There's no reason of any kind for Q to be so cryptic to the alt community.

I think there's plenty of reason to be cryptic and including the alt community. One, if Q really is what it's representing itself to be and it's true that Q is an invention by the Potus team, this may be one of the most clever inventions and politically, one of the best uses of currently available social media ever. With everyone else on both sides basically only preaching their gospel and getting nowhere convincing anyone opposing, Q threw cryptic questions on the table without any righteousness or arrogance.

You can neither get defensive nor arrogant back about a question. Getting intrigued by odd questions by an unknown personality gives sleepers space to consider puzzle pieces in a new light without having to say they were wrong or agree with some personality they were resistant to.

Also, the alt community is ready to roll and can hardly wait any longer for everything to come out and forgets how totally clueless so, so many people still are. Stuff the alt community long ago took for granted is still inconceivable to many. The Q material could be one place to drip drip drip to begin to acclimate people for the first time to so many aspects of politics and reality that will be very disorienting and hard to swallow, and will take time to spread.

Lastly, the alt community is not in the least united or at some same level of education in so many subjects. I was reminded of this recently when I had a very lively and same page conversation with a new acquaintance about the whole Santa Rosa DEW possibilities, the military industrial complex, false flags and corruption... and when I mentioned the trafficking and pedogate subject this person was totally unaware.

So I think being cryptic is brilliant in many ways, way better than another new somebody 'telling', and I think thought provoking for everyone. If it really is only clever hope porn, what a chess game! Let's see... further reinforcement of everything the alt community thinks it figured out. Just an agenda? Why? By who?

This was not my intention, I only intended to point out my displeasure that Paul was no longer participating on this thread. I laid the blame for this at the feet of group think. We have all at one time or another been under the spell of group think, especially if you live in the confrontation avoiding culture of the west.

In my experience, it's easy to have, and to express, differing views of something "out there", and to do so without being confrontational ... if one focuses on the topic at hand, the something "out there", rather than trying to characterize failings, disabilities, biases or limitations of the others in the discussion who might not share the same views, which failings, ... are offered as explanations for not sharing the same view.

One can even go a step further and acknowledge that one's own views might differ from those views of the others in the discussion, with bemusement at one's own limitations that might account for the differences.

In any case, I'd suggest to your consideration the possibility of focusing on the topic of the Q-anon posts and related material, rather than your conjectures (of which I am presently unable to see the merit) as to why I haven't been posting much on this thread recently.

Help us better understand the Q-anon posts and such, rather than alleging that myself or the other mods are overcome by some constraints of group think.

I must say I agree. To me anyone talking about Mass arrests is part of this spin that has been going on in the alternative community for YEARS. The galactic federation of light..channelled by Greg Giles (remember the channeler whose source revealed itself to be part of a psy op) was pushing this story HARD...any day now..just around the corner...really soon... all the bad guys are going to be arrested by the good guys.

Yes so true. I've seen so many 'promises' come and go over the years. And whereas this could just be another one of those false dawns, I do believe that eventually the sun will rise. The evil empire with its boot on our throat will fall one day. Today, tomorrow, or in a hundred years, all empires fall. Is Q-anon/Trump the king of the Visigoths banging on the gates of Rome?

It reads almost like a Dan Brown novel. Other than the sealed indictments, which is certainly interesting, I don't see any hard data – only a ton of breadcrumbs to follow (leading where?) and dots to connect (forming what picture?).

Is it "hope porn" as someone put it? Maybe, but then again, I thought Hilary LOSING the election was a wasted hope...

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Deep State has begun a counterattack to distance itself from the Fusion GPS dossier in a move that was predicted by QAnon on Jan. 13.

In a C-Span interview broadcast on Jan. 15, New York Times reporter Scott Shane, a specialist who reports primarily on the U.S. intelligence community, argued the Fusion GPS was a product of Russian intelligence disinformation designed to mislead the FBI, not a product of Clinton campaign opposition research that served as the basis for the DOJ obtaining FISA court approval to conduct electronic surveillance of Donald Trump, his campaign officials, and top players in the transition team.
QAnon warned in the Jan. 13 post to “be ready” because the mainstream media was coming in a “big way” with a “conspiracy push.”

A thread posted on Twitter by @GalacticRedPill analyzed Shane’s interview with C-Span, commenting:
The premise Shane lays out, as a hypothetical, is that the dossier and the Neo-McCarthyist hysteria it unleashed against 45 is actually the product of a Russian disinformation campaign.

The conclusion @GalacticRedPill draws is that this shift in strategy by Deep State operatives is a communication from the Clinton and Obama camps to President Trump and Attorney General Sessions that they are willing to make a deal.
With House Intelligence Chair Devin Nunes preparing to release proof the FBI and DOJ used the Fusion GPS dossier to trick the FISA court into authorizing electronic surveillance of Donald Trump and his top advisors, the Deep State conspiracy is a plan to deflect Nunes “by claiming the black hats who did break the law to illegally unmask team trump were only doing so because they were tricked.

Former “high-level” CIA officer Kevin Shipp says President Trump has “declared war” on the so-called Deep State and the shadow government.
Shipp explains, “I differentiate between the ‘Deep State’ and the shadow government.
The shadow government are the secret intelligence agencies that have such power and secrecy that they act even without the knowledge of Congress. There are many things that they do with impunity.
Then there is the ‘Deep State,’ which is the military industrial complex, all of the industrial corporations and their lobbyists, and they have all the money, power and greed that give all the money to the Senators and Congressmen.

The amazing thing about the Executive Order is now it extends to foreign persons, foreign organizations and even foreign government officials. So, this is a national security threat, which means it includes anyone inside the United States or outside the United States.”
The very people that have been attacking Donald Trump are now feeling the Trump counter attack.
Shipp says,
