How to use the IG Report to legally declare Martial Law with Military Tribunals:

STEP 1:
The [Take Care Clause] in the Constitution states; The President MUST faithfully execute all laws of this nation, including those ignored by the Obama DOJ, FBI and AG.

STEP 2:
Use the IG Report to form the legal basis that the US Civilian Courts have been so corrupted by the Obama DOJ, FBI and judges, that Military Tribunals are required & necessary.

STEP 3:
Start by citing Supreme Court case 71 [Ex parte Milligan 1866] which states; Military Tribunals are unconstitutional UNLESS civilian courts are corrupt.

STEP 4:
Then cite Supreme Court case 317 [Ex parte Quirin 1942] which affirms Military Tribunals are legal even if civilian courts are functioning.

STEP 5:
Use the COVFEFE Act of 2017 [HR2884] to shut down Operation Mockingbird & seize legal control of the internet to stop fraudulent/fake news reporting online.

STEP 6:
Enact [HR 5122] Section 1076 to call up the Armed Forces and National Guard to enforce Temporary Military Control. [Notify Congress within 14 days].

The IG Report terrifies THEM, as it forms the basis for LEGALLY declaring the court system SO corrupt, that Military Tribunals are the ONLY WAY to guarantee a fair trial for US.

We are using (THEIR) weaponization of the DOJ and FBI against them as the basis for Military Tribunals, which is WHY we have been waiting so long!

Was there an EO signed recently declaring that the IG Report be released, UNREDACTED?

It isn't research mostly, it is actually first hand experience. I am within the cybernetic networks myself and know the structure to some degree. The true rulers are layered. Here are some of what I'm aware of:

* An extraterrestrial federation is the top of the hierarchy, a galactic federation led by regressive ETs
* At the top of the shadow government are minions of this federation. Currently the head of the shadow government is a Vatican occultist. The Vatican, CIA, U.S. military, British Royals, Saudi Royals, and Israeli military & intelligence coordinate key offensives against the population
* Military & intelligence agencies are key components of the conspiracy. Each intelligence agency is currently or has been compromised
* Family patriarchs are administrators of various elements of the conspiracy
* There is a Chinese patriarch who heads his own cybernetic network(s), he is the most powerful man in China as far as I know
* Each of the cybernetic networks have their own set of AI's
* The off world sources heavily use Ai (even the benevolent space programs are heavily centered around Ai)
* The Ai is an operator of the cybernetic networks like a telephone operator except with the variables of consciousness in design
