My guess is that Trump is not draining all the swamp (that would be a Herculean task, par none).
Rather, I think he is:
- Disconnecting some dangerously corrupted regimes from the war mongering American Imperialists, such as Saudi Arabia and North Korea.
- Reducing drug, child, body part and sex trade trafficking.
- Renegotiating a more favorable bankruptcy of the American petro-dollar monetary system and related trade arrangements.
- Blocking further destruction of the United States, as a culture and nation, through mass illegal immigration.
- Exposing criminals responsible for crimes such as Hillary's email server, Uranium One, illegal use of FISA court authorized surveillance, and a Silent Coup against the Presidency.
- Rooting out Clinton supporting corruption from upper ranks of the Dept of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
- Reducing influence of hard left socialist justice in US courts.
- Exposing the hard left socialist insanity, such as in the Democrat party, to the American people.
- Exposing the perfidy of the hard left socialist and CIA controlled Lame Stream Media.
- Stopping, so far anyway (knock on wood), some apparently very serious assassination attempts against himself.

I doubt that Trump will broadly expose the truth of 9/11 or the JFK assassination. I doubt he will expose the false flags behind any of our prior wars, large or small. I doubt that the real truth of the hundreds of smaller false flags (school shootings, etc) will be exposed to full public view. I doubt that Trump will seriously cut back on US military or intelligence operations, rather Trump is using them to further the above limited swamp draining. I
really doubt that Trump will put the globalist Banksters out of business, but rather negotiate and work with them. I doubt that Trump will broadly expose the crimes and treasons of the Bush family. I (regrettably) doubt that Trump will make much headway draining the swamps in our food, medicine, or health arenas.
Rather he will make some use of what leverage he can apply on these various major swamp players (Bush, Intelligence, Military, ...), to get them to go along with the above partial swamp draining, in return for Trump not publicly destroying, imprisoning or hanging them, even if that means allowing them to go quietly into the night, such as by quiet resignation, faked death or execution for crimes that is presented to the public as death by natural causes (e.g. John McCain.)
Washington DC will be a swamp, long after Trump passes. However a few of the alligator sub-species that lived there for the last few decades will be dramatically culled, and some of the swamp will be drained and made fit for human habitation again. More importantly perhaps, in the long run, that swamp will no longer be the "Mother of all swamps", the world's only "Super Power Swamp", on the planet.
The primary locus of power, technology, surveillance and control of the masses, control of energy and resources, and control of the world's monetary system will continue to shift toward Asia, and this shift, perhaps the biggest story of this century, will continue to remain out of the news headlines.
Trump has been using the last two years to build a wedge between the portions of the swamp that will be drained, and the portions that will more or less continue, often in return for tolerating or supporting his draining other areas. That wedge must be made visible to the public (what "Q" calls "optics"), and this partial swamp drainage must be backed by the power and authority of a sufficiently reconstituted justice system.
Just as Al Capone (infamous Chicago boot leg whiskey gangster in the Prohibition of the 1920's) was convicted for
evading income taxes on his illicit profits, so might corrupt elements of the Clintonista's and related traitors and profiteers be convicted for their coverup, these last two years, of a few of their earlier crimes ... for
corrupting and evading justice, as it were.
It's not always the crimes that get you. Sometimes it's the evasion of the tax or judicial consequences of those crimes.
