Its about quality of life--as long as its not "ground hog day" life is exciting.
Here's another thought producing video which has parts that are relative to this thread.

Be kind to all life, including your own, no matter what!!

This subject stays on my mind. Often the question of how the controllers of the world have hindered human development arises. As humans live through the ages it seems there is always some challenge that may preclude the fullest extent of the human experience. Ignorance, inadequate food, infection, insane leadership, poor medical care, environmental dangers, and on and on. Now, here in the 21st century we're still assaulted with factors detrimental to our longevity. Toxins, processed foods, stress, more insane leaders, pharmaceutically driven medical care, and on and on. So, has the full human experience been hindered? Can we ever full appreciate how long we might live in a robust fashion? The people who live in Blue Zones may testify that we can live well past 100, given the circumstances in which they live. Lush valleys, clean waters, excellent food availability, moderate alcohol, much social interaction, lots of walking and exercise, no fear of hard work.

I believe the limitations of the mind are more of a hindrance, than a limitation of the body. "Whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith" MARK 11:23
