It is interesting on this particular thread page (whoops! ...just previous) we have both:

    1) the news of George Soros buying up media stocks to attempt further control of the media, and

    2) the names of reporters and networks who have been identified with Wikileaks evidence for being complicit in the DNC // Hillary campaign agenda.

Still trying strategies that are under the spotlight of Truth /// Awareness of the General Public?

Reminds of of the wizard of Oz when the curtain has been pulled: "Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain!"

    LOL

    MM

Yes, I am enjoying the show.
    Thank you!

How Trump’s family separation policy has become what it is today
    Jun 14, 2018
    https://www.pbs.org/newshour/nation/...at-it-is-today
Quote There is no current law that mandates the separation of families at the U.S. border.

But since the Trump administration rolled out its so-called “zero-tolerance” policy last month, separation of parents from their children has become a more routine part of the process.

Here’s why. Critical to this change is the administration’s decision to call for the criminal prosecution of all adults who illegally cross into the United States. According to existing U.S. immigration enforcement procedure, when a parent is referred for prosecution, the adult is sent to a federal jail and any children are placed in the care of an adult sponsor or, if no close family member or other adult is available to sponsor the child, to a shelter.

Former President Barack Obama also faced criticism for his administration’s use of family detention centers, especially amid the 2014 surge of Central American migrants arriving at the border, often fleeing violence in their home countries.

The federal government has released some preliminary data on family separation in the weeks following the Trump administration’s new policy but the full impact on families at the border is not immediately clear. (More on this data below.)

What follows is a timeline that details how the Trump administration came to embrace this policy.

Hi, Onawah. Several years ago, I spoke with some officials on the Tohono O'odham Indian reservation in Arizona. It edges the border and has for decades been a preferred crossing point for thousands and thousands of illegals every year. The stories that I heard left me speechless. The border crossers leave behind tons of garbage; they break into peoples' homes; assault and kidnap tribal residents; bring drugs into the community; and commit a host of other crimes. This, I'm fairly certain, is common in US border towns, but probably more so on the reservation, where there may be less law enforcement people to stop them. The tribe wanted federal help, but never got very much.

What the MSM is putting out there now appears to me to be a coordinated attack. A major issue, according to the article below, is that illegals will bring children with them, claiming them as their own and yet are not their children. Then there are those that will travel as a family unit to increase their chances of being allowed to stay. It's a mess, for sure. But the policy, as I see it, would serve as a deterrent, to keep these folks from putting themselves and their children in danger to illegally enter the US. Anyway, I believe there is much more to this story.

    The Truth about Separating Kids

The Trump administration isn’t changing the rules that pertain to separating an adult from the child. Those remain the same. Separation happens only if officials find that the adult is falsely claiming to be the child’s parent, or is a threat to the child, or is put into criminal proceedings.

It’s the last that is operative here. The past practice had been to give a free pass to an adult who is part of a family unit. The new Trump policy is to prosecute all adults. The idea is to send a signal that we are serious about our laws and to create a deterrent against re-entry. (Illegal entry is a misdemeanor, illegal re-entry a felony.)

When a migrant is prosecuted for illegal entry, he or she is taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals. In no circumstance anywhere in the U.S. do the marshals care for the children of people they take into custody. The child is taken into the custody of HHS, who cares for them at temporary shelters.

The criminal proceedings are exceptionally short, assuming there is no aggravating factor such as a prior illegal entity or another crime. The migrants generally plead guilty, and they are then sentenced to time served, typically all in the same day, although practices vary along the border. After this, they are returned to the custody of ICE.

If the adult then wants to go home, in keeping with the expedited order of removal that is issued as a matter of course, it’s relatively simple. The adult should be reunited quickly with his or her child, and the family returned home as a unit. In this scenario, there’s only a very brief separation.

Where it becomes much more of an issue is if the adult files an asylum claim. In that scenario, the adults are almost certainly going to be detained longer than the government is allowed to hold their children.

That’s because of something called the Flores Consent Decree from 1997. It says that unaccompanied children can be held only 20 days. A ruling by the Ninth Circuit extended this 20-day limit to children who come as part of family units. So even if we want to hold a family unit together, we are forbidden from doing so.

