Its very interesting and ties into his X series , I posted it on a couple of threads
earlier but worth its own , the Q & A is pretty good as well.

Peter Horsley did claim to meet an alien called Mr. Janus, who appeared to be

I would imagine the "Royals" are informed of matters that may impact their realm. If there is a potential threat they would generally be kept abreast of any developments. They certainly have vastly more resources than the average person... IF they are just average humans with no meta agenda.

If, as many have suggested, they are 1: Alien lizards 2. grandmaster occultists 3. incarnated spirits in a human host or whatever else then their interest would be for very different reasons. I'm not going that rabbit hole atm.
At any rate I doubt they are naive, stupid or completely oblivious to what happens in our world so it stands to reason they would make inquiries or be briefed. Recalling he Queen is the head of the Church of England as well so her involvement transcends just the political in some ways.
