• On April 10, a meeting of the UN Security Council took place amid open US preparations to attack Syria. Three resolutions on the “independent mechanism of investigation” over the alleged chemical attack were drafted.
• The first resolution was introduced by the USA and vetoed by Russia. It was the 12th time Russian veto to block the UN Security Council action on Syria. Slamming Russian veto, the US representative Nikki Haley stated:

“History will record that, on this day, Russia chose to protect a monster over the lives of the Syrian people”.

• In response, Russia’s permanent representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya vowed to carry out the joint international investigation of the Douma incident. He emphasized that the US moves are designed to “mask reality”:
• The second draft was proposed by Russia. According to it there would be established the mechanism for one year, but would have given the UN Security Council the responsibility to assign responsibility for the use of chemical weapons in Syria. Seven countries, including the veto’s ones rejected this resolution.

The DOJ and FBI “Small Group” Motive
Behind The Raid on Michael Cohen…

Earlier today I wrote on Twitter: “The raid on Michael Cohen’s home and office was gov. directed political opposition research. The FBI/DOJ officials who carried out the raid will leak the content to media to damage POTUS & engineer narratives for election(s). That was the intent of the raid.”

Allow me provide the fact-based argument behind that statement. Beginning with a very basic baseline fact:

You can call it a soft-coup, or you can call it politicization of the DOJ and FBI, but the end result is the same – the intentional effort to manipulate, influence, and ultimately subvert an election for the presidency of the United States.

It is an inarguable reality that ideologues within the U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation used their positions to conduct a political operation against the candidacy of President Trump. There is currently an Office of Inspector General investigation by Michael Horowitz to discover the scale of that basic truth.

The ongoing OIG investigation has already released some of the investigative evidence proving the motives of the participants. Additionally, through records and releases stemming from outside the OIG investigation, it is a fact the intelligence apparatus within the national security divisions of the DOJ and FBI used their databases to conduct unlawful searches of political opposition; and allowed ‘contractors‘ to do the same.

These clear facts exist regardless of opinion or sentiment therein.

It is also a fact the entities behind the 2015, 2016 and 2017 political operations are still at large, holding their same ideology, and presumably working toward their admitted end goal. No-one, with the exception of the fab-five, has been forced to cease and desist.

Additionally, part of the false information from within the “small group” collective effort was Christopher Steele naming Michael Cohen as a Trump campaign entity who traveled to Prague to meet with Russian operatives. The outcome of that false and publicized statement resulted in Michael Cohen suing Buzzfeed and Fusion-GPS to discover how the Clinton-Steele Dossier reached the false conclusion.

♦We know the Steele Dossier contains content that was not exclusive to Christopher Steele. ♦We know Fusion GPS held proprietary ownership of the Steele Dossier content. ♦We reasonably know that Nellie Ohr provided much of the research for the dossier content. ♦We know that FBI contractors, perhaps Fusion entities, used unlawful FBI FISA-702 searches to gain information that was passed on to Fusion-GPS and Nellie Ohr etc. ♦We also know the story of Michael Cohen traveling to Prague is inside the Steele Dossier; and we know the story is false – It was the wrong Michael Cohen.
Within the Cohen -vs- FusionGPS lawsuit there exists a very reasonable -and accurate- risk to the intelligence surveillance operatives who made the mistake. Arguably that mistake could link the use of FBI and NSA database searches to the intelligence laundry scheme between the Clinton campaign, Fusion GPS, Nellie Ohr and the Christopher Steele Dossier.

So with all of that said, there are a multitude of motives for the “small group”, and those who support the “small group”, to oppose President Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen. Consider the bigger picture behind their prior activity, engagements and motives therein. In the aggregate they have not been challenged, stopped or blocked; and as a result, all of those ideological allies have nothing to lose.

Adding fuel to the multidimensional motive, the U.S. media apparatus, writ large, is in alignment with the “small group” objectives.

The evidence of the media motive surfaces amid dozens of leaks surrounding the FBI raid against Michael Cohen. From those leaks hundreds of stories are being written regardless of accuracy. What each of those stories has in common is a baseline the FBI took information from the raid. This is the critical point to understand.

The actual content recovered from the FBI raid is irrelevant. What the media needed was the raid itself. The raid presents the factual cornerstone of every written article – from which any false assertion can be made about the content. The media needed the raid, the media does not need the content. See how that works? We are seeing this in hundreds of articles based on anonymous sources who frame the narrative of content.