The clock ticking on the time the government can hold a child will almost always run out before an asylum claim is settled. The migrant is allowed ten days to seek an attorney, and there may be continuances or other complications.

And there's the issue and very real concern of child trafficking, as well. This is not being discussed in a public way right now.

    The law needs to fixed!!!

I know people who are here illegally and have been trying for years, 8 years, 10 years, and so on, spending $30,000.00 in one case to try to become legal.
When I asked them why it's been taking them so long, they said it's because the rules keep changing and they have to start all over again.
But, I'm concerned that they are also getting scammed by attorneys.

In my immediate family it took the young man who married my niece, a "Dreamer", 20 years to get his green card.

    It's frustrating for everyone involved.

The way I see it is that the people who keep pulling these people out as an issue every election, but still refuse to fix the laws are using this issue as a political tool, rather than honestly caring about the people affected.

This problem should have been solved decades ago.

Quote With such an extensive callout list like that, no surprises as to who has
been named (media/anchors) & why the Fakestream media are so anti-Trump?
I like how Trump calls out CNN on every opportunity most recently yesterday on
the WH lawn. Propaganda and espionage are as old as recorded history and every
new media has been used and during the cold war it became an art , after with the
fall of the Soviet union the power of NATO meant that surveillance became a tool
for internal as well as external abuse and this was exposed by Snowden and many
others before and are still exposing how corrupted this has become and whether
you like Trump or not he has exposed this more than most of his predecessors , he
is far from perfect but he is certainly shaking things up.

Will he do what we would like to see , exposure and disclosure ? who knows ?
but it has been a fun ride so far and as we have said many times if Hillary had
won it would of been globalist new world order as usual. I know we all know
things may go pair shaped and nothing is guaranteed but his unorthodox
methods are waking up more and more despite the mainstream anti Trump hysteria.

Thanks Noelle and Edina. That's very helpful info which I will pass along. Obviously blaming Trump for the children's fate is not accurate, but hopefully he will be able to help find a better way of dealing with it. I personally like his policies re the Wall and illegal immigration, but something needs to be done to protect the innocents.

Democrats can fix their forced family breakup at the Border by working with
Republicans on new legislation, for a change! This is why we need more
Republicans elected in November. Democrats are good at only three things, High
Taxes, High Crime and Obstruction. Sad!

    Thanks onawah,

Here's another article on the topic. It comes from Diamond and Silk, who are hugely avid Trump supporters. I haven't tracked it down to it's sources yet. But, if offers a different perspective to the situation.
Now that the information is starting to break out about Mockingbird Media. How information is presented to try to steer narratives and public perception, both issues may become easier to talk about.

The point that is most interesting to me is that NPR reported that 90% of the children came by themselves. I'll pop a source link to that here, when I find it. (My understanding is that this was the situation back in 2014, when Obama was faced with this issue. )

Quote The shelter, a converted Walmart, is run by a non-profit and has licensed childcare personnel in it and it houses 1469 boys ages 10-17. 90 percent came by themselves, they were not separated from parents.

    From NPR:

Though the boys are confined in this 250,000 square foot facility, they don’t look unhappy. They waved, smiled and said “hola” to a group of visiting journalists. Adults are everywhere. The ratio is one counselor to eight children, to keep them in line and watch for behavioral and emotional problems.

On Wednesday, the boys were shooting baskets, kicking soccer balls, playing video games, sitting in classrooms learning U.S. government, learning Tai Chi, and chowing down on a bland meal of chicken and mixed vegetables. On the walls of the facility are murals of U.S. presidents, patriotic slogans, and lots of Pokemon posters.

Southwest Key Spokesperson Alexia Rodriguez said, “We want to show you that these are not kids kept in cages, we provide them excellent care.”

The kids stay there on average about 49 days according to authorities and then are picked up by their families or foster families.
The NPR quote came from this NPR Article: https://www.npr.org/2018/06/14/62008...mmigrant-youth

There's also some complaint in the NPR article about the DHS requirement to fingerprint the people who pick up the children. In the past, this would have also been a issue for me. But given what I now know about child trafficking, I now consider it prudent.

