First, I only linked wiki because you asked who made it. Notice that wiki article I linked is about who made it.

You can take what the PROMIS software does right from Bill Hamilton's, the guy who made, mouth.

My (fading) recollection is that software derived from PROMIS by Ptech was installed on many US military and government systems on 9/11 of 2001, and that that software allegedly enabled control of what displayed, or didn't display, to FAA flight controllers.

A distinct "Flight Termination Software (FTS)" system could have been used to control commercial passenger airplanes in the air on that day, perhaps to land them on the long runway in Westover, Massachusetts.