Accepting this reality we discover the big-picture “small group” motive. That motive facilitated by the same ideological allies who conducted the 2016 campaign against the candidacy of their enemy, Donald Trump.

There may be voices who have yet to understand the full scope of just how badly the DOJ and FBI are corrupted by politics. There are still some voices, co-dependents in their own abuse, who don’t understand or have forgotten the recent political history of the FBI and DOJ as it relates to other matters of ideological opposition.

Those co-dependent voices seem to overlook, or forget, a recent Federal Judge dismissing the entire case against the Bundy family because of gross DOJ misconduct:

U.S. District Court Judge Gloria Navarro dismissed the charges against the four men “with prejudice,” meaning they cannot face trial again. She said a new trial would not be sufficient to address the problems in the case. A federal judge on Monday said the federal prosecutors’ conduct was “outrageous” and “violated due process rights” of the defendants. (link)

Those co-dependent voices seem to overlook, or forget, a stunning rebuke of ALL DOJ attorneys in the DAPA case as outlined in a judicial ruling by Federal Judge Andrew Hanen:

“The United States Department of Justice (“DOJ” or “Justice Department”) has now admitted making statements that clearly did not match the facts. It has admitted that the lawyers who made these statements had knowledge of the truth when they made these misstatements. The DOJ’s only explanation has been that its lawyers either “lost focus” or that the “fact[s] receded in memory or awareness.” [Doc. No. 242 at 18]. 2 These misrepresentations were made on multiple occasions starting with the very first hearing this Court held. This Court would be remiss if it left such unseemly and unprofessional conduct unaddressed. 3 (read 28-page ruling)

So… it is not a matter of ‘if’ the DOJ was/is a corrupt organization entirely infected by political ideologues at almost every level. That troubling reality exists, and it is supported by those who should know best; federal judges who see the gross ideological corruption.

The FBI is structurally broken. The organization is fractured beyond repair by political ideologues who operate at all levels. It does no good to continue looking at the situation through a false prism. Facts, evidence and actual behavior must be accepted.

FBI agents doing an honest job would not be conducting secret activities, falsifying evidence to FISA Courts, engaging in unlawful FISA-702 searches and shaping their investigations based on their sentiments toward the targets therein. That’s just a fact; and it doesn’t take your accepting it to change the truth of it.

Unfortunately the oft-used “we support the field agents, and are not talking about the FBI people in the various field offices etc.” is a bunch of co-dependent enabling of our abusers. It is simply a bunch of hogwash feel-good double-speak; it is also entirely false.

Ask the Parkland, Florida parents about the Miami FBI field office and their opinion therein. Ask the families of the Orlando Pulse nightclub victims about their opinion of the Orlando FBI field office. Ask the families in/around San Bernardino, California how they feel about their local FBI field office. Ask Garland, Texas. Ask, runners in/around Boston, Massachusetts, how they feel about the FBI local field office.

You see, just like the DOJ from Oregon to Texas, the FBI issues are not limited to the offices in Washington DC.
So yeah, the FBI raid on Michael Cohen’s home, office and apartment in New York is just as connected to the systemic ideological enterprises that exist in all manner of other DOJ and FBI examples. The intents are entirely political and the outcome therein is entirely predictable.

If anyone from the FBI or DOJ want to prove me wrong. Please; go ahead. You don’t have to do much to prove it. I’ll accept the absence of Michael Cohen leaks and media stories as evidence of your commitment. However, I won’t be holding my breath.

Until then, my statement on Twitter stands as demonstrably true.

Oh, heck yes. This is exactly what we have been talking about. In an interview with Neil Cavuto, Senator Rand Paul shares his opinion that President Trump should respond to the coordinated political attacks by FBI and DOJ operatives by declassifying the information underneath all their shenanigans.

Good advice. Without interfering with the IG Horowitz and parallel Proseuctor John Huber approach, President Trump should immediately begin declassifying the documents surrounding the FISA abuse scandal.

Start by declassifying the 99-page opinion of FISA Court Presiding Judge, Rosemary Collyer. Remove all the redactions and let us see who the FBI/DOJ officials were allowing to have access to the NSA database to conduct searches. Then declassify the full FISA Title-1 surveillance application used by the FBI and DOJ against U.S. person Carter Page.

If these releases of information create a need for prosecution of the people, entities and former officials behind the documents, then so be it. These documents are unrelated to the issues of the FBI conduct review of IG Horowitz, and extend outside the DOJ. WATCH:

... Syrian air defenses may or may not have intercepted many, if not a majority of the launched missiles, and Trump got to wave his "mission accomplished" flag on twitter, but did anything change?

