The guy in the background (Left) is Avner Shalev, the chairman of the Yad Vashem Directorate of The Holocaust Martyrs' and Heroes' Remembrance Authority.

From 1956 through 1980, Shalev served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), eventually retiring as a Brigadier General.

Following the conclusion of the war, Shalev chose to serve in the IDF's Education Corps, becoming Israel's Chief Education Officer. This position included command of IDF Radio, and the major task and challenge of restoring public confidence in the ability, vigor and spirit of the IDF and, in a larger sense, of Israeli society.

Harley's link is great because it lists the names of the six Holocaust survivors.

I looked up the name of the man in the Q photo, Eliezer (lolek) Grynfeld.
On his FB page he lists that he worked for Universal Music Group.

This is the man I thought looked like the man in the photo I shared. Even the suit looks similar. The man in the photo I shared is younger. (90's ???)

He looks uncannily similar to Shimon Peres.

Shimon Peres was the outgoing Israeli President during the time of the 2014 meeting, when Pope Francis made a point of having a prayer meeting with Peres and Abbas.

Curiously enough, the link to the article I quoted in this post is now broken. Hmmm....? (I had visited it several times without any problem an hour to an hour and a half ago.)



Note Added: 21:17 - Even though he says he worked for Universal Music Group on his Facebook page, his bio in this publication mentions that he "worked in the military industry".

There are bios for all six Shoah victims in this publication, page 4.

Okay that was a disturbing read about Epstein, (coupled to browsing articles on court proceedings, etc), finishing with:

In September 2002, Epstein flew Bill Clinton, Kevin Spacey and Chris Tucker to Africa in his private Boeing 727, known as the "Lolita Express". Flight records show Bill Clinton flew on Epstein's plane 26 times.

So allegedly former President Bill Clinton is/was up close and personal with a registered sex offender known for sex trafficking minors. Reported in various news outlets.

No reference I could find quickly of Jeffrey listed as son of Hedy so I’m assuming that is connection between these two?

I would prefer to have a strong link of Hedy Epstein to Jeffrey Epstein, before I ran with that as a fact.

In the New York Times article FreeURmind linked, which was essentially an obituary for Hedy there's this paragraph:

"She met and married Arnold Epstein, a physicist with Monsanto, which transferred him to St. Louis in 1969. He died in 1977. She is survived by their son, Howard, and two granddaughters."

No mention of a Jeffrey. But the connection to Monsanto bears noting.

I can't find THEM stating a connection. But she married Arthur Epstein a physicist at Monsanto.
She has a son named Howard and two grandaughters. So it says.

When I search for Howard Epstein a Canadian polittcian comes up. The names don't match on Wikipedia. Actually nothing looks "normal" about his information. Predecessed and survived by? Maybe I just don't understand.

Strange thing also. On both their Wikipedia pages neither mention family names. Children, parents etc. Take a look. All three Wikipedias are weird to me. (P.s I take Wikipedia with a bucket of salt)

Oh and both are from Jewish families. That is stated.

I have to look more at the foundations, people etc.

If the woman and the man are holocaust victims, this is nevertheless a serious breach of catholic protocols. I am very surprised. There might not be other reasons for it than respect for those who have suffered, but I still wonder who that man and that woman are in terms of world powers hierarchy.

Popes kiss heads, cheeks,they do not bend t people usually, they bend to kiss the ground when they arrive somewhere, but not to people, i had never seen the hand kissed. Although in eastern countries, hand kissing is to show respect to old people as well.

Just throwing this out there.
In the Sue Arrigo writings, she mentions a supreme court judge who received a massive sum of money from David Rockefeller to weigh in on the side of George W. Bush in the 2000 presidential election.
She stated that the payments started at $6 dollars and then $66 then $666 all the way until the payments reached $6,666,666.
When she asked why he would arrange the payments as such David Rockefeller replied "so he knows who he is working for".
I've had my suspicions that Scalia was that judge.
