Well I am thoroughly confused.

It's only in the last 6 months or so that I learned of the importance of dropping meat as a way of increasing your vibrational level to enhance the potential for spiritual experience. Raw (clean organic) veg and lot's of it.

Now I read this thread. Can anyone help clear my confusion?

Diet is a very personal path - people thrive and grow and learn in many different way, and on many different diets, from fruitarian, and raw vegan, to "bulletproof" and "paleo". Who knows? Maybe there are some anonymous saints walking around that live on McDonald's!

As far as I can tell, our bodies are more than just flesh and bones, and taking *everything* into account, including our environments, our bodies all need different inputs to heal and to thrive. Many paths, one destination.