Not if one observes the response of the targeted nations: on Saturday, Syria, Russia and Iran largely shrugged off the strikes by the United States, United Kingdom and France (but not Germany and Italy) against three Syrian chemical weapons facilities, which naturally drew angry condemnations but no indication that there would be a wider escalation.

The Russian Defense Ministry said the strikes did little damage and claimed that of 103 cruise missiles fired in the U.S.-led airstrike, 71 were shot down by Syria’s Soviet-made air-defense systems. The intercepted missiles included all 12 of those bound for the Al-Dumayr military airfield near Damascus, where the chemical attack that triggered the crisis was allegedly launched.

Russia said its own air defenses were not activated because none of the missiles passed through its zone of influence. Russia also said there were no immediate reports of military or civilian casualties.

One reason why there was no escalation: the strikes had been flagged so far in advance that Syria and its allies had plenty of notice to evacuate the likely targets of civilians and assets, possibly also including key components of the chemical weapons program, leaving it unclear how much of an impact they would have.

Some, observing that Russian air defenses did not engage, and that the US & Russia are now in full deconfliction mode, claimed that "the whole thing was just a charade."

Meanwhile, according to NBC Chief Foreign Correspondent, Trump's message was simple: "Assad wasn't targeted. His air force remains intact. US efforts taken to prevent escalation with Russia. So the message seems to be that the Syrian regime can continue its war and Assad still gets to win, just not by using chemical weapons."

Pompeo just had his confirmation hearing. His knowledge about operations in Syria is probably indispensible.

If we were really going after Assad/Syria, the Russian response would have been swift and severe. Yet the action is over (POTUS: “Mission accomplished”), the targets were in the rebel zone, and there haven’t been any reports of civilian casualties. RT headline from today: “Syrian strike is not conflict between superpowers, Russia was warned ahead—US envoy to Moscow [Ambassador Huntsman].” He used the word “cooperation” and cited “large amount of credible reporting.” (Q: “Intel good.”) This cooperation clearly goes back at least four days to when the Russians raided South Idlib. A Syrian artillery offensive (Kafrhamra) two days ago set the stage for a ground attack while NDF were positioned. Eastern Ghouta was just recaptured. We might say this effectively ended the war. Russia was providing air cover over Tartus, apparently to escort the battle ships out, which means Russia was moving out of the way. Finally, Syrian aircraft were moved to Russian bases before the attack.

This can only mean one thing: The US, the UK, France, Russia and Syria (and presumably SA) are all cooperating in an effort to finish off ISIS once and for all. But Trump can’t come out and say it, because of the political fallout. (The “Russia collusion” probe isn’t finished; he can’t appear to be changing American policy to conform to Russia’s to this extent.) The OPCW were just about to start their fact-finding mission in Douma, which will be impossible now because we’ve destroyed the evidence. We needed to do it to hide the role which the spooks have played so far, but at the same time, we’re taking them out and destroying their capacity to carry out more false flag attacks, so who’s going to mind? Not Assad and not Putin. In other words, we aren’t attacking Syria, and the chance of World War Three breaking out over Syria was just reduced to zero. It's not a secret that I'm not a fan of the Israeli regime and yet this would be hard even for me to believe if it were not US veterans of the Iraq War confirming it themselves.

Footage of Americans being sniped was being circulated in order to enrage American soldiers. These snipings were attributed to Iraqi "insurgents." Rifle-mounted cameras are actually manufactured by an Israeli company and are not something insurgents would be able to easily rig up on their own. It's not as simple as just strapping a camera onto a gun and being able to take such footage. Furthermore, Israelis have actually been arrested and sent to military prisons (see the photo in the video above) after being caught firing upon American soldiers.

Also remember that on 9/11, there were people dancing and high-fiving each other in celebration of Americans being killed in the World Trade Center. They were arrested and turned out to be Mossad agents in the country posing as "art students," who were later returned to Israel after being detained for some months.

