Former Disney Vice President Michael Laney was sentenced Friday to more than six years in prison for sexually abusing a girl in Portland a decade ago, when the girl was 7 years old. Circuit Court Judge Benjamin Souede also acquitted Laney of three counts of first-degree rape and three other counts of first-degree sexual abuse, as there was not enough evidence to prove he was guilty of a second girl’s allegations.

Laney’s attorneys, Stephen and Jacob Houze, asked the court to postpone enforcing any part of his sentence that would send him into custody while Laney appealed part of the sentence.

In a response to Houze’s request, Multnomah County Deputy District Attorney Charles Mickley called the claims “peculiarly offensive and insulting. Defendant wholly ignores the compelling evidence of his guilt presented at trial, including the evidence of his longstanding sexual interest in children.”

I've been over come with uncontrollable shaking/shivering - its like a snowball rolling down hill - horrendous ! - I was hospitalised for 3 days for observation. It was brought on by a severe panic attack.
I don't like the woman's politics but feel for anyone like that - especially when in public view !
