Hi Swan, in my experience Jim Humble's MMS (master mineral solution) works extremely well with cancers of all sorts, there are a few threads in P.A.
I don't know if you can get it near where you are.?

Thanks Seko, but the chances of my father taking MMS are nil. Anything that is food based is less threatening.

In addition to all the things mentioned above, make sure he is taking adequate levels of "essential fatty acids", i.e., omega 3's [Source]; adequate levels of Vitamin D3 (6,000IUs per day)[Source]; adequate levels of Vitamin C (10,000 mg. per dose) [Source].

Remember, there is no "silver" bullet. Its usually a combination of things one tries that get positive results. You and your father have to educate yourselves as what alternative treatments are available. The traditional "allopathic" (MD) route is only one of many option. I found this video by Dr. R E Tent, DC, ND, Ph D to be very helpful. Link

There is lots of evidence that hemp oil (cannabis) cures cancer, all kinds of cancer including brain, lung, breast, prostate, etc. You can look on youtube for videos about curing prostate cancer with cannabis. You could also watch the Rick Simpson video "Run From the Cure". I'm not sure your father would want to go that route but many many people have cured their cancer with hemp oil.

I was diagnosed in December with prostate cancer and my PSA numbers were 10.4. After looking at surgery and radiation, I decided to try cannabis oil, baking soda and changing my diet. I watched a video on how to make a small amount of cannabis oil ( using an ounce of cannabis ) it is not that hard. After the first 5 weeks my PSA was down to 8.4. After 10 weeks it dropped to 6.4. It works if you take the oil and also change what you are putting into your body, cut down on fried food and sugar and try to keep your body more alkaline. I am still taking the oil and helping others make it or making it for them, it works. Have your father watch a video called " Cut, Burn, Poision" it may help change his mind.

Thank you all of the above for your replies. I have spent most of today researching the information you have offered.

@ Lawnman; I really enjoyed Dr Tent, amazing information. Will try and summarize later.

@ DeDukshyn; Prostaphillis seems like a great product, interestingly enough..its Swedish And the mushroom extract...when my father in law was diagnosed with stage 2 kidney cancer 12 years ago, we gave him maitake mushroom, as recommended by Dr Weil. He is still cancer free.

@ Nancy; I don´t think my father will ever be open to cannabis oil. But you never know...

@ Markoid; I already recommended that site to my father, but haven´t heard back from him.

@ Czarek. listened to the interview with Jennifer Daniels. Interesting. Especially the part about biopsies actually aggravating the cancer.

@ Damien, thank you for your testimonial. Really invaluable to have first hand info from someone who cured themselves

    Hello Damian,

Can you explain how you felt taking it? How long did it take before you could work up to over a gram a day? How many times a day did you take it. I read it was a 90 day treatment is that what you did? Were you able to function during the day? Or did the oil make you sleep a lot?

Detoxadine, Liposomal Vitamin C, Zinc, are all good. Maca helps too. The prostate needs Iodine.

The prostate can be accessed directly by dipping the male member in a paper cup full of a healing liquid, whether that's Iodine, Vit C, or anything else.

MSM MethylSulfureMethane is a very safe and effective anti-cancer supplement. I use organic distilled MSM only, from here: http://www.h2oairwateramericas.com/D...ic-Sulfur.aspx

    Good Morning Matisse,

I'm a cancer patient too. While a different kind of cancer I have the members here have recommended several alternatives and even some that compliment current medical procedures.

Here is the thread with several different options you might decide to look into. I know I have.

    https://projectavalon.net/forum4/show...-My-Heart-Path

Hang in there. I'm on my second chemo yesterday while also on some alternative diet and supplements. There are several others which I'm looking into and trying to gain some access to.

Best of luck with whatever you decide to do. If I can work toward management so can you.

    Greetings.

    Issues for investigation:

If it has not spread you are in a good position.

To have confidence that metastasis will not occur, I suggest investigating NAC + Bitter apricot kernels.

    Google anti-angiogenesis supplements.

If you shrink it, the op will have less trauma for you.

    My grumbling Prostate responds to:

    Green tea extract
    Selenium
    Zinc
    Mangosteen
    ESSIAC
    Pomegranate extract
    Curcumin
    Tomato puree
    Bicarb
    Raspberries
    D3/K2 or NATTO

My smoothie includes the holy trinity of carrot, celery, apple (according to Charlotte Gerson they work together). My theory is that these three have strong anti fungal agents IN THEIR SKINS.A dribble of turps occasionally would probably reduce any fungus on the veg .

    Easy oxygenation- a brisk walk.

Why not weaponise the brisk walk by enhancing flow of oxygen?

    - Flax oil/low fat dairy.(Flax oil in huge bottles for horses is cheap)
    - organic sulphur
    - Arginine.

Manage blood sugar, avoid simple carbs. Avoid bad or damaged fats.

    Dear Matisse,

In my experience as a pharmacist the best supplements for prostate cancer are lycopene, saw palmetto, pumpkin seed oil and pygeum africanum extract (by this order). But these give the best results as preventive measures and in early stages. If you decide to have chemo/radiotherapy or laser therapy (which gives good results by the way), there are different supplements you can use to minimize side effects as; squalene, selenium & pine bark extract.

But most important thing is; stay positive!
