The tweeted photo didn't include a source, so all I can do is share it with a "maybe it's something; maybe it's a hoax."

This image has one superimposed on another. I found a related article by Slate, that had a slide show of 7 images.

In August 2009, Bill Clinton landed in Pyongyang to secure the release of Laura Ling and Euna Lee, two American journalists who had been held for months in North Korea. But before they could depart, Clinton and his entourage had to sit for a portrait with Kim Jong-il. This may have been the last time that the painting was dusted off for foreign visitors—at least, it’s the last one Slate has discovered.

It seems that Kim Jon Il had visiting dignataries pose in front of the sea mural, a lot. The precision of that line up, seems to happen only in the Clinton photo.

I wonder who the group was in the back photo behind the Clinton one.

It looks like the Chinese delegation?

As I read further down in the comments below this tweet, people are bringing up the Operation Merlin.

Operation Merlin was a United States covert operation under the Clinton Administration to provide Iran with a flawed design for a component of a nuclear weapon ostensibly in order to delay the alleged Iranian nuclear weapons program, or to frame Iran.[1]

Meanwhile, CPD officials were already thinking of using Merlin as bait for at least one other country, according to a CIA cable on April 5, 2000. They somehow managed to keep the operation running to 2003, according to testimony at the trial, despite the lack of any Iranian response.
The operation was bumbling and pointless, but the CPD believed that it was good for its business, expanding the range of its services and putting it on the front lines of central national security issues. “Operation Merlin” provides a dramatic illustration of how a bureaucracy serves its own institutional interests by pushing its pet program or operation in the name of national security.

That drastic hit to the North Korean economy has apparently forced Kim Jong-un’s hand, as opium production has once again picked up. Kang Cheol-hwan, a North Korean defector and president of the North Korea Strategy Center, told the Yonhap News Agency that “the North is cultivating poppy fields again for drug smuggling as a way to secure funds to manage its regime.”

While North Korea’s opium production is small compared to that of post-invasion Afghanistan, it is still significant. North Korea, according to the Chosun Ilbo, produces around 40 tons of opium annually — comparable to Pakistan’s opium industry. Most of its opium is smuggled into and sold in China and cannot be targeted by sanctions, since it is hard to trace on the black market.

I download the Q book regularly. But, I'm also saving the posts, with notes for myself.

It's just something I do... a lot. And I felt to do it with Q posts, too.

The CIA convinced the Allan Memorial Institute to allow a series of mind control tests on nine patients in the Montreal school, as part of their ongoing Project MKULTRA.[7]

Just throwing out a little more info, don't even know if it has relevance.

Cell phones were originally analog. The switch over to digital was very gradual. Digital signals allow for much greater distance to be covered on much less power (thus miniaturization of phones) because of the nature of square (digital) waves. Much more effective at filtering noise and interference.

This inherently means that the phones of today are going to be square wave signals and very low power. If that alone were enough, Q would not exist. They would simply shut him (them) and/or us down. So they may act as a trigger but are not enough by themselves to completely program a human. And Parkland would suggest that you really need somebody who is largely predisposed toward moving in the desired direction to begin with. You can't just flip a switch and a born pacifist suddenly becomes Rambo. Talk to me, Johnny!

It's possible that this photo was doctored in some way, though I don't know if that's what Q is trying to draw our attention to.

I found a couple of articles from 2009 that dealt with questions regarding the photo, specifically if it was, indeed, the real Kim Jong-il seated next to Clinton. Maybe it was a double or maybe the photo was edited to include a healthy-looking N. Korean leader. Could be there is something even stranger to all of this.

Sure looks like someone is watching the water here (flight pattern on the east coast from today):

That google earth image has floated around for a while. But it's worth considering that sometimes these google earth images can be deceptive.

It still may or may not be something. But it could be just artefacts from shading and post-processing that give the impression of 'pillars' holding up a roof. Who knows.

Personally, if I were installing a secret base under the ocean, I'd be sure to hide it a lot better than this.