I'm hoping that putting pressure on our law makers to fix the law will work this time.

I agree. That said, I found the difference in how the story is presented, interesting. I've been seeing everyone sharing the prison cages from 2014.
It's a balance to see what it actually looked like. After I read their article and I tried to find the source, I find it interesting that even NPR didn't share the photos that Diamond and Silk did.
The NPR story is slanted, too. The photos they chose to share present an entirely different tone. (That's how media manipulation works.)

Diamond and Silk are hugely slanted toward Trump. If you're not familiar with their story, they used to be Democrats and then as they did more research into the party and issues in the last few years, they changed their outlook.

They call it, "coming off of the Democrat plantation". There's a lot of people having that conversation, but not in mainstream. Sources that most people would say are not good news sources. But everyday people who are sharing their stories and voices.

Diamond and Silk are outrageous. Very Southern. Not everyone's cup of tea. But, lots of people are loving and appreciating what they are learning from them.

They are also being heavily censored right now, because they are standing up to the mainstream manipulated narrative. And, they're doing so in an entertaining way that encourages people to think for themselves.

(I don't condone the whole divisiveness of left/right, liberal/conservative, ect... if you notice, I don't use that language myself. But people wake up in stages, from where they are at. Like everything else, it's a process. Figuring out the MSM media manipulation is a big part of the process.)

My view on the kids being separated from their parents is this: if any American citizen took their child with them on a mission to willingly break the law by crossing illegally into Canada and trying to evade the Canadian authorities, there is a very good possibility that when that citizen is returned to the US, they are going to have their own child seized from them because of how reckless they are as a parent. Parents lose their children all the time in this country for crimes that would otherwise be relatively minor.

Why, in this mass frenzy mentality people have, are we suddenly supposed to apply a lower standard of parenting to the people crossing the border illegally? If they separate American families over crimes taking place near children, then why shouldn't they separate illegal immigrants and their children when they are also breaking the law? It's not like they'll never be reunited again, once they're deported.

    POTUS in good spirits today.
    Morning strolls are refreshing.

    Q

This is one of Q proof that he is coordinating his actions with the POTUS. If you look at KiwiElf's post #4956, it shows that original Q post #1500's timestape is 17:18, which is 5:15 pm. So if we take left part of that timestamp, we have 5. Then if we look at the picture of the POTUS strolling with two other leaders in his tweet attached, we see timestamp of 6:32 pm. If we add the right side of that POTUS tweet timestamp, we get 5: So we get 5:5, 5 from Q post's timestamp and 5 from the POTUS tweet's timestamp. Thus we have a proof of Q coordinating with the POTUS.

I'd say that many apply a different standard to immigrants who are seeking asylum and fleeing for their lives from countries where they can't survive.
And many are nostalgic and think that the US should continue to be a symbol of freedom and succor as it once was before the population explosion became such an issue.
The Statue of Liberty's legend after all, is : "Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"
Things just aren't that simple anymore, but many can't get past their programming enough to deal with it.

Sorry you got unfriended. I generally don't trust MSM, left or right. The section from the article that I highlighted includes the process, which probably can be confirmed -- as best as we can confirm via our laptops -- from reports and other publications released by the agencies involved in the process.

What's actually happening currently at the border and these facilities, it's hard to know for certain because we are not there on the ground observing. A lot of the images and videos circulating, well, I just don't know if they can be trusted, with video/photo editing technologies and MSM's reputation for distorting reality.

    I will keep digging, though.

She has a point, inasmuch as our very own CIA has been responsible for so much of the conditions that such people must escape from just in order to survive, though the granting of asylum isn't going to stop the CIA from their nefarious agendas.
But of course, if I mention any broader perspective that goes into the NWO agenda, it's "fake news" and "conspiracy theory" and she immediately shuts down.
It's heart-breaking how much all this division is costing us as a people.

I don't think Diamond and Silk are going to be a news source that i would recommend to anyone. Thanks though. . If you find some more legitimate looking sources of news on this subject, please do share.

I'm sorry you lost a friend over this. It is heart breaking. And the article you shared is quite balanced.