The IG’s report related to terminated and humiliated former FBI Head Andrew McCabe is 39 pages in length. (See report here)

Below is a list of the most significant points in the report –

1. In the second paragraph of the introduction of the IG’s report, now infamous cheater and Peter Strzok mistress, and McCabe’s former Special Counsel, Lisa Page, is implicated as being involved in McCabe’s crimes. (p.1)

2. Clinton Foundation was under investigation in 2016 but the FBI decided not to release this information to the public. This information was finally leaked just before the election to the Wall Street Journal and confirmed in a second leak instigated by McCabe. (p. 1)

3. In McCabe’s leak to the WSJ, he refutes that he was being impartial to Clinton due to his connections from his wife’s State Senate run. He then leaked that the Justice Department tried to shut down Clinton Foundation investigation but by doing this confirmed to the public in his leak that the investigation was in place. (p. 1)

4. The FBI hid the Clinton Foundation investigation from the public and it was not confirmed until the McCabe leak on October 30th, 2016. The FBI decided that it was in the public interest not to share this information with Americans before the 2016 election. The reasonableness of the decision to not report to the public the Clinton Foundation investigation is not addressed by the IG. (p. 3)

5. McCabe told Comey he didn’t know who leaked and therefore Comey claims he didn’t know about McCabe’s leak. (p. 2)

6. McCabe lied numerous times to either investigators or inspectors and said he didn’t know why Lisa Page leaked information to the Wall Street Journal. He even lied and said that he was outside of Washington D.C when the leak occurred which was not true. (p. 2)

7. When confronted with lying to investigators, McCabe lied and denied previously lying to investigators. (p. 2)

8. IG Report redacts an individual’s name who discussed the Clinton Foundation investigation with James Comey, McCabe and the Special Counsel (presumably Lisa Page). (p. 7)

9. McCabe states that leaking to the WSJ was the only time in his career “where he had authorized the disclosure to the media of a one-on-one discussion that he had with a member of the Department’s leadership.” (p. 9) [Note this leaves open the possibility of other leaks.]

10. FBI Deputy Assistant Director (Peter Strzok) texted Page about a WSJ article and they noted that they were not upset about McCabe throwing Justice Department official under the bus. That day the DOJ was noted in an article in the WSJ as criticizing Comey for informing Congress of the Clinton Foundation investigation. (p. 10) [Note how the FBI and DOJ only communicate through leaks!]

11. A meeting was held on October 31st, 2016 where Comey reportedly stated “Need to figure out how to get our folks to understand why leaks hurt our organization”. (p. 11) [The audacity!]

12. McCabe stated that he and Comey discussed on October 31st, 2016, the October 30th WSJ leak and says that he told Comey he authorized it. Comey states that he does not recall McCabe telling him that McCabe had authorized the call.

13. McCabe stated that many FBI officials knew he had authorized the October 30th leak to the WSJ. “However, none of the potential witnesses identified by McCabe (FBI-GC, Comey’s Chief of Staff, The Counterintelligence Assistant Director (“AD-CI”), and McCabe’s then-Chief of Staff ) corroborated this or recalled knowing at the time, or even now, that McCabe had authorized the disclosure.” (pp. 13-14)

14. McCabe refused to sign an inspector’s notes about his statements to the inspector, specifically noting that he [McCabe] did not know who leaked the information in the WSJ October 30th, 2016, report.

15. McCabe stated to an IG employee under oath that he did not know who authorized October 30th WSJ leak and then a couple days later called them back to correct what he said. (pp. 19 and 20)

The tone of the memo chastises McCabe for leaking that the Clinton Foundation investigation was open, not to challenge the rationale for not sharing this investigation with the public, but rather criticizes McCabe for outing the Justice Department official trying to shut down the investigation. Although perhaps it may not be customary to challenge the Departments’ decisions, due to subject in the investigation [the Clinton Foundation], by not releasing the information about the investigation the FBI and DOJ prevented pertinent information from being reported to the American public significant to the election. This information was not released until October 30th in a leak to the WSJ.

2. Many of the FBI and DOJ characters in the report appear corrupt, coordinated and conspiring to assist with the cover up of the Clinton Foundation investigation and in leaking information to the press.

3. The report includes little mention of Anthony Weiner’s laptop emails other than to mention that a meeting was scheduled to get a search warrant to request the emails on October 27th, 2016. The emails were the suspected cause for Comey’s email to Congress on October 28th, 2016, announcing that the Hillary email scandal was being reopened. However, per text messages between Strzok and Page, the FBI knew about the emails in September 2016 and had sent a team to New York to review the emails at that time. [The Weiner emails may be what the Democrats are most fearful of being released to the public.]

4. McCabe [and others] clearly broke laws and FBI policies but no trial date is set as of today. However, the IG is drafting a letter to the FBI recommending actions to be taken.

There are numerous contradictions between FBI employees and each other and with DOJ employees. The FISA Court report on FISA abuses stated that James Clapper’s NSA had an institutional “lack of candor”. It is clear from this report that the FBI and DOJ have the same lack of candor.
