Trump before he was elected thought it was a foolish idea not to have relationship with Russia. I totally agree, but there are trillions of dollars counting on Putin being the boogie man.

Look how bad the Russians are: Its annual GDP is $1.5 trillion with a per capita income of $10,743, which is lower than New York state’s $1.7 trillion with a per capita of $64,579. Russia is ranked 49th in the world by the International Monetary Fund on a GDP per capita basis just losing out to St. Kitts.

Hell, this country can hardly pay the electrical bill to hack our election.

If Trump becomes friendly with Putin, then how do you justify the 100’s of billions of dollars for NATO? How do we justify our 100’s of billions of dollars for the military budget?

It’s as bad as Special Counsel Robert Mueller picking 25 names out of the Moscow phone book in two different indictments for the election hacking. Surprisingly nothing came of those charges.

Listen gone are the days of crawling under your school desk for the bomb. Now the 100’s of billions of dollars are being made in Ukraine. So don’t look there, look at the Russians and yell “squirrel”.

I can understand why people would feel discouraged by what AG Barr said, especially with the way that information is presented by Caitlin Johnstone in her blog post.

However, for some reason, Caitlin left out the bottom two paragraphs of the AP article quoted in her blog post.

Even with his death, federal prosecutors in New York have continued to investigate the allegations against Epstein. Barr, who has vowed to aggressively investigate and bring charges against anyone who may have helped Epstein, said investigators were making good progress in the case.

“They are definitely pushing things along,” Barr said. “I’ll just say there is good progress being made, and I’m hopeful in a relatively short time there will be tangible results.”

It looks like the criminal investigation into Epstein's crimes continues.

If people really want to make sure that what is learned in this investigation sees the light of sunshine, then consider keeping the pressure on all your representatives, the White House, and maybe even the DOJ to ensure that Epstein files are unsealed.

There's a Twitter hashtag #UnsealEpstein that went around back in August.

Twitter actively tried to suppress that hashtag.

This lets me know, it's something we want to continue doing, demanding transparency on this case.

In mgray's column today he asks some astute questions.

As a final wrap up to the House impeachment inquiry last week, I was scratching my head over the number of foreign-born participants in the hearing.

Lt. Col Alex Vindman, Fiona Hill and Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch are all naturalized citizens. They were also the most vocal defenders of the Ukrainian status quo.

I have to question their allegiance since all of the witnesses questioned President Trump’s ability to conduct foreign policy, which was to counter long-standing operations towards Ukraine.

As I believe the House will more than likely vote to move the impeachment charges to the Senate for trial, I look forward to hearing more about the motives of these three individuals to fight investigations into corruption.

I'm listing the questions he mentioned in his column here is a list format.

1. I would like to hear why there was delays and foot dragging in granting of visas to US investigators.

2. I would also like to know the earlier career positions of some of these individuals and their posts within a George Soros’s foundation.

3. Also I would like to know who was involved with Christopher Steele during the development of the dossier.

4. Lastly, I believe travel records of all of these people should be scrutinized to determine their involvement in continuation of the Ukrainian status quo of corruption.

Some day, later on, as we learn more, I would like to come back to these questions with answers.

Similar to the list of questions from Devin Nunes I listed in this post.

I believe the American people will have a much different view of this impeachment as these questions are answered.

Just some thoughts.

What's the difference between a business man and career politician?

A business man seeks to maximise the profitability and viability of a business to ensure shareholders remain invested in the business. Thereby giving the shareholders faith in management to deliver a decent return on their investment. Therefore the business man (POTUS Trump) serves the shareholders (the people).

A "career" politician is focused on gaining power and money and so sees their career as a means to further their own cause. They are self serving and self centred by nature, and so they do not serve the people.

They see their position as gaining the keys to a candy store, and it's after hours so no one is going to catch them taking the candy.

This is difference between POTUS Trump and the "do nothin dems".

P.S. Running a country is literally no different than running a business it's just on a larger scale.