I lost a friend, who I considered at the time a best friend because I didn't share her hatred of Trump. I didn't even have an opportunity to have a conversation with her about it. Eventually, I realized that she hated Trump more than she loved me. And that gave me some perspective on the quality of the friendship.

I think about this issue a lot, to be honest. The immigration issue and media manipulation issue. (And the human trafficking issue.) And more. I'm sure you'll understand onawah. (INFJ)

The Bush Cabal/CIA drug running ops are at the root of the problems in the countries where people are fleeing.
I think anyone who has done any research into this knows this.
It's the same people who benefit from drug running, and now human trafficking operations that fight putting up the wall.

It's compounded by media manipulation, especially by pulling on the heart strings of people, it's devious, insidious, repetitious and intense. It's like creating psychological double binds, on a mass scale.

I was thinking of this process and the sequence of how it timed with this one making news right now.

This policy began to be implemented in April. I don't remember the kind of publicity it is getting now happening in April.
Granted, I'm tracking other things so I may have missed it.

Then a couple of weeks ago, the photos from 2014, that show children in what looks like dog kennels gets seeded into the collective consciousness.
It happened mostly through celebrities. People who have huge followings on Twitter. Where posts go viral fast.

A few celebrities removed the image, when they learned that they were from 2014, when Obama was president.
But, the image and the emotion it generates had already been pre-seeded into the collective consciousness.

People were already associating the image with Trump. Then, the elite media drop story after story about the current problem, with it's particular tone and slant, on the same day the IG Report is released.

On the elite controlled media, there was very little coverage of the IG Report. And everyone's emotions have been hugely agitated and hi-jacked with the situation with Trump and immigration now. I can't tell you how many people I see posting the 2014 image, calling for Trump to be impeached. It's all narrative control.

In my experience, from observing myself, I found that strong, or intense emotional reaction, is a huge indicator of programming.
I've been working on myself, to deprogram cultural programming for a long time.

It's likely its the same for others. I also know, that if someone tries to tell me, I resist it.
The science behind this is that it triggers our amygdala, and we get defensive.
Even though I know this, it can still happen. It's in our wiring. Awareness can help us mitigate it, but it doesn't prevent it.
When someone's amygdala has been triggered, it actually causes them to reinforce their beliefs.
(This is also why I think arguing, or what some people refer to as debating, doesn't work.)

Sometimes, people are not reacting to you, but to an issue that had happened in the past with someone else.
Or their energy just happened to be low at the moment. All kinds of things not related to the actual situation can affect it.

I'm not sure how we help people understand more and more how we're being manipulated to be divided.
I think it's just bit by bit, and with boatloads of patience.

Soon after Trump's election, I saw this video with Katie Byron, who wrote The Work.

It was enlightening to me to see how extra-ordinarily fearful people were when Trump won the election. She's offering a good solution. It's really another way of deprogramming, I feel.

Watching this woman turn around from her sheer terror, to being able to let it go, was very powerful to me.

This may seem a little off topic from the Q posts focus of this thread. But, it's really not.

I remember last summer, praying about this situation of the huge disconnect that's happening from the version of reality that the media portrays, and what it really going on. I kept thinking to myself, how can we close the gap? How can we bridge this huge gap in understanding?

For me, Q is a part of the answer. As is Katie's work. As is every time we slow down and listen to each other. As is when we dive deeper to understand. And so on.

Again, I'm sorry you lost a friend. I know how that feels. It totally sucks!!!!

Thanks Edina. I just lost another! It will probably go on unless I delete the whole conversation on FB. I don't know if I will or not. I'm tired of pretending, but I live in a small liberal town and it can be dangerous to get ostracized here. Thanks for the long post which I will consider and will watch the video. .

It is truly heart-breaking to see people divided. To me, it seems the programming has tricked people into hating.

We were not born to hate; we were born to love.

I will pray for humanity on this issue.

    WWG1WGA

I have compassion for the haters. They've been deceived.
It's not about Trump; it's about the divide and conquer strategies of social programming in which the media is complicit.

I don't think Trump is our savior; Truth is. And love for each other.

    We all love you, Onawah!!!

We all want what's best for humanity.

ADD: I quit FB long before the election. I haven't lost any friends due to FB. I can contact my friends by other avenues.
